Perfect hotel. Honest 3 stars. It is clean in the rooms, staff is polite.
Great minus of the hotel is missing of the potable water at all. At the check in it is the gift - 2 bottles with 0.5 l of water. And after it, water is available on breakfast / lunch / dinner only. No any cooler, dispenser or bottled water in lobby, on the floor or anywhere in the hotel.
Before I was always luffing about negative food reviews. But today it was “gala” dinner in favor of new year celebrations. It changed my mind…
Meet, fish, vegetables and fruits are nice, but the cooking is terrible! First time in my life shrimps were without any taste. The best dishes on the table were cabbage salad and cucumbers because cooks don’t cook it…

Nice city hotel.
Location: excellent. Nearby there are a large number of shops, an embankment, a butterfly museum, a market. Everything is within walking distance.
Hotel: large rooms, cleanliness in the rooms and in the hotel itself, professional staff, indoor pool, small gym with exercise equipment.
Food: yes, the breakfasts are meager, but there is always something to eat. The lunches and dinners are good. Fish, chicken, beef, vegetables, watermelon are always available. Everything is fresh and delicious.
Bonuses:
- they take you to two different beaches, you can choose the one you like;
- they take you to Dubai three times a week;
- in case of availability, the room is extended free of charge until 14 o'clock.
I definitely recommend this hotel!
And I thank all the staff for our wonderful vacation.🫶🏻

This is a very good hotel, decent, clean, pleasant staff, smells delicious, the rooms are large and clean, the furniture is not old, the bathroom is renovated in modern tiles, it's nice to be there. There wasn't much choice in terms of food, but there was plenty of everything, fish, chicken, beef, macaroni, rice, watermelon, melons, lots of greens, vegetables, and delicious food. Cleaning was done every day, thanks a lot to the hotel, they take a bus to the beach, there are two beaches to choose from, with free sun beds and paid sun beds. Towels are provided for the beach. A very decent organization, there is no chaos, everyone is attentive and always on the spot for any questions.
The bus takes you to the subway to go to the Dubai Mall and beyond. For a budget holiday, I would say a very excellent hotel, exceeded expectations.

The hotel is super👍🔥 you can safely put 4*, I was in October 2024 with my friends, we were satisfied with everything, friendly staff, registration took less than 15 minutes,clean, cozy, large rooms, they responded to all wishes quickly and without arguments. The food separately deserves 5*, everything is decent, satisfying, varied, fish and sweets are very tasty🔥👍The girls and I were satisfied, the staff was impressed, everyone was attentive and responsive. Of the minuses, of course, the indoor pool and the departure of guests on time to the beach before 9:00 in the morning and picked up at 13:00, there is little time in the sun, half the day you have to think about what to do or go to another beach yourself.

I liked the hotel, we took 2 meals a day, everything was delicious, there was always a choice. The rooms here are not ordinary - they consist of two rooms, such as a bedroom and a living room, there is an interior door. A cot for a child was placed in the living room. There is another room with a kitchen and a refrigerator, with an ironing board. The furniture, of course, is all old, there is no design, but we were ready for this. We cleaned up very well every day.
There is a Mumtaz supermarket next to the hotel - groceries on the ground floor, everything else on the second floor. Near the hotel there are supermarkets Lulu, Nesto, Day to day, a lagoon with a promenade, a fish market.

Very good hotel for three stars, spacious room of three rooms, bathroom, two air conditioners.
Friendly and courteous staff, speak a little Russian, there is no perfect cleanliness in the room, but linen change and room cleaning every day.
The food is not bad for three stars, the menu is varied, I especially liked the fish!
The hotel is not a beach hotel, but a city one, but there is a free shuttle service to the beach in the morning.
There are many super markets and shopping centers within walking distance, a profitable exchanger in the shopping center "Lu-Lu".
There is a mosque nearby and singing is heard three times a day every day, but it did not bother us.
When leaving the hotel to the right, just 50 meters away there is a travel agency where you can buy excursions cheaper than from a hotel guide.
In general, I recommend the hotel, we liked it!

