Amazing hotel, I enjoyed the view from my room, the staff was helpful especially Javokh, and the Manager Mr Hicham
The hotel is in the heart of Marina. It is my favourite hotel.
This is not the first time I have come and I will come again. The rooftop pool is very romantic.

Очень удачное расположение отеля и для отдыха, пеших прогулок и для поездок по делам. Метро рядом, залив рядом, рестораны рядом, марина с яхтами рядом, бары, караоке, Marina Moll и т.п.
Бассейн есть, тренажёрка есть, парковка есть, дискотека+ бары+ караоке в отеле 😉 Кормят вкусно 😋
Отличная атмосфера и прекрасный ценник на питание в баре "Nell Gwynn" в период длинного happy hour (например, отличный English Breakfast с трудом умещающийся на огроменной тарелке обойдётся всего за 39AED вместо 95AED). Девушки-официантки приветливые и с вокальными прекрасными данными. Живая музыка с караоке вечером в "Nell Gwynn" и в клубе "Молодость" на 1 этаже зайдёт большинству по душе :-)
Из неудобств - плохая звукоизоляция :
1) со 2 по 7 этаж до 3 утра слышно ночной клуб;
2) за смежными стенками спаренных номеров вы как в 1 ряду со свечкой у тех, кто пытается сломать кровать ритмичными движениями ;-)
3) на 9 этаже несчастные постояльцы с 7 утра будут слушать гулкие и крайне неприятные звуки от энергичных действий людей, яростно юзающих тренажёры в спортзале...
Завтрак- сытный в ассортименте шведский стол, но... в ценник не входит кофе, поэтому на выходе вас ловят с терминалом в попытке списать 25AED за каждую выпитую чашечку...
Бассейн хороший с комфортной изменяемый глубиной от 0.9 до 2,5метров на крыше с баром и большим числом лежаков. Расположение бассейна спорное - с видом на транспортную магистраль и в противоположной стороне здания от видов на живописную сторону марины.
Вывод (искренне) = селитесь на 8 этаже и вы кайфово проведёте здесь время 👻🥳🥳🥳. Я лично - вернусь с удовольствием, либо поселюсь где-то недалеко и буду посещать эти кафе и бары в отеле ;-)

The metro and trams are 7 minutes away. There are trams on different routes, but we managed to use only those on the subway. You can easily get to Palm Jumeira, to the monorail. There is a free shuttle service to Outlet Moll. There is a beautiful promenade with yachts nearby, where you can just walk, run or ride a water tram for 7 dirhams to Bluewaters (there is another inexpensive route, but you did not have time to try it during your stay). The room itself is good, something old and shabby was not noticed. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water, refrigerator, safe. They cleaned every day, towels were changed as well. A cockroach was spotted and killed in the bathroom. The air conditioner was turned off more often than it was turned on, because, apparently, centralized air conditioning was still working. The breakfasts are mixed. Unfortunately, there are a lot of delicious pastries (in our opinion, cinnamon buns turned out to be the most delicious). There were always good fruits, fruit salad (even the youngest son ate, although it is difficult to get him to eat fruit). You can comfortably observe fasting/veganism if necessary and desired. Tea and coffee for breakfast on request. We haven't tried coffee. The children were leaning on the juices. I only drink tea for breakfast, I was a little stressed by the need to ask for tea every time, but this is uncritical. There is a rooftop pool, the water is warm, visits once a day, open until 23, towels are provided. There is a sauna, a gym, but not used.

