I don't know who writes bad reviews. The hotel is excellent, the staff is helpful. The scent of perfume is everywhere. The room cleaning is excellent. The view from the window is beautiful. There is one problem that I give 4 stars for: THE INTERNET!!! The room doesn't catch the word at all... I had to get dressed and go to the elevators, or go down to the lobby to log into the messenger. I don't think that putting a powerful router... and even one router per floor is a big problem for a hotel.

We're here for the massage package. It was not a professional environment. The sauna was not heated enough, there was no steam room . For days it seemed as if the environment had never been used . However, Yuni and Eka who did the massage were very professional .