They were in October 2023. The hotel matches its price.
Of the advantages:
- free transfer to Dubai by appointment. I managed to drive every day, the record was always available.
- we took three meals a day, the food is very tasty, varied, and, let's say, if we compare Turkey with 3 stars, it is much better here by choice. There was always chicken of various kinds, fries or baked potatoes. We left at 4 a.m., they gave out food in containers.
- clean rooms, cleaned every day.
- the entrance to the public beach is free (where the bus takes you), and it is divine.
Of the cons:
- the rooms are old;
- queue for the bus to the beach and check out strictly on time;
- the sea, which is from the hotel with sun beds, is dirty.
If you know how to soberly assess the cost of services and do not build high expectations, then a vacation here will be wonderful. Thanks to the staff for the good memories!

Nice city hotel, in the center of Sharjah. Very friendly, courteous staff. It's clean, well-groomed, and there's plenty to go to. The rooms are really tired, but the beds and mattresses are good.
I would like to especially mention the restaurant, the food is very tasty. We had a snack and dinner, it was enough. Dinner can be exchanged for lunch.
They take you to the beaches and take you back.
There's a supermarket across the street, where you can change the currency.

A good three, the service is wonderful, the rooms are clean, cleaned daily. Transfer to the beaches in the morning. There are no questions about food, there is always lunch and dinner to choose from meat or fish, once there were even shrimp. Two side dishes, usually rice cooked in different ways and pasta as well. Instant coffee from a thermos, but you can drink it. Breakfasts are also acceptable, cereals, meat, potatoes, sausages, toast and everything like that. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Or to eat, everything is cheap. I recommend changing the currency in LuLu, not far from the hotel, there is the best exchange rate. It is better to take excursions to the right next door to the hotel in Pegasus, much cheaper. If you want to go a lot of places, it's better to go there right away, there may not be room left on convenient days. In general, the rest was wonderful, if you speak primitive English in a hundred words, you will not have any problems with communication. The hotel is ideal for the morning-beach, afternoon/evening-walking format.

The hotel is good for its category, the food is delicious, we had breakfast and dinner, the breakfasts are a little monotonous, but you can eat. But everything is clean) the staff is great) There were two meals a day, at breakfast it was necessary to say whether we would have lunch or dinner that day (depending on the plans). The food is not particularly luxurious) but varied, well, no one was exactly hungry. A transfer is organized to the beach, everyone will be taken away and picked up, you don't have to worry about it. They take you to 2 beaches.

A family with children aged 8 and 10 had a rest from 30.11 to 9.12.2024. A city hotel for unassuming tourists, near hypermarkets Lulu, nesto, fish market. They take you to the beach for free from 8 to 9 at the radisson Blu hotel (there is a bay there), it is too deep, there are no free sun beds and al Khan beach (ideal, but there are waves and it is closed, paid sun beds). We took the tent with us, and left it there at the hotel. At this time, the waves are strong and there is a breeze, but we swam all day.
Everyone at the hotel is good-natured, attentive, if you know English there are no problems at all, well, they will intuitively understand you in Russian. We took HB meals, breakfast was a little meager, but we were not hungry, we were ready that food was expensive here and this was not Turkey. For breakfast there are always vegetables, omelets, pastries, sausages, yogoput, cereals, tea, non-grain coffee, juice according to the type of yupi. Lunch/dinner is straight good fish, meat, spaghetti, rice, vegetables, watermelon always and pastries, drinks are also included. It happens that without drinks, everything is normal here. The waiters guys are constantly cleaning the plates, well done.
The room is washed every day, bathroom accessories shampoo, shower gel, soap are all given, we bought only toothbrushes and paste, washing powder. The room is cleaned cleanly, the bed was changed for 1p in 9 days, mv without complaints.
Why 4? The room is large, but without a balcony and a normal window, like a hole, dark. We came to sleep and lie down from the beach, and it was hard to be in it.
You can eat in the evening in the cafe from the hotel to the right, you order it is brought directly to the hotel in 20 minutes. Derham 70 came out on the 4th. In general, fruits, drinks, meat, fish are all very expensive there.
The hotel left a pleasant impression, especially from the staff of the canteen, the porter, the bus drivers.

We had a rest at the Nova Park Hotel in November 2024. Excellent location of the hotel, close to shops, Nesto, markets (Steam trains, fish, vegetable), beautiful promenade, walking distance to Mega mall, Sharjah city center.
Very helpful staff, quite tasty and varied food, there are always watermelons, melons, honey, jams, awesome puddings.
We lived on the 7th floor, there was a problem with hot water.

