We are resting now. The hotel for urban is just +100500! Excellent with a capital O! The staff does their job quietly and quickly, everyone is polite. The rooms are large- at least our 255. The food is generally beyond praise- diverse and sooooo delicious! Yes, the breakfasts are always about the same, but people- how much variety do you eat at home? Porridge, eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausages - everything is always available here, but at home there is one thing. Therefore, those who write that there is nothing to eat do not make me laugh))) the territory of the hotel is small, but for a city hotel it is very pretty. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the jars with shampoo and conditioner are replenished daily. The sea is beautiful in a 3-minute walk, mostly in the shade. Sun beds are paid (because the hotel does not have its own beach)- you buy a drink for 100 lire and the chaise longue is yours. There is even champagne in the hotel bar - and this does not always happen. All the nuances of arrival and departure are told by a separate guide. The staff is only obliged to tell the concept of the hotel what they do when checking in. There are no complaints about the hotel or Marmaris)) Drive safely!

Nice hotel. Two buildings. It's a small territory. At home. We had a rest in October. There were only Russians. The reception staff is also Russian.They'll tell you everything, change the money. The food is very good!!!The variety of meat and fish dishes, soups, olives, herbs, cheeses, fruits, and sweets are simply amazing. The canteen is open until 21. The bar is open until 23.You definitely won't stay hungry. The hotel is cleaned every day. The rooms are clean. Slides are included by the hour for children. Actually there is no beach. But the sea with a variety of beaches on the embankment towards Icmeler is behind the hotel. Excellent embankment. The sea is always calm. The water is clean and warm. It's worse towards the center of Marmaris. The location of the hotel is very good. Walk in any direction. The lack of a hotel's own territory does not affect the hotel at all. There's a lot of interesting stuff outside of it. There is a small fitness room, billiards (free of charge) . The hammam is paid. Shampoo, gel, slippers. Great hotel! We are resting right now. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is of high quality. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. Choose a beach from any cafe/ restaurant you like and go ahead! The food is varied. Soups, hot dishes, a lot of greens, and a lot of sweets! ) The staff is friendly, the boys in the kitchen and in the bar are trying, while not being intrusive, as sometimes happens in hotels. Well done, keep it up! The tour was taken from Sasha Frome Rush. Rubles were changed at the reception at the hotel, the exchange rate is good. P.S. If for some reason you do not perceive local alcohol, a Migros across the street or an alcohol market will help you. Among the shortcomings - WI-Fi is so-so… And the shower is uncomfortable. We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. Excellent value for money, good food, friendly staff. Russian-speaking girls at the reception, ready to solve any issue very quickly. Currency exchange, including rubles, is right there. The rooms are standard, high-quality cleaning, daily, bottles with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion are regularly replenished, there is a hairdryer, a safe for a fee, we did not use it. Snow-white linen, regular replacement. There are two buildings: the family and the main one. Here, which is preferable to whom, two rooms or one and what kind of view will come across from the room. We chose to live in the main building. Of the disadvantages, as many write: the lack of a private beach. And not once, as some write in the reviews, no one provided us with a sunbed for the purchase of a bottle of water. The minimum cost of a drink for which you will be allowed to take a sunbed is 140-160 liras, and this is translated into rubles - 420-480 rubles. There will be a significant cost item for a family with children. It was inconvenient for us to set the time interval for lunch: 12.30-14.00, only an hour and a half, at least two hours are needed. The bar is open until 23 hours, I would like to see up to 24 hours. People are still sitting in companies, chatting, and the bar is already closed. Champagne, wine is poured from bottles, several types of cocktails. There are no complaints about the food, everything is fresh and very tasty. Breakfast is standard, everything is the same: omelette, pancakes, porridge, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers. For lunch and dinner there are three types of grits and side dishes, there were trout several times, in general fish every day, very tasty cooked meat, grilled dishes, one type of soup, a lot of greens, vegetables, sweets. Of the fruits, only plums, apples, grapes and melon can be varied with at least watermelon. In general, once again, the hotel left a very pleasant impression, I would love to come back again.

