This is a great three star hotel. The room has a shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning. The refrigerator does not work, and it would not be of any use, since when you leave everything turns off and starts working after you return to the room and insert the key card. You won't stay hungry on nutrition. They give chicken, nuggets, meatballs and something like liver with hearts (but of course this is not every day, they alternate). A lot of different greens, cucumbers, tomatoes. There were pancakes and fried eggs for breakfast. There are two types of delicious cheeses. Pasta,rice,bulgur,mashed potatoes,soups, etc. The room is clean, the bed linen is changed, the main thing is not to hang a "do not disturb" sign, otherwise they will not be cleaned. If you go to the left of the hotel you will find Mustafa (Yurich), through him you can safely go on excursions much cheaper than your tour operator offers (all intimidation is a complete lie).

We were at the hotel from June 19 to June 25, 2024.
1. Upon arrival, we were quickly settled, there were no problems
2. The room was normal, not killed, clean. The bed was clean, the mattresses and the bed were fine. One blanket was slightly torn, but it's not critical. So, the advantages end there. There were no shelves to put your things in the room. And we personally did not notice a clean chair to put them on. There were two chairs on the balcony, but there was no desire to put clean things there. The air conditioner was pretty old, but it worked fine. (However, others complained that the air conditioner started dripping in the room.) Everything worked fine in the bathroom, but for some reason the curtain is short and after a shower you get out not on a dry mat, but in a swamp. There was no shelf in the shower to put shampoo and other accessories there. Three mini bottles of shampoo and three bars of soap were provided for the whole week. We took everything of our own. We were also provided with two towels each. One is long, the other is short. They have not been changed during the entire stay. Towels cannot be taken out of the room. We took our own towels for the beach. They cleaned our place twice. The first time is fine, the second time they just hung up a foot towel to dry and that's it. Both times the garbage was taken out. We lived on the 6th floor, our fife was wonderful, better than in the lobby. But this option is not available for all rooms. The room was quiet, although music was playing everywhere outside.

3. The staff. Only one young man was seen at the reception, who barely spoke Russian and English. Everyone else speaks only Turkish. However, the maids are all Russian-speaking. There were several men working at the bar. One of them was not very friendly. In the hotel shop, which is open from 8 to 00:00, there is just a wonderful grandpa. Friendly, kind, helpful. The prices in the store are lower than in migros. Magnets cost 20 lire, on the street the same cost from 40 and above. Every third magnet, by the way, is free. 1 point only to this wonderful grandpa.

Let's start with the food. We can talk about this endlessly. The hotel is perfect for vegetarians. A lot of grass. Tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in the best cuts! Tomatoes, cucumbers in circles. Lunch and dinner. Herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers in all the cuts that you can think of. A lot of grass. Then strange salads were noticed. The salads resembled foods that had not been eaten for breakfast, but were seasoned with some kind of white goo. They ate mostly by the Turks themselves. A "salad" with pasta was also noticed every day. According to the side dishes. There was pasta every day. With tomato sauce. There was soup. It didn't look good and they didn't dare try it. Every single day there was boiled rice and potatoes in some form. Puree (most likely it is powdered puree), that is, it is simply diluted in hot water. If there is no mashed potatoes, then there are French fries, if there is none, then potatoes are rustic. meat. On the first day there was only fish. If you don't eat fish, then you have no other alternative. There were also mutton cutlets (most likely they are semi-finished products), they smell strongly of mutton). I can also have chicken nuggets. But they have the same name from chicken. There was also minced meat with potatoes on one of the days. And potatoes were also added separately to the side dish. During the whole week, there was meat twice, All meat and fish were put on a plate by not the most pleasant man, who spoke on the phone every time and because of this, a queue began that reached from the counter to the entrance to the dining room. Desserts are so-so, colored zhuzhevo. Once or twice there were some micro squares of a cupcake or pie. Which was dismantled at the same moment. The watermelon was only for dinner.