A decent hotel for 3*. It is located in the city center, near many shops, cafes, the embankment is not far away.Beautiful, clean and excellent staff. The rooms are large, two rooms plus a kitchen. Wi-Fi is flying, there is a swimming pool with warm water, a gym. We took only breakfast, breakfast is normal, without frills, but we were not hungry, because I am a coffee lover, for me it is not delicious coffee (instant and tasteless), we bought cappuccino (grain) from them at the reception or went to a coffee shop. The transfer was to two beaches, public and private. The buses were circling, we didn't have to wait, we were given a towel. I didn't like the public beach, we went to a private one. There are umbrellas, rods, toilet, shower, changing room. The coastline is very small, you can't walk around, but the water is very clean, without waves.Every day a stingray, a cuttlefish, a lot of fish, crabs sailed. We always walked from the beach (about an hour), along the embankment. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a bus went to Dubai (Deira district) dropped off near the shopping center, we took our bus to the shopping center and from there took the subway to the center of Dubai, to walk. And back at 21.00 on our bus to the hotel, if we realized that we were not in time, we drove to the bus station (Unium metro), on a double-decker bus (number 303) to the hotel.

Great hotel.
The food is delicious and varied. Chicken, fish every day. Meat (beef)also almost every day (5 out of 7 days). Only the cooking options change.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The only thing we didn't have a balcony, the hotel doesn't seem to have balconies at all, but it didn't upset us at all, because the rest is just "+".
We were allowed to move out a little later without additional payment, we always solved any issue without problems.
The beach is not far away, each beach is good in its own way. The delivery did not bother. We even tried to walk to the Radisson beach ourselves (there are sun beds and umbrellas for free)(photo). The time turned out to be 45-50 minutes) along the embankment.

The staff is helpful, they speak a little Russian, they do their best, they help. We took only breakfast, they are monotonous, but edible, you will not be hungry. The room is large in size, apparently cosmetic repairs were made several years ago, but very clumsy, cabinets and doors are painted with ordinary paint, the bed is comfortable, the plumbing is new. If you do not count on delicacies in the food and do not expect luxury in the room, you can choose this hotel.

Nice hotel in Sharjah. The rooms are large in size. The double room consists of: a bathroom (combined bathroom) with a shower stall, where you can turn around normally; a separate kitchen room with a kitchen set; a living room with a sofa, a large coffee table and a large TV; a separate bedroom - a room with two beds, with a built-in spacious wardrobe, with a large mirror with a toilet a table where it is convenient to work with a laptop. Two air conditioners: in the living room and in the bedroom. The designer's taste is not felt, but it's for the best, otherwise I wouldn't want to leave the room at all. Towels and bed linen are of very good quality (I know a lot about this). Polite, attentive staff. During my visit, the guests were mostly Russian speakers. Perhaps the hotel specializes in welcoming our compatriots.🤷♀️
As for the food, I can only say about the breakfasts. It was delicious and satisfying for me. The variety is (albeit small), but it is well balanced. I didn't have to choke on egg dishes and sausages all the time. Of course, there were also such dishes sometimes🤪 . I was gorging myself. There are many shops and interesting places to visit around the hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle service to two beaches, as well as a shuttle service to Dubai on certain days, back and forth, to and from the metro. I definitely recommend the hotel! If you still can't decide to fly to the UAE, but really want to, you can start in Sharjah with Nova Park.

Pros: transfer to two different beaches, staff who quickly solve issues, a hearty varied breakfast, give towels to the beaches, separate rooms, good Internet, shops and cafes around.

They take you to 2 beaches from 7 to 8 on the city beach - with sea stars and waves)) and to the beach from the Radisson hotel with sun beds, without waves from 8 to 9. And back from 11 to 13. We went to a meeting and were allowed to extend the room for free until 14-00. But there is one drawback- these are breakfasts, well, very, very weak, I'm not picky, but here I just ate one potato for breakfast. My daughter loves scrambled eggs - she eats at home every day, she didn't start here - it's not tasty from the word at all, tasteless. There is no fruit, one kind of cheese is not delicious, Ala fetaxa once every three days, only it can be eaten. Lunches and dinners were not taken. AND ATTENTION - YOU CAN NOT POUR WATER WITH YOU AT BREAKFAST!!! That's what killed me. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large, but the conder goes out without light in the room after 5 minutes.Will I come back here again, probably yes, because we come not to sit in the room and eat, but to walk and sunbathe, the hotel fully meets these criteria.

