We stayed at this hotel from 07/22/14 to 07/29.24
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are like in a normal Turkish breakfast. The manager is always in sight, speaks Russian, and is always ready to help.

We were at the hotel on November 11, 2024 with a child of 10 years old. The deposit is good. Food too. Just not the usual spicy and addition of some kind of spice, which is a fire in the mouth.. But it also happens to be normal. Cleaning every day. We were given 3 bottles of water for 2 every day. There is a mini fridge. They put water in there and took yoghurts from breakfast on the sly. I've read reviews that things don't dry out. Life hacks from me. Take your pins with you. They washed the clothes and put pins on the tulle and hung them up. If there is no balcony, then that's the only way I dried my clothes. If the sunny side, then they dried out quickly.

The advantages are traveling to the Emirates and staying in Dubai. This is where the pros end and the cons begin. The location of the hotel is inconvenient- it is far from the metro and bus. The room smells musty, the air is damp, the clothes that were in the room were wet. So is the bed. I had to ask a couple of times to clean the room and change the towels. Meal:there were breakfasts- the food was the same for all six days, nothing changed on the menu. I'll never come here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Metro 5 minutes, bus to Kite Beach 2 minutes (stop behind the hotel) tram to Marina Dubai, JBR beach, Bluewaters, etc. 5 minutes. The room was cleaned every day, the breakfasts are cooler than in Turkish hotels. It is clear that the hotel is not new, but the disadvantages are not obvious. There is a transfer to Emirates Mall and JBR beach. There is no adapter for Euro sockets in the rooms, take it with you. There are also no beach towels.

The hotel is very outdated, the old plumbing is leaking and breaking, the carpet is terrible, very dirty. There are no transfers anywhere (beach and pier), but there used to be. The constant noise from the renovation, but the renovation is in the conference room, not the rooms, which is also strange.
Towels are not provided for the beach. The dining area was blocked off with temporary partitions, it looks shabby.
The corridors and lobby are constantly being scented, as there is a musty smell in hotels.

We lived on the 1st and 2nd floors, changed rooms due to faulty plumbing, but ended up living with a constantly running toilet.

The breakfasts are meager.The manager is a woman who oversees breakfast, crazy, keeps track of who took how much, what. It makes such a fuss that there is no desire at all. And God forbid you take the fruit with you, you will be publicly scolded.

Moreover, everything is fine in other hotels of this chain in Dubai.

We went to the secret beach for 10-20 minutes. It's hard in the heat, but quiet, calm, clean. The water is clear. There are many locals on other beaches. There is a metro nearby, you can get anywhere.

We rested at the hotel from 13.04 to 22.04.2024. The room was spacious enough, there were tea accessories, a refrigerator, shampoo, body cream, soap. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day too. If you needed towels on the beach, we asked at the reception and within 5 minutes they gave us. We took breakfasts and dinners, we liked the hotel very much, maybe for someone the breakfasts are monotonous - we also eat eggs at home every day, there were always cheese and sausage cuts, vegetables, olives, sausages, potatoes, rice, pancakes. And the dinners are generally excellent - special thanks to the chef! Very tasty pasta with different sauces every day, fish, chicken, beef, 3 types of salads, fruits, desserts, and everything was really delicious. We took a bus to Kite Beach and spent the whole day there. It was so convenient for us, we walked to the metro a couple of times - 7 minutes on foot, took the tram to the Marina for a walk. We chose apartments in the Marina or our hotel with breakfasts / dinners for the same money. As a result, we were satisfied with our choice. Kite beach is really high, wide, good coastal strip and swimming area, everything is perfectly equipped. The buses run well, so we were satisfied with both the choice of the hotel and the rest in general.

We had a rest in September 2022. Decent breakfasts and dinners, decent rooms. The convenient location of the hotel is 7-10 minutes walk to the Internet City metro station, near the bus and tram stops. The nearest beach (wild, no toilets, changing rooms, but clean and offers a beautiful view of the Burj Ala Rab) is a 20-minute walk away. The location is ideal - buses, tram, metro are within 3-10 minutes.

I liked the hotel. Cleaning every day, water, soap, cream, fresh towels.
From the window there is a view of Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa. Free Parking, near the metro station and tram (convenient to the Marina), also near the bus stop (if to JPB).
The area is super, the local academic town: universities, campuses, offices of large companies like Google. Marina and Palma are nearby, and Burj Khalifa is also relatively close.
Food can be ordered at the hotel or bought at the supermarket, which is across the street or there are cafes there. Uzbek Zira is quite inexpensive and even Russian is spoken.
Among the disadvantages: breakfast, daily one set of eggs in any form, bread, sausages, stewed vegetables, croissants, cereals, sliced. It's really the same thing every day. From fruits: apples, tangerines and bananas. Of course, there were no hungry people. But the constancy surprised me.

- dinner. Buffet. 2-3 side dishes, 2-3 meat/fish dishes, fruits, salads, dessert, water tea.
The result of the food at the hotel - it is worth taking if the surcharge for lunch and dinner is not very large and you do not plan to skip and walk on the rest. Taking into account the prices of food (at the rate of 97 rubles for 1 dollar, 1 kg of breast in a cheap supermarket costs 1300r, food prices are much higher than Moscow, a large coffee + bun - 40 dirhams (1000r), combo in kfs / bk / mac from 25 dirhams, prices in restik are limited only by your imagination and apetites )

We lived in room 401, sometimes in the evenings we could hear music from the bar on the 5th floor. But the administrator immediately offered to change the number.