Beach
The hotel does not have its own beach. In other respects, almost like all hotels in this region. It's five minutes to the beach. There is a public beach, free without sun beds. We went to the beach from Tiffany's cafe. To get to the beach, you need to buy some kind of drink. For this drink you get: a sunbed, a shower, WiFi and a clean beach. Used drinks cost around 110-130 lira, which is currently about 350 rubles.
Entertainments
There is no animation in the hotel, music is playing until 12 at night. However, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants on the embankment, hangouts for every taste. However, prices have jumped a lot this year and you will have to pay at least 300 lire ~ 900 rubles for a cocktail.
In principle, if the tour costs no more than 90-100 thousand for two, then you can go.

I will write 2 reviews about the hotel at once: optimistic and pissimestichny.
So, let's start with the optimistic one. The hotel is located in a great location within walking distance to all attractions. Watermelon or melons were given out every evening. We ate vegetables, greens. They even gave me a fish once a week. Eggplants were cooked very tasty. Alcohol is quite normal. Although we decided to try local alcohol only 1 time a week. I drank wine, my husband tried gin and beer. Everything is quite normal.
The room is quite normal, even with a balcony. Comfortable mattress. To dry things, we pulled a rope on the balcony (we took it with us). The hooks were in the wall. Well, that's where my optimism ended.
During the week, we have never been cleaned, towels have not been changed, garbage has not been thrown out of the bucket. So we didn't have to dream about any flowers on the bed, figures made of towels, as in the hotel advertisement. However, that's why we didn't tip. Not to anyone and not for anything.
Although there is a TV in the room, it does not work. The faucet in the washbasin splashes in different directions, there is no smooth jet.
Well, now the food ....meat is given out only for dinner on one chicken leg. At lunch, soy meat was given out, which even local cats refused to eat. Boiled potatoes were also given out 1 piece, it seems 2 times in the whole week. There were also interruptions with eggplants. Sometimes they were issued by issue, sometimes you could take it yourself. Tomatoes were often rotten, so I didn't want to eat them at all.
As for the sweet, there were 2 types: something like a dessert made of semolina and some kind of sponge cake soaked in syrup. We never tried them.
In the photo of the hotel, the cook is wearing a cap, dressed up. Although in fact there is an elderly man in sweatpants and a greasy T-shirt. There was no refrigerator in the room.
No slippers, toothpastes were supposed. There were initially 3 pieces of soap for a week, 3 small shampoos. It's for two.
Since we were in this hotel for the second time, we did not build illusions. Aegean park is located in a great location. There are 2 swimming pools and even a small slide on the territory.
If the hotel had a normal owner, then Agean park could be made a luxury hotel.

There will be a lot, but all in fact, because we have read contradictory reviews, which are mostly too exaggerated. I am writing in hot pursuit (just arrived).
1) The road from the airport is about 1.40 - 2 hours. The places are picturesque.
2) The location is good: almost the center of Marmaris, everything is within walking distance. Shops like Migros, pharmacy, exchanger, bar street, fortress and a chain of beaches.
3) The hotel itself is tired, the rooms are too, but I personally don't care about it, since everything necessary for life, or rather for taking a shower and sleeping, was there. The room is ordinary, no fuss. Room cleaning for 3-: garbage was taken out, sometimes the floor was washed. Towels and linen were changed 1 time in a week, but we did not dirty much.
4) There is practically no Wi-Fi. It catches equally poorly everywhere, so we took a sim from Tinkoff, 999 rubles for 3GB. Very cheap.
5) The food is monotonous, but you can eat. The most normal thing is breakfast. There are huge queues for lunch and dinner, there is almost no meat. But it's hard to stay hungry. Lots of greens, side dishes. There is almost no fruit. Watermelon always, melon a couple of times. Good coffee. There is water in the cooler type device and other drinks. Bar with alcohol until 22.00, then for a fee.
6) The staff is normal, in general. The main thing is to treat them kindly, then you will receive the same in return.
7) 2 pools, one of them with a slide. We didn't go, there's nothing to say.
8) Vacationers are different: Russians, Turks, Germans, Poles and others. There were no conflicts.
9) Beaches with sun beds are all 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. 1 lounger - 1 drink. There is a price for any pocket, choose for yourself.
In general, I can put 4-, since the hotel is only for sleeping and snacking, the rest of the time we enjoyed the rest, stunningly beautiful views of the city, the warm sea. Therefore, take a good mood with you - the most important thing. The trip cost 88 for two people for a week. I think it is quite justified.