We stayed at this hotel from 03.09.24 to 09.10.24.My husband and I liked everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, and cleaned every day.Russian girls work at the reception, they will always help. There are many shops near the hotel, 5 minutes to the sea. But we took a minibus to Icon beach, it's a 10-minute drive. The water is clearer and more beautiful there, and the beach is mostly Russian. The food at the hotel is wonderful. It's always the same for breakfast, but I liked everything, there is something to choose from. But for dinner and lunch there is always a variety of dishes. For dinner every day, they usually fried something on the grill:kebabs, shawarma, dorado, vegetables. And so there was beef, chicken, turkey, fish, soup, various side dishes, vegetables, burgers, pizza, pide, French fries, sauces, pickles, fruits. Lots of desserts, but I especially liked baklava! In general, you will definitely not stay hungry😉The bar was open from 10 to 23 o'clock. Cocktails, wine, champagne, beer, vodka, whiskey, used drinks. The only thing is that the bartenders only understand English. The pool was cleaned every day. In general, we liked everything, we will come back again.

We rested here in the last week of August.
1. Food. Everything is fine, only fruits were missing. The rest is satisfying, dense, delicious)
The bar is not bad either.
2. The location is good, literally 5 minutes to the sea. There is no beach of your own, you borrow sun beds for buying drinks.
3. Everything is clean, the staff did well to clean up almost every day.
The only thing I didn't like was they moved into a room on the top floor, there's just a sauna in the afternoon, in the evening it's 27 degrees in Marmaris at this time of the year, it's also uncomfortable. Therefore, the air conditioner was almost not turned off, the location is directly opposite the bed, at least it would be hung above the entrance to the room. They both caught a cold. It was really impossible without a conder.

The hotel is suitable for both families and other categories of tourists. Excellent location (the center of Marmaris), opposite the big Migros, McDonald's. The territory is small, but there is a rather large swimming pool, the bar is open from 10 to 11 pm. The food is excellent: a lot of vegetables, meat, fish, watermelons, apples, oranges were made from fruits in August. The rooms are equipped with powerful air conditioners, at an outdoor temperature of 35-37 in the afternoon, 30 in the evening, the rooms are very comfortable. Good mattresses (my husband appreciated). The hotel does not have animation (we did not need it). I rested at the hotel for the second time, who knows, maybe it will be the third time (if Greece and Cyprus do not open direct flights).

The hotel is worth the money, we rested at the end of September 2024.
The location is very good - it is close to the sea, and it is located in the city by itself, you can walk, everything is within walking distance, you can also walk to the fortress.
It takes 1.5 - 2 hours to drive from Dalaman airport.
Meals - breakfast is the same every day, but lunch and dinner are varied and delicious (both meat and fish in different versions, side dishes, vegetables, many desserts, soup each time one to choose from, but different).
We were accommodated in a family room, although we booked the standard, because all the standards were occupied. The family room liked the sea view, it has two rooms, two balconies, in general, two adults with a child turned out to be the best.
Room cleaning is mediocre, but in principle it will work.
There is one adult pool, one children's pool, and a pool with slides. The children's pool is not heated, so it is better to swim in it when the sun is shining on it, because the water is cool.
There are no baby pots.
At the reception they give out children's toys for the beach (they are inherited there), so you can not take them with you. We didn't take anything with us, and we were lucky enough to take all sorts of shovels and so on, as well as a circle, for temporary use there.

