I can’t even communicate with you, there’s no reply for the last email, also your website so freakin’ trash! The disgusting cupibilet situation is repeated more than once! Then the money is being ripped off for additional services , including them automatically ! Then the baggage will be misled ! This time it's much worse, I paid for online registration, but they couldn't register! They returned the money , but it didn 't get any easier . I had to change my plans and leave for the airport 4 hours earlier to check in at the airport! I wish I had bought a ticket from another company! The mood is ruined for the whole flight!

I purchased round-trip flights Moscow-Abu Dhabi-Phuket. I paid online, everything is fine. He answered promptly, because our flight had already been canceled, professionally answered all my questions about how to act in this situation, rebooked tickets for the nearest possible time, on March 10, acted clearly and with understanding. I calculated the cost of the refund if the next flight was canceled (we considered an alternative route, and the refund would be completely lossless). I want the management to encourage such employees, thank you very much! I was monitoring chat messages where people were panicking about the non-arrival, and Kupibilet was responding to absolutely everyone, one at a time, as flights were canceled.