(We agreed with the pool staff and left things on the roof by the pool at night, in the morning we took the dry stuff). I liked that the room has a bathtub and a rain shower. I didn't really like the work of the water - it feels like a stream of hot, then cool, and it's not very pleasant. If you take a bath, then it's normal.
On food: We took breakfast - the food is quite monotonous, some dishes change every other day. There are pineapples, oranges, apples, watermelons from fruits every day. 2 types of yoghurts, blueberry and strawberry, are very tasty. Every other day, pancakes or pancakes stuffed with banana and chocolate are delicious. And everything else is like everywhere else - several types of sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs are different every other day and many different delicious puff pastry. Lunches and dinners, if taken separately, cost 85 dirhams per person. We preferred to have dinner in cafes near the hotel, for two people the average check was usually +/- 100 dirhams, so it is more profitable to go purely for breakfast or without food (breakfasts here are 75 dirhams per person, well, you understand)
Pool: on the plus side, it is open until 11 pm, whereas in most other hotels it is only 7-8, so in the evening it is very exciting to sit and chill in it. The restaurant is cozy, but I didn't like the terrace, the walls are covered with artificial grass, but when the weather is good, it's better to have breakfast outdoors. The menu is modest, but everything is delicious and fresh. I took breakfast and dinner. In the morning, tea, coffee, packaged juice, water are freely available, in the evening the waiters bring drinks themselves. Fruits are always sliced (watermelon, melon, pineapple). Delicious pastries - croissants, buns in the morning, and cakes in the evening. Meat - chicken, beef, cooked in different variations (stewed, fried, steaks...) To garnish: rice, potatoes, pasta. There was always porridge in the morning and soup in the evening. I really liked salads made from different leaves (arugula, spinach, peking.cabbage...) with different dressings. There was no seafood, only fish.
The rooms are all in one design. I didn't like the carpet, which had seen the sights and spots in places, and it also had an unpleasant smell. When you come to the room, you feel the heavy air, the lack of freshness. Cleaning every day. Air conditioning, but rather general climate control. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the lack of sound insulation from the 1st floor, where a disco takes place every day..All rooms with a view of the city will hear bass and vibration until 2-3 nights. My advice is to take only a view of the Marina or from 7 floors above. Clean bed linen, kettle, coffee, tea bags, cream, 2 0.5 liters of water are added daily. The plumbing was all working, the water pressure was good. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dentalthe brush, paste, and razor are replenished as needed. There is a hair dryer, but there is no iron. The hotel is on 4, because there are disadvantages, the shower leaked, so they asked for more towels, although they brought us right away, and there is no balcony, we had to dry things creatively on the window and on hangers.They wanted to take it to the laundry, but the price of washing for each item was separate and started from 150 rubles for socks. Well, in general, the hotel is not new, but it did not matter to us, since there were few people in the room. There is a nice pool on the roof with a beautiful view, almost every evening we went there to refresh ourselves!By the way, 5 minutes to the 24-hour grocery store, you can buy a ready-made dinner there, inexpensively, there is also a veiled alcohol store, we just did not notice it, then we were prompted, you cannot buy alcohol without a passport, alcohol is expensive in the hotel. There is a control system on the bedside table, you can turn off or turn on the air conditioner and electricity. Breakfast is a buffet, always porridge, egg dishes, cheeses, sausages, pastries, juices, vegetables and fruits. Dinner was also included, always varied, salads, soup, second courses of meat or fish with a side dish and fruit salad, juice or cola. Everything is very tasty. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Thank you all very much!!! The beach is a 15-minute walk away, the Marina embankment is a couple of minutes away, there is a yacht club, a yacht trip - I advise you! The hotel itself has an Arena club on the third floor, there are hookahs and cocktails, a large screen with broadcasts of matches. There were few people (October 2023).
On the upper 12th floor there is a swimming pool with a bar and sun beds. Clean, but chlorinated.
The corner overlooks the Dubai Marina Bay, passing yachts are often seen. Bathrobes and slippers on request, brought within 5 minutes.
We didn't go to restaurants except for breakfast. At first glance, breakfasts are boring for the top five, but when you figure out what to eat, everything is fine, varied and there is enough of everything. Cool pastries. The cook should be called for scrambled eggs, he does not stick out in place.
There is a shop at the hotel, Svetlana works there. A sympathetic person, she helped us in two situations completely free of charge. In response, they bought a bag and magnets from her. We were satisfied with each other.

Of the inconveniences: the water in the shower is extremely difficult to adjust, either too hot or cold. The sockets in the room are not adapted to the Russian format, with three flat contact teeth. I had one triple socket in my room where you could insert a phone, but really instead of a lamp:-)
An iron is brought to the room along with a blackboard. If you need to iron a business suit, then take the ironing cloth with you.
In general, I recommend it. A decent place. You can relax and get enough sleep.

It's just that the Russians don't know this, we didn't find out ourselves right away) As for the water, there is hot and not so hot, maybe you won't get cold, but there is hot and cool water, just wait! Don't worry about charging, everything fits, you don't need to take any adapters! The breakfasts are very large, pastries, fruits - pineapple, melon, watermelon, in 7 days I did not have time to try everything. We took only breakfast, a very large selection, I don't understand what someone doesn't like about breakfast! And the pool is just cool, heated already hot! Everything is fine! We were in Dubai for 3 days, so we decided to choose this budget option.
The biggest and most critical disadvantage is the screaming music, which only subsides by 4 a.m. The hotel does not respect its customers so much that it has located a nightclub, karaoke and a pub on its territory. The bass can be heard throughout the hotel.
As a result, starting at 11 p.m., the hotel is full of drunken incomprehensible individuals who may behave inappropriately.