We had a rest in mid-September 2024, and recently returned. I recommend it for an economical option.
Service:
Only the pros, the Russian-speaking staff at the reception, waiters, bartenders and chefs are always smiling and glad to see you.
Meal:
Of the minuses, only breakfast is monotonous, without frills.
The dinner was delicious and hearty, there was fried fish every day, several types of meat, there was a barbecue.
Bar: so-so cocktails, cheap alcohol, good and delicious beer, soft drinks also pleased.
Tables for lunch and dinner under a covered canopy on the street, I read reviews that it was very bad and hot to eat under such circumstances, I was worried about it, but in September it was very comfortable and even had its own entourage in it.
Rooms:
We were given an apartment, although we booked a standard one. Most likely, we ran out of rooms, but for us it was a pleasant bonus.
The room was 2 rooms, on the top floor, large, 2 loggias, air conditioning only in the bedroom.
Cleanliness of the room:
We washed the floors, changed the towels and the bed - every day. We returned to the hotel in the evening, the bed was always made)
The bathroom was washed so-so, but not critically.
Room comfort:
The furniture is already tired, but the bed and mattress are good. The pillow was hard, on the last day we only saw a brochure that could be changed to a soft one.
The first two days we turned on the air conditioner, then we adapted to the climate, with the loggia doors open, the room was blown through, it was very comfortable and cool.(ps. I am not tolerant of heat as much as possible).
The location of the hotel:
The most convenient, 5 minutes to the sea, we went to the beach cafe Infinity (recomandacien) 20 minutes walk to the hotel. You buy drinks and lie all day on a sunbed under an umbrella, the bartenders are always happy to see you and their food is also good, the portions are large.
Nearby there is a supermarket, outlet shopping center, where you can buy everything, a Russian-speaking pharmacy.
You leave the hotel and you can immediately take the Dolmush - a local minibus, you can get to the center by it. 5-10 minutes. Sometimes we walked from the center to the hotel, also 20-30 minutes.
Animations: no, but the hotel guests are enjoying their stay on site.
Noise:
The hotel is located near the main road of Marmaris, if you sleep with the doors to the loggia open, you listen all night to traffic, motorcycles/ cars, and in the early morning to the mosque. We liked the mosque, the mullah reads very beautifully, a little highlight.
In short, it's noisy. But you can close the door and turn on the air conditioner.
The hotel lives up to its expectations, I would return to it again - of course, yes)

The food is mostly delicious (Grill, burgers, kebab, fish, pizza every day.), but almost all is greasy. Even ordinary rice is covered in oil. The same and meager breakfasts get boring very quickly.
The main disadvantage of this hotel is the noise insulation in the rooms. She's just not there, you can hear everything. The doors in the hallway slam, which makes you jump. We also got a room with a door to the neighbors (you insist on changing it right away if that happens) I could hear everything as I was dialing a number on the phone. Horror.

Beer, dry red wine, whiskey are normal. Of the disadvantages of the bar, there are no refrigerators for drinks, but they did not spare ice if they asked for more. In general, all the staff is friendly. Drinking water is taken from the cooler, as well as freely available drinks cherry, orange and pineapple, the quality is not bad, not upi for sure. At the reception, they also change the currency, the average exchange rate if you are not a fan of playing courses, you can safely change it at the reception, I did not use it for my needs. If I'm not mistaken, they even changed rubles. I didn't like the place for swimming itself, but this is not the way to treat the hotel everywhere on the entire coast of Marmaris. You swim with boats and yachts, we went swimming before reaching Icmeler. There is not a bad place called Ikon Beach. I did not find any critical disadvantages for myself. If next year we decide to go to Marmaris again, then we will go back to this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is generally EXCELLENT. The maids are just fairies of cleanliness, they are not visible, but every day in the room we were greeted by swans on the bed. The guys in the restaurant work like bees from morning until late at night. The kitchen is excellent, the chefs have respect. Beautiful Russian-speaking girls who are responsive to the requests of guests work at the reception. The hotel is very well located. but! The guests spoil everything. The main contingent is the Russian-speaking TAGIL, who come with their cassettes of Alla Pugacheva and Irina Allegrova and sausage under them until late, not responding to any requests to keep quiet. There is also a small part of the British guests - this is a separate story. The British behave rudely, smoke at tables during meals, and when they were reprimanded, they were very indignant that someone dared to forbid. Our neighbors were two young English mares, apparently from the camp, they rattled suitcases in the lobby of the hotel, however, all the British do this without worrying at all that they might disturb someone's sleep. The mares clacked their hooves at night and neighed in their room, but since there is no sound insulation in the hotel, everyone heard them.

