Be aware that you might arrive when the area is closed, and the security guard won’t let you in—not even for a quick look at the villa or the so-called “Forest King.” Even if you’re a tourist visiting just for the day, they won’t make any exceptions, as the site is private property. There are no posted opening hours, so it’s entirely a matter of luck whether you get in or not. I wouldn’t recommend it—it’s simply not worth the hassle.

Это просто обязательное к посещению место. Обязательное для тех, кто интересуется историей советской Армении и архитектурой.
Инфокарточки на ветвях деревьев - это полезно, красиво, необычно.
Чуть дальше заброшенный пионерский лагерь. Любителям заброшек рекомендую.

Территория находится в собственности, огорожена и пройти нельзя. Так что можно только с расстояния сквозь деревья посмотреть...
