We did not choose this hotel, it was replaced by a tour operator. Well, then.
They registered quickly around 12 p.m., no problems, immediately gave me a bracelet, which we went to lunch with. The keys to the room were given out at 13 o'clock.
I liked the room: bright, clean, with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator (all appliances worked), balcony with two excellent sea views. The only thing is, we didn't have enough shelves for clothes. The balcony also overlooked the courtyard of the hotel, where music was played every day - we really liked it. The bathroom is standard, nothing superfluous. They completely cleaned up at the request, took out the trash several more times and changed the bed. A number for a solid four!
And what disappointed me was the food. It is clear that the hotel is 3 stars, but some dishes were impossible to eat. For example, chicken hearts with liver or cutlets made of suspicious minced meat (given several times). Chicken, soups, pilaf, desserts (but the same all the time), fried eggs for breakfast, cheese, olives were delicious. The only fruit was a watermelon. Among the drinks are tea, powdered coffee, powdered sodas. In general, you will not stay hungry, but the food gets boring on the 3rd day. The power supply would have been only 2, alas.
I would like to note the excellent location of the hotel: near the beach, the main street with many dolmouches, the center is very close - 10-15 minutes. There are cafes, restaurants, a shopping center, grocery stores around. The staff is pleasant, some speak Russian.

An ambiguous place.
Many complained about the cleanliness of the rooms, but we were cleaned every day + changed the bed every day. but! The towels that we left on the floor were cleaned, and new ones were not brought in 10 days)
The food, frankly, is not very good, especially breakfast. If I had known that this would happen, I would have refused food when buying a tour. There are a lot of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, soy meat and other cheap carbohydrates. At dinner, sometimes I even managed to eat deliciously, there was fish, a couple of times chicken, melons, watermelons, French fries. I was very pleased with the access to the bar (without alcohol) 24/7. We drank a dozen cups of coffee every day (it was very good).
To be honest, I turned a blind eye to all the shortcomings because of the stunning nature, especially impressed by the Aegean Sea)

Terrible hotel. I don't recommend it. The staff doesn't care about anything at all, they can't solve anything. Initially, they couldn't even move in, no one paid attention to us. We were there for 5 days, the bed was never changed! Cockroaches are everywhere!

The most disgusting hotel in my life. Fortunately for me, I stayed there for only two days. We were not checked in at 14:00, we were given the keys, but the room was not cleaned. But on the day of departure, the service staff began knocking on the door from 11 o'clock, reminding about the delivery of the room in an hour!!!
There was also an incident. At three o'clock in the morning, two people from the reception broke into our room, because, as it turned out the next day, a pipe burst in the riser in the wall. Why wake us up at three in the morning is not clear. There was no water from three in the morning until one in the afternoon.
The food is just disgusting. There is nothing to eat for breakfast from the word at all!!!! Even the loaf is the cheapest. Once they gave supposedly chicken nuggets for lunch, it was impossible to eat. And even these inedible nuggets were given out three pieces per hand!!!!
I just can't imagine how anyone could like the food here and supposedly get better on this food. It's all a lie!
Towels are just something. They were gray in color! And they stank of rotten stuff. The clean towels stank!!!
It is better to pay extra and stay in another hotel! It's just a ruined vacation!

I had a rest in September 2021. In general, who is not whimsical, this hotel is for you. The location of the hotel is good. I did not drink alcohol at the hotel. You will not stay hungry, of course, without frills. By the way, the Turks rest the same. I don't know, I liked it. I do not advise traveling with a family with small children, it is not very comfortable. Either two or one if you are young, this hotel is for you. We went to the hotel on the principle of "cheap and we won't read reviews", we were ready for anything, but it turned out to be even worse.
I'll start with a good one:
Location - it's a 4-minute walk to the sea.
Almost in the center of Marmaris - walk to the street of bars for 30 minutes, at a leisurely pace, along the sea and past shops and cafes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the singing fountains (but we never saw them singing).
Now about the hotel: there is no service here. We haven't heard what it is here. Rooms are not cleaned, towels and bed linen are not changed.
Queues at the restaurant - on average, we stood for 20-30 minutes for dinner.
The staff, Those who distribute food barely move, but there are also nimble guys, but one in the field is not a warrior.
THE FOOD is decent! It's not super diverse, but you can eat. We ate everything. Everything is fresh and delicious. The breakfasts are very meager, the standard set is to fill your stomach. Lunch is just soy and a bunch of grass.Dinner - there was always one meat dish, well, like meat, chicken, and a standard set of herbs. One kind of sweets (we did not think that they might not be tasty in Turkey, but it turned out they can) and sometimes they give watermelon with melon (without delicious).
Very weak Wi-Fi, it barely pulls at rush hour..
The rooms are small and old. The TV was not even turned on, and it is not possible to watch it. The balcony is also small and can accommodate one plastic chair.
I will refrain from recommending the hotel, think for yourself, decide for yourself... I have blacklisted this hotel for myself.

We are currently staying at the hotel. The worst hotel has never been seen in Turkey and nowhere else. Russians, Ukrainians and Turks are vacationing. The rooms are tiny and very dirty. Cleaning is only listed, but in the best case, your beds will be made and dirty towels will be rolled up.The hotel is extremely old: the elevator is the same with a broken mirror, it barely works. The stench is on the floors. Hair in the room on the floor and bathroom. Food is a separate topic....if you are not a fan of empty greens (lettuce, parsley, dill, pickled cabbage)- that's not where you're going. The meat is COMPLETELY missing! Only in the form of stew with potatoes, where, apart from potatoes, you will hardly find a couple of pieces of chicken. For dessert, watermelon and one kind of cake. One! Every day. In the morning - no baking AT ALL! No croissants or buns. Just bread. And at the same time, queues of 40 minutes so that at least something is put on your plate. The hotel is not adapted to the restrictions of Covid-19 . The bar runs out of any alcohol by the evening. Even white wine.Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is better to take apartments and eat in restaurants three times a day. The only advantage is the location.

I am currently in a hotel in general, the hotel is not bad, close to the center, the food is so-so, very sparse, they give everything in hand, you don't take anything yourself, apparently because of the coronavirus, there is no meat, only local salads, vegetables, watermelon every day, in principle you will not stay hungry. One thing surprised me was that there were only locals with children in the hotel, that is, there are no Russians, from the word at all!!! In general, I was counting on a youth vacation, as a result, figushki, look for entertainment yourself. The street bar is open until 12 a.m., some establishments are a little longer. Prices have doubled for almost everything, unlike in 2011

What kind of a hellhole to look for. We are resting here now from 30.09.21 to 11.10.21. of course, I understand everything that this is a three-piece in Marmaris, but I did not expect this... After living in the room for a week, they NEVER cleaned after 3!! After urgent requests, they did a "kind of" cleaning, changed the sheets and that's it, no towels, no floor, nothing more. The rooms are so old that everything falls apart in your hands.. Meal... This is a separate story.. I have never seen such bad food ANYWHERE... The bar is the same. In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this "establishment" to NORMAL tourists

I just got back. I was in this hotel for the second time. A very positive place. Friendly staff. There is a bar and music by the pool, the visitors are mostly Russian-speaking. There is a promenade with a beach and many restaurants nearby. They take you to bar Street in minibuses with music, or you can walk along the embankment for 30 minutes on foot. Not for a relaxing holiday :) Not for traveling with children :) For a noisy, cheerful company, it's just the thing. :) The food is not rich in choice, if you are a lover of a variety of cuisine, you are not here :)