We got out of the situation by visiting the public beach in Icmeler. The sea is cleaner, the bottom is visible even at the buoys, it takes 10 minutes by bus, the ticket is 30 lira. The beach is very small pebbles. I liked it there. But a new hotel is being built opposite. Perhaps lafa will end soon. Prices in stores... The figures are on the price tags in Russia, but in lira, multiplied by 3...In the Urals, even fruits are cheaper than in the market in Marmaris. Beef, 750 lire. 2500 rubles per kg!! There was often fish, those who had been at the hotel earlier said that, apparently, the cook had changed, because there had never been such an abundance of fish before. There is no animation, but the children themselves got to know each other, talked, and played.
Alcohol until 23h, at 22.45 there was a queue in front of the bar , then we sat until nightfall. By the way, there are 80 percent of Russian speakers, although we were driving with full confidence that the opposite would happen.
We liked it, even considering that we don't go to the same place twice, I would still come back. 🤗

I stayed at the hotel from 01.09 to 09/10/2024. I bought the tour on the recommendation of a travel agent I know, knowing that the hotel is 4⭐ with All inclusive meals, which implies local alcohol. I read the description beforehand, all the reviews and recommendations of the vacationers. Therefore, I took a beach towel, a toothbrush and toothpaste with me. Therefore, it is not necessary to demand what we do not pay for. There are many opinions about nutrition, but the path to my heart went through my stomach. Everyone can eat potatoes, pancakes, porridge at home. Enjoy the taste of those dishes that you cannot or do not want to cook yourself at home throughout the year. Eggplant is amazing in any form, very tasty white cheeses. I haven't tried desserts, I try not to eat sweets. Thank you all very much💖 We had a good flight today. We stayed at the hotel from July 12 to 22, 2024. I'll explain why I put the 3ku.
The concept of the hotel (other tourists write a lot about it) was known in advance: there is no animation, a small area (well-groomed), Russian-speaking staff, cleaning for 2+ (towels in the rooms are oak, in a word), even the floor is washed terribly (but, every day, which was not initially stated).
The family room (5th floor, as the Carlsons lived on the roof) has ONE air conditioner per room! However, they gave an additional key in advance so that the guard could work around the clock.
And most importantly (the cherry on the cake!!) - you will be fed outside, by the pool under a canopy and this is at a temperature of 38 degrees in July). Even a two-year-old child is sweating from his head here!!! The flies are flying!!! In short, while you're eating (you need to do it as soon as possible), you can go back to the shower, and not to the evening promenade in Marmaris. And this is not a hotel concept at all, it's stupid to hide behind it. It's just disrespectful to their tourists.
The guys, the bartenders and those who clean everything - well done! However, the administrator, who is also a bartender, he is also a guard, apparently gives the impression of an overseer in the UFSIN or pre-trial detention center, the look is such that you can choke on this beer.
The food is ordinary, you will not stay hungry, but there is nothing to feed a 2-year-old baby (( banks were bought in migros.
Prepare in advance that you will spend your money on fruits, since watermelon is only in the evening, there is no breakfast at all! Thanks for the delicious omelet on the fire - this is the only thing that is in great demand here in the morning.
Consider all of the above if you want to come here in order to save money)

Good afternoon! I leave an honest review about the prestige garden hotel. I am currently staying at the hotel for the fifth day and I can say that I really like it. I have been to hotels of different levels and I can say for sure that this hotel deserves its 4 stars. The hotel is not big, but very cozy and clean. It can be seen that it is old but it is maintained in very good condition. The rooms are decent, we came across a sea view, the staff does not hint at tips in any way, if you have such a desire, you can give, you can not give. The staff is Russian-speaking, although people here are from different countries, the emphasis here is on Russians, which is very pleasant. The food is all very tasty and very fresh, it's very good, the only thing is that the breakfasts are a little meager, but you won't stay hungry either. There is no beach of its own, but in principle you can take a sun lounger on the beach for a drink the price tag is acceptable. There is a good swimming pool on the territory, for the first time I see that it would be cleaned every other day, very well. My husband and I really liked it here, the hotel exceeded all our expectations and bought a tour at a very pleasant price.

