We got involved in solving the problem quickly, were polite and attentive, there are no complaints here. As a result, I was offered to pay 6,500 rubles for the solution (1,500 for the airline, 5,000 for the services of the Ticket service). With this money, you can buy a new low-cost airline ticket.
I was not too lazy to go to the Wiz website, it says that they fix up to three errors for free. I returned to the chat with the manager and sent this link. The manager replied after a while that she had clarified everything once again, and WizAir definitely wanted to fine me. It was strange because I wrote directly to Wiz myself and they fixed everything for me pretty quickly, they didn't ask for money. After telling the manager of Cupibilet about such amazing successes, I found out that they didn't buy anything directly from Wiz, but there was a third agency in the chain, and it might have wanted to make money. It should be noted here that the appetites of that intermediary are more modest – only 1,500, not 5,000 for correcting a typo, like Kupibilet.
Conclusion: do not be lazy and do not rush to pay others for what you can do for free, quickly and simply. In fairness, it should be said that there is approximately the same advice in the rules on the Cupibilet website (but who reads them ...). It sounds something like "contact the airline yourself and clarify, perhaps the issue can be resolved directly for free."