The rest is ruined. Or, after paying for all inclusive, you need to eat in other places, but the prices there are from 300 lira per serving (which is 900 rubles), it's too much for two. One star for the location of the hotel, the second for the staff-they are friendly.
The rooms are very tired, the plumbing is faulty, there is no Wi-Fi really, only in the lobby you can find Internet, rarely in the room. It would seem that there are 2 pools, but there are not enough people there.
Food (if you can call it that) is just animal feed. Some kind of grass, cucumbers, tomatoes in different cuts are all unlimited. But if you want something hot, then I'm sorry, only disgusting soy meat and potatoes (it's delicious by the way), but you can't take as many potatoes as you want, there's a mustachioed cook standing guard over your gluttony, puts 2 potatoes per person, endless bulgur, rice and noodles. That's all. Once there was a fish, it was some kind of holiday, it's delicious, you can also eat chicken. But again, one piece at a time, they won't give you any more. The street restaurant is constantly dirty, it's like they don't wash the floor at all.
There is nowhere to dry things, you have to hang them on chairs.

Yesterday we returned from the Aegaen Park Hotel 3* hotel, I would like to leave an honest review.
We were very worried before arrival, we read a lot of negative reviews. Who writes them, for what? 🙈🤪
At the reception, the receptionist Orchun is a pleasant, young man, ready to solve any issue.
Rooms: comfortable beds, soft pillows, towels were changed every day, the room has a TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, hot and cold water, everything worked. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only on site. The rooms were cleaned every day.
There are two swimming pools on site. There were always enough sun beds.
Food: everything is fine here (boiled eggs, omelette, fried eggs, toast, cereals, chocolate balls, jam, honey, cheese, sausage), side dishes for every taste (ptitim, pasta, potatoes in different versions, bulgur, rice), fresh and stewed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, zucchini), fruits (watermelon and oranges), cakes, sauces, the only little meat, but I don't see a problem with that! Two coffee machines, working properly, tea , juices, water. Drinks are served at the bar (beer, white and red wine, local cocktails).
The food is varied, the chefs are doing their best, for this a separate respect! the staff cleans everything quickly. ☝️
I read reviews, many write that there is nothing to eat, then I'm sorry that you eat at home???

There is no beach of your own, you can go to the city beach, but there are no sun beds, only one umbrella, there are many paid beaches on the embankment (umbrella, chaise longue), but it's enough to buy any drink, we went to the beach “Stella”, it's just gorgeous, the sand is clean, the sea is clean, there are few people.
We took a sea tour of Marmaris from Jan (the ship White Whale), I really liked it.
p.s. There is so much negativity in the reviews, but in fact everything is exactly the opposite. People who are always unhappy, then you need to fly to the top five so that there are no such comments.

We rested on 07.10.2023, read the reviews and thought, probably people just got stuffed, everything will be fine for us, but no, the reviews are true, we had "all inclusive", the food was disgusting, we ate at the hotel for 2 days then saw cockroaches right in the pasta and couldn't eat there anymore, the bar is open until 11 in my opinion so bartenders are disgusting to visitors who do not tip and often ask for a pour))
The rooms are not cleaned at all, they were cleaned 2 times in 7 days and then barely (they came up, asked 2-3 times) changed the bedding, put toilet paper and wiped the floors. On the 5th day, our door broke, they tried to fix it, we asked to be relocated because it was already night and we did not want to sleep with the door open, but alas we were not relocated and we slept with the door open :)
Of the advantages, yes, the sea is nearby, if you go because of the view, the sea, excursions - your option, but take it without power.