We had a vacation in July 2024 with a young man. It was our first vacation together, and even more so abroad. We chose this hotel because of lack of knowledge in principle and attracted the "ALL INCLUSIVE".
I was in Sochi once and the cuisine was 100 times better there.
What are the disadvantages?
1. The breakfasts did not change and everything was the same every day. Of the porridges, only oatmeal, oak flakes, boiled eggs, tasteless pancakes, bakery products, butter, incomprehensible jams (it is not signed what kind of jam or syrup it is), cheese, sausage, greens and omelet (yes, it is delicious, but greasy to the point of horror, the oil flowed from it like a million). In general, we went to breakfast only 3 times out of 10 days.
2. The staff did not tell us that there is a toilet downstairs when you swim in the pool. We went to our room like fools. Also, the staff did not tell us that we will have lunch and dinner on the floor below and on the street. On the first day we couldn't understand why the kitchen was closed and where everyone was eating.
3. The room was cleaned every day, as they say, but unfortunately they do not wash the floor well. There was a pile of garbage under the bed.
4. The air conditioner only works in the room when you are in it. Which is very bad, because there is nothing to breathe outside in July, and when you come to the room, you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the room to cool down....
5. The hotel was well aware that our flight was changed and we arrived at about 7 pm, then we waited for about an hour for luggage and took another 2 hours to get to the hotel by bus. We arrived at about 22:00 with something. They have dinner until 21:00. And once again, the hotel knew perfectly well that we would arrive an hour after dinner. But no one fed us. We ate our last meal on the plane at lunch. The staff told us, "well, the kitchen is closed, you're late. Go to the embankment and eat there."
6. When we were supposed to leave the next day, we went up to the administrator and asked what time the transfer would pick us up. We were told "WELL, LOOK AT THE STAND THERE" in such a tone.... As if we knew about it. I repeat, this is the first time we flew abroad))))
And another joke, the girl (at the reception) asked us to check their code and take an English test, but we don't know English and she's putting something there. I ask, "are you leaving a review for yourself?". Her answer killed me, "Yes, did you not like something?". Well, first of all, it was too brazen and not beautiful on her part. Secondly, why did she decide that she had the right to do this without our consent. My boyfriend calmly said, "Come on already." Although she had already done everything before I could ask her that question! We just thought there was some kind of test, but not an assessment on their hotel!
7. There were only fruits: apples, an orange and watermelon only for dinners.
8. Desserts to my taste were not tasty at all
9. The all-inclusive bar - of course, the choice was very meager.
10. There was a glass door in the bathroom and water was constantly on the floor after the shower due to the fact that the door was only half closed (I mean this door is not wall-to-wall wide, but about a little more than half).
11. The garbage truck took the garbage right at the entrance and we were so lucky that when we went to the hotel from the beach, they took the garbage there and the smell was disgusting. It was not 1 time, but 3-4 times we definitely came across these "wonderful" flavors.
12. I caught Wi-Fi only on the loggia and in the bar.
Positive:
1. The guide Ramadan is very polite and very interesting to tell us all the details of the excursions.
2. Lunches and dinners are not straight pluses, but we did not stay hungry, thanks for that (if compared with breakfast).
3. The pool water is warm
4. The waiters always put away the plates and glasses on time. And the bartender made cocktails well and quickly.
My conclusion: I will never return to this hotel for sure and I will not advise anyone.