The best hotel I've ever visited!
Good location, there are a large number of shops, hospitals, cafes nearby, parking is available opposite. There is a bus stop nearby, a clothing store, and excursions.
The hotel itself has an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and a cafe. Upon arrival, juice is offered in the lobby. There are very beautiful sofas and paintings hanging there. Gorgeous corridors. There are 2 elevators.
The food is decent. Delicious, varied.
The service is probably the best thing available here. All the staff speaks and understands Russian. (Not ideal, of course, but still.) They will do everything to make the rest comfortable. It is clear that they are trying. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
As for the room itself: (We took a 3-seater, it turned out to be a 2-room one. ) the interior and design, of course, are not very good, but you can live. (Confused by the white walls, sockets that do not fit our connectors, urns, carpet, paintings) The only drawback is the lack of a dryer. And so, in general, the room is very spacious. (There is a TV, but there is no YouTube on it, there are only a couple of Russian channels.) I was glad that there is Wi-Fi in the room.
From the "+" I can also highlight: they took me to a private beach every morning. (where only Russian tourists are) The beach is sandy and very decent. There are sun beds (free of charge), a toilet, a swing for children, a large territory, beautiful views with palm trees. It's not a long drive, ~ 10-15 minutes. They also took me to Dubai for a few hours almost every day. It's already a little longer to go there, but it's tolerable, ~ 30-40 minutes.
I don't understand why the hotel is rated 3*, although there should be a bold 4. I definitely recommend this hotel. Only good and pleasant memories. Thank you for your hospitality.

For its stars, the hotel is just a bomb. Check-in earlier, the room is huge, located in the center, everything is at hand. There is a shuttle service to the beach, everything is on schedule. As a sweet tooth, I didn't have enough cake and other goodies for food. In general, the food is not bad. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager (a man with a mustache at the reception). He is really the business card of the hotel, as he solves any problem! He has a separate respect and thanks for the individual transfer to the sea and for the eviction after 12. I will be happy to come back again!

The convenient location of the hotel, a lot of shops, McDonald's, Day To Day.We had only breakfast, you won't stay hungry, the menu repeats. A shuttle service runs from this hotel to the beach and to the nearest metro station.And there are a lot of shops and a huge shopping center not inferior to the Dubai mall, everything you need can be found.Al Khan beach is very cool, equipped, the water is not stagnant, the safest for children.I recommend.

A magnificent hotel. You can't even say that it's 3 stars. Very helpful staff, cleaning every day, good with fresh food in the restaurant. Convenient and regular transfers to 2 beaches (urban Al Khan and private with free Radisson sun beds). Transfers to Dubai 3 times a week to the metro station and shopping center. Nearby is the 303 bus stop to Dubai, who wants to go on their own in the morning. Within walking distance there is a promenade for walking and a stunning fish market, where any delicacy can be prepared at your request for reasonable money. We had a super cool vacation. Thank you very much Nova Park! We were in January from St. Petersburg for 140 thousand with my husband and child of 5 years! The only disadvantage of the hotel is the pool in a dark and cold basement, where it smelled strongly of chlorine, we went there a couple of times to play table football))

I don't recommend it
4 times in the Emirates, we visited hotels in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman of the Ramada hotel chain, 3-4*
Positive:
1. The location of the hotel (near the embankment park, where to walk)
2. Helpful hotel staff
3. Transfer to the beach (though it's a little early) yves Deira 3 rubles a week
That's it.
I noted more minuses for myself:
1. Disgusting breakfasts both in terms of the number of dishes (rather their absence) and in terms of quality ( coffee is only in a thermos, instant, there is not even a tea bag
You can count what is presented on your fingers: 1 type of oatmeal porridge, fried eggs - there is nothing more. Nothing made of meat. Fish is nothing . sausages with fried peppers and onions on eom "protein " is over... There is no cheese at all!! This is nonsense and unpleasantly surprised

Cucumbers tomatoes from vegetables and that's it)There is no greenery from the word at all

Great vacation in March 2024, the Nova Park hotel is located very well, in the center of Sharjah within walking distance: the lagoon embankment with a park, fountains, cafes and restaurants; the central market (steam trains), fruit and fish markets, supermarkets, clothing stores. There is a shuttle service to the beaches every day, very convenient. The food is good, we had breakfast, in the morning a choice of 4-5 dishes, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese. I especially liked the attentive and positive attitude of all the hotel staff! At the reception and in the restaurant, they understand Russian, there were no difficulties in communication. I recommend it!

