I must say right away that the hotel, in my opinion and the opinion of my whole family, does not pull at 4 stars, we would put a confident 3.5. Otherwise, I agree with other satisfied visitors of this hotel. We arrived earlier than 14:00 and we were checked in at 11:00 without any problems. Two wonderful Russian-speaking girls met us at the reception, told us everything, suggested (where to go, where the best places are). It is also very convenient that the hotel has its own exchanger, where the exchange rate is more profitable than in the city. The hotel is not the newest, but generally in pretty good condition. The territory is small but cozy, with two small pools, one for swimming and the other with a slide. There is a small gym (very small), a spa for an additional fee. The cuisine is good, quite diverse, standard drinks (water, tea, coffee, juices, cocktails (b/ a, alk), wine (dry white, red, sparkling, P.sl. white), beer, strong (vodka, gin, whiskey), not enough fruits (apples, oranges and watermelons for dinner). The view from the room's balcony is gorgeous. Music plays from the entertainment program in the evenings and you can go to the bar to order your song, as well as live music once a week (a Turkish performer even sings several Russian songs). If you arrive on your birthday, you will be congratulated at a cake dinner) We didn't go on excursions from the hotel, we bought them in the city from Maxim (3 times cheaper than the hotel, the quality is the same + we received a free boat tour as a gift). If you go to the Aegean islands, be sure to take swimming goggles with you to enjoy the beauty of the underwater world, it is unrealistically beautiful and interesting), the bottom is completely different from that in Marmaris. Regarding the beach, yes, the minus is that the hotel does not have its own, but we went to the nearest one, 5 minutes from the hotel - Miami beach, for a few cocktails they give sun beds for the whole day, we liked it, the staff was friendly, we made friends with the waiter, he greeted our company (6 people) with joy, sat down on He moved the best sun beds so that we could relax together, even exchanged instagrams with him. (the kitties on the beach were also happy, they made friends with one, she came to us every time) In general, we had a rest in Marmaris for the first time, the views are beautiful, but the city itself is not particularly impressive, we heard that it is famous for its bar street (we were there twice (although both times on weekdays) and both times we were not thrilled, or we were out of season, or compared to Moscow, nothing I can't say, there aren't a lot of people, mostly everyone is standing at their table, drinking and that's it, no one is dancing much, they expected a little different. We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. Located in one of the most beautiful places on the Turkish coast. It is located on the first coastline with its own beach area, swimming pool, recreation area. The hotel is not large, not an "anthill", which is very pleasant for vacationers who have come to feel the comfort of privacy. The rooms in the hotel are very cozy, they are cleaned daily. We were lucky to get a room with a sea view. It's a ritual to go out on the balcony at sunset with a cup of freshly brewed tea, to contemplate and feel all the beauty and grace. Evening walks through the streets of Marmaris are one of the types of entertainment, everything is decorated with colorful colors like ours for the New Year. 😊 The cuisine is great, the buffet is very varied. There is a bar. There are many boutiques, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. There are money exchangers in the hotel and near the hotel. Provided a lot of travel, cruises by sea, visits to nearby attractions, etc. In general, I really liked everything, the staff was polite, the sea was clean, warm, turquoise. I recommend.