Well, now for those who need a vacation and want to know more about hotels, their pros and cons, as well as some nuances:
1. Location. And since you are most likely arriving at the Dalaman airport, you will get to the hotel by bus for 2 hours from there, as you will drive along the serpentine in the mountains. Buses usually have air conditioning, so you can get to the hotel in comfort. Upon arrival, all that remains is to cross the road to the opposite side.
And of course, an important point with a walk from the hotel to the beach is exactly 4 minutes and you have a magnificent view of the closed bay of Marmaris, walk left or right for 1-2 minutes and find a suitable place for yourself. Because the hotel itself does not have its own beach, for $ 1-2 you will buy a drink and can use umbrellas, sun beds and relax on the beach, many at the hotel beach are allowed.
2. Hotel rooms. And so, when you enter the room, the first thing you meet is the door to the toilet with a bathtub on one side and a small wardrobe on the other side, enough to change clothes for 3 people, there is a safe in the wardrobe (it is for a fee). After walking a few steps, you are greeted by a nice room from 2010, an ordinary modest room with a desk with a bedside table, as well as a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, a couple of chairs and three beds (double and single) with bedside tables. The room itself is about 12 meters, but not big, but clean, neat, comfortable and comfortable (unless of course you are going to arrange a gypsy camp in the room). By the way, there is nothing interesting on TV, I did not meet any Russian channels, only Turkish ones.
3. Kitchen. Food. Probably one of the most important things in reviews is to read this particular paragraph. Remember that this is a 4-star hotel, so the number is slightly less than in a 5-star hotel. The Shvets table. Breakfast: pancakes, different types of cheeses, boiled eggs, lots of greens, fruits and vegetables are served on it, you will not stay hungry, the choice is great. Lunch: There is lunch for especially hungry people, but to be honest it is meager and modest, mostly cookies with tea or coffee. Lunch: There are even more positions open, but mostly second courses, salads, if you see it's better to avoid the Turks do not know how to make salads, but they are edible. And usually there is a single soup in the corner of the kitchen, which is eaten very rarely. As well as sweets, they have one common component. Dinner: You usually overeat at lunch, so sometimes you don't just want dinner. However, if the day was on the beach or on an excursion and you have time for dinner, then it is not much different from lunch, but there is some variety.
4. Staff. The girl at the entrance at the reception is Russian-speaking, they can change your currency there. I RECOMMEND CHANGING IT TO LIRA IN TURKEY. But later on, local Turks work at the bar and in the kitchen and alcohol in the bar is completely free. There is also room cleaning every day (around 12:00). It's nice to talk to everyone, they don't be rude and go to a meeting.
5. Money. Let's say you buy a thing that costs (at the rate of 1 lira ~ 3 rubles) 30 lira - 30 rubles, but if you have $ 1, which is now 100 rubles, then you will not be given change. And instead of paying 30 liras (90p), you pay 1$ (100p) and such little things in everything. Bottom line: If you want to buy more back for yourself, souvenirs, food, drinks. I recommend changing it to lira.
6. There is a beach on the territory of the hotel, it is cool, clean and constantly filtered. You can relax under an umbrella with drinks from the bar.
7. If you know how to use the Internet, you can book excursions on the Internet, because a local guide will tell you mega sweet stories and recommend taking them, believe me, I almost bought excursions from the guides from the hotel, fortunately I did not fall for these tricks. And when we went on excursions and talked to Russian-speaking guys from other hotels, they said: "we bought this tour for $ 40 per person" (let's say to Turtle Island in Dalyan or Pamukkale), at the same time I bought it myself for $ 15 per person and we rode on the same bus for one excursion to the same places, but everyone who bought an excursion at the hotel was overpaid at times more expensive.

I liked the hotel very much, we returned from our vacation on 08/24.23
Clean, cozy, nice view from the balcony.
The food is good, of course there were those who went with dissatisfied faces, but for us everything was delicious and quite varied. The bar has good local wine and it seems they also make cocktails, beer. The waiters, everything is quickly cleaned, making room for new visitors, the tables are still treated with antiseptic, they really noted this moment.
The territory is not large, but cozy, two swimming pools, one with a Slide, not a water park, of course, but it will go well for itself.
At the reception, Russian administrators will tell and show everything, especially the responsive Gulya, having such an employee on staff is a big plus for the hotel) there is no private beach, but it does not matter, along the embankment there are beaches to choose from, if you go to the right of the hotel, not towards the center, the water is much cleaner, buy coffee or cocktails on the beach and you sunbathe on the sun beds as much as you like.
Good (geographically) location of the hotel, not far from the center, but you can no longer hear the street parties. There was no animation or entertainment in the hotel to our delight. If anyone wanted to have fun, please go to the embankment, there is a lot of choice))
The rating of the hotel met our expectations, I highly recommend it to visit.

We are coming again and have never regretted it. The hotel owner has a very correct approach - every year everything gets better, not worse. This year, Britons and Poles have been added to the Russian speakers. If you smile more from the first, like in a circus. It's like the Psheks broke out of some seedy collective farm. Although it doesn't really affect your vacation if you didn't come to the pool to relax. After all, we are going there for the sake of the sea))

I really liked the hotel! Pleasant receptionists at the reception, they will tell you everything and show you))
The food is solid 4 out of 5. Desserts are delicious, chicken and fish were fried for dinner - the chicken fell off the heads 🤤 thanks to the chefs !!
The hotel is in a great location, everything you need is nearby, a couple of minutes walk to the sea.

