Level 13 Local Expert

It's a good hotel, not 5 stars, but decent. Huge rooms, all covered in carpets. They are cleaned every day. At least the water and washing supplies are changed every day. The staff is generally not bad, especially in the restaurant, but the receptionist is certainly not very friendly and sociable. You ask them a question, they just don't say anything.

I really liked the hotel! The beach staff is very polite. And the boys at the reception are very kind and helpful. They will always prompt and help.