Great hotel, the very center of Sharjah. There are many shops within walking distance, a beautiful promenade for walking. Inside the hotel there is a fairly modern renovation, the old remaining interior items are washed up in the general comfort, so it is not critical. Apartment-type rooms, this is a huge plus! Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, large hallway. Good sound insulation from the neighbors. The restaurant is hearty and delicious. We had a family vacation with a child for 1 year at the hotel in early December 2024, in general, the hotel is excellent for its three stars, we arrived at 12 at night, settled in literally 5 minutes, immediately offered juice at the entrance, and what surprised me, this was not even in 5-star hotels, you could have dinner in a restaurant, although it was already closed according to the schedule. The child was sleeping in his arms, I asked for a cot in the room and it was immediately brought, the work of the staff was just at the highest level, bed linen and towels were changed in the room every day, without additional requests. I had a vacation with three preschool children at the end of December last year (2023). I only took breakfast, but I didn't have to take that either. The whole hotel was covered in Christmas trees. We checked into a room on the fourth floor, there is one elevator and there is always a queue. Room with bathroom, kitchen, balcony, bedroom and living room. The kitchen had dishes, a kettle, a sink and a refrigerator. Shower accessories were left every day after cleaning, when we went to the beach before lunch. Towels were also changed daily. The location is gorgeous, there is everything you need within walking distance. I found a day to day store nearby, like Auchan. Buses take you to the beach and back, I didn't like the city one-the bathing area is very shallow to the chest, you can't go behind the fence-the lifeguard immediately drives you back. For lunch and dinner there are always 3 types of side dishes, meat-fish-chicken, a couple of salads. For sweets, some kind of cupcake, a couple of times like a souffle, from fruits - watermelon.Breakfasts are meager: eggs in one form or another, sausages stewed with vegetables, for some reason potatoes in one form or another, cereals. Porridge has the consistency of drinking yogurt with flakes. But for breakfast there is tea, coffee, "juices", for lunch there are no juices: only water. But, nevertheless, it is satisfying and quite tasty. Bus to the beach 7-9 in the morning,back 11-12. There are plenty of reviews about beaches:the beach from the hotel is a closed cove, the water is hot and not too clean. The city is open, the water is clean, but shallow: I swam 20 meters behind the buoys, and there is still a meter and a half deep)

I booked this hotel on my own through Booking (without prepayment, payment on the spot in cash, because our cards do not work).But only new (blue) or dirhams are accepted..I was looking for a not expensive hotel, without frills, but relatively decent , a mandatory requirement is free wi-fi and free Parking.Since we were vacationing on our own, we rented a car for the whole vacation and left the car for free in the parking lot near the hotel, where there was always a place for a car.We didn't take meals at the hotel, so I can't say anything about it, but you can actually pay for any meal and go eat.But the rooms have a kitchenette, so to speak..with a kettle, cups, glasses and spoons, sink and refrigerator.We had coffee in the morning and left for the whole day to explore a wonderful country.We returned in the evening and went to bed, so the hotel was clean to spend the night.
The big minus is the smoky and smelly rooms!We were first given one with a view of the city.The stench of smoke was what I wanted to vomit.It was replaced for us immediately after the request to a room where it was possible to breathe normally, but there the window looked out into some corner of the building..in short, there was no view at all, but we didn't need it, because we didn't even have time to look out the window)), and then we even found the advantages of our room, because the noise from the roads was not so audible through the window and the sun did not heat the room and we almost did not turn on the air conditioner, well in any case, we slept without him.My husband and I even jokingly started calling our room "the room around the corner".But the room itself is quite normal.A child of 11 years old is considered, as I understood it, as an adult since the age of 11.That's why they brought us an extra bed (not a rumpled cot, but quite a decent bed) .My husband and I had a large bed with a good mattress and a huge blanket, but not very much.comfortable pillows.Bathroom with shower .. everything is clean, no mold, plumbing works well.The only thing missing is the brush.Shampoo, gel and paper were replenished constantly.Water is only available upon check-in, but in the lu lu store they bought a pack of 6 pcs of 1.5 liters