I had a rest from October 5-15 at this hotel. I liked everything: they clean every day, the room has a view of the sea. A low bow to the chef for such a delicious meal. Fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, pastries, all for 5+. The only disadvantage is that there is no private beach, somehow I don't want to pay extra.

The location is line 2, there is no private beach. 5 minutes to the sea, but you need to pay for sun beds up to 200 lira -daily. We had a family vacation (with my husband and child) from 12.09 to 19.09.2023
The hotel is located on the second line, but with a very convenient location, there are shops, ATMs nearby. With a calm atmosphere, without frills (noisy discos and animations), it probably bribes people who come to take a break from the hustle and bustle. The territory is not large, but there is enough space for everyone on sun loungers and in the pool.
The food is delicious, everything is fresh. The products are of the same type, but in different rotations and serves. You won't stay hungry.
The service is on top! At the reception, the girls will tell you everything, they will tell you everything (Russian-speaking).Waiters, react quickly, clean up. The dishes are always clean. There were no problems with rotovirus and poisoning. At the giveaways, the cooks always replenish the food. The staff is polite and try to help - thank them for that!
The owner of the hotel is a friendly and sociable person, almost always stays at the hotel and has lunch with guests, creating a cozy and pleasant impression.
We got a room in the second building of the apartment.two-room apartment with two balconies. Cozy, everything works: plumbing, several Russian channels on TV, air conditioning. The repair is certainly not the first freshness, but it does not interfere with rest at all. I was very pleased with wi-fi. There is a good signal throughout the hotel and even within a radius of 50 meters from the hotel.
Wet cleaning is done every day. Replacement of towels in two days.
There are three swimming pools on the territory: for adults, a paddling pool for children and a pool with two slides. Every day, in the morning and in the evening, they are cleaned.
The hotel is a 4-minute walk to the sea and a half-hour walk to the center of Marmaris. Who is too lazy to walk, there is a minibus for 20 lira and 8 minutes will take you there.
There is no private beach! But in almost any cafe or restaurant with a beach, you can order a cocktail (150-200 lira) and a chaise longue with an umbrella for the whole day is yours. We rested on the local city beach, without sun loungers, since you can't really lie down with a child.
We are not lovers of drinking, but we tried local wines, turned out to be an amateur, but I liked Tuborg beer.
If you choose a quiet, non-party vacation, I advise you to stay at the hotel, even for a second rest!

I want to write a review about this hotel. One of the advantages is an excellent location, 5 minutes to the sea. The center is 10 minutes away by dolmusha. It's the same distance to Icmeler. We settled in quickly, the rooms are clean, and the cleaning is good. The reception staff is Russian-speaking, which is very convenient. Marmaris is beautiful. And then there are only disadvantages - the food is disgusting. Breakfast is a complete disgrace. Only boiled eggs and egg mix are made by the cook. There is no fruit for breakfast, not with everything. There are no krausans, sweet buns. There are no pancakes. Just eggs and vegetables. There is no sausage slicing. You can eat it for a couple of days, but having breakfast like this for 10 days is a nightmare. For lunch and dinner, everything is about the same. A solid chicken in different versions. A canteen in the post-Soviet boarding house "Zarya". Yes, you will not stay hungry, but it is not possible to eat like this. It's not 4*, it's 2* at best. All this could have been survived, if not for the overpriced price for a tour with such an ugly meal. There have never been French fries, there are no vending machines with Cola and fanta. Children have nothing to do here. Only for not at all whimsical people 60+. I will return to Marmaris with pleasure, to this hotel for nothing.

Great hotel! We have been since 09.09.23.Convenient location, everything is close within walking distance. The food suited us, the staff is attentive. In general, Marmaris has conquered us! I also really liked the Aegean Islands and Pammukale, we recommend visiting these excursions, we turned to Sasha Fromrasha, our Russian fellow countryman, keeps his own travel agency, will not advise anything bad.