The hotel is located in the city center, 10 minutes from the city beach (there are no sunbeds, but there are free umbrellas), there are a huge number of shops nearby (although I did not see the price tags there). We lived in building A on the 6th floor, sometimes the elevator upset us, the rooms are small, the air conditioner drives warm air, they cleaned every other day. The food was simple, but not bad. The staff is polite, although not everyone speaks Russian. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. There are many foreigners in the hotel.

The fact that the room is not new, it has already been written here and this is so, this disadvantage is compensated by a small time in it and the fact that everything in it worked and was clean. Shops are nearby, as well as exchangers. Sunbathing and swimming on the beach of Yunus Hotel; beer, juice, etc. - a sunbed for the whole day, towels were also taken there. There was no swimming in the hotel pool. The noise from the street is quite strong, as it is central and there are a lot of cars. It didn't annoy us. WiFi was only on site, it worked fine. We lived in sector A on the second floor.

The hotel justifies its 3 stars, as the rooms are quite spacious and the staff will always help if you ask. There are problems with food: only vegetables and chicken (not every day!). Once I even had to eat soy cutlets for dinner, which I would never have bought myself in my life. There is no direct access to the sea, although the hotel is literally on the wall of the hotel on the first line. Bed linen is changed, if you ask, it is enough to hook the cleaner in the hallway, give her a towel and say: Please clean the room at the same time. Then everything will be fine. Paper and shower gels at least every day. The teleks are ancient, they still remember Yeltsin. There are hair dryers in each room, you don't have to take them with you. Refrigerators work only when the key card is inserted, i.e. at night while you are sleeping. Do not take perishable food with you! They can only be used to cool drinks immediately before consumption. Lunch boxes are not available for check-out. There is no beach of its own. On the nearest beaches, a sunbed for a drink. If you don't have enough money, go to the Kent bar, beer is 80 lire and you can at least lie down for yourself all day

We rested from 11.08-18.08.2023. Yes, the location is great, as everyone writes. The food is sooo monotonous, it's the same every day. Hot lunches/dinners are either chicken or soy meat, which gave me a rash on the second day. The alcohol is local, poured without regret, and tastes OK. The tables are outside by the pool, where the smell of chlorine is terribly suffocating. We bought a tour to Aegean Park, and as a result we were given a tiny room in a building With Oskar, a tour to which was cheaper. We went to the reception, they began to pretend that they didn't know anything and convince us that it was the same thing.
The room had a very noisy broken air conditioner, the temperature of which was not regulated, the windows were on the smoking area of the staff. These are terrible conditions for a vacation with a small child.
As a result, after contacting the guide and the tour operator, we changed the room, which also had a semi-broken air conditioner, but at least it regulated the temperature and no one smoked there. The number was given in Building A, which, like Building B, is the Aegean Park building. I also want to note that there is a good Wi-Fi in the whole building A, there was no Wi-Fi in the building C at all. The WiFi is unstable and crashes all the time, the password and login from WiFi - 2. I say because the password is given individually for each visitor, but when we were in building C, the individual password did not fit any WiFi. Password 2 is suitable everywhere.
The hotel itself is old, but normal, the staff in the kitchen is very polite, the room was clean, the food was for anyone, mostly greens, rice and pasta, in the evening they gave chicken or fish and potatoes and watermelon.
People from Building B also said that the cleaner tried to steal money from them, rummaged through food, pills and suitcases. We didn't have that in Building A and C.
Russian russians are specially given worse rooms, because they know that only Russians give bribes for a better room, it's time to stop it. The same British, when violating their rights, immediately call the police, so the Turks are afraid to contact them.
