I hope my review will be seen by those people who want to spend their holidays at this hotel!I just don't understand where the 5 stars in the reviews come from!I have two or three vacations a year and I have never seen such a piggish attitude towards guests anywhere!I arrived with my pregnant wife at 7 a.m., check-in from 1 p.m., good!BUT they also put on the bracelet at 13:00 with this bracelet you can eat and take drinks, BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT, you're going to fuck no water, no food, you won't be offered and you can't take it, wait until they put on the bracelet!!!!This is the first time I've encountered this!!!when asked if you feel sorry for the water, we were told that we have such hotel regulations, this is taking into account that we have EVERYTHING INCLUDED AND THIS DAY WAS PAID FOR!!!This is the first one!There is no bottled water in the hotel , they give it in a plastic glass at all, don 't understand where the water came from !I had to go to the store myself to buy normal water for the whole vacation!!!The food is ordinary, very little, do not compare with Turkey, where the buffet is full of chamomile sanatorium, two soups, three side dishes, a couple of types of meat!This is the most terrible experience of my life, the attitude towards the guests is disgusting!I have no idea WHERE the 5 stars in the comments come from, maybe people have never been to normal hotels where you get good service and a good rest for your money!!!!I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, your vacation will be ruined!!!!

The territory is beautiful, the beach with very "tired" rods.
The rooms are normal, but the staff does not monitor the availability of shampoo, balm and shower gel.
The food is disgusting. Those who write that everything is delicious and varied are not writing the truth.
Breakfasts and dinners are very meager, the same food, the choice is not great at all. Because the cook is an Indian, all the dishes are prepared exactly according to their recipes. From vegetables, only plastic tomatoes and cucumbers, from fruits: watermelon, bananas and apples in a puddle.
If you check out late at 12:00, the "all inclusive" ends. We paid $100 for the room, food is not included in this price.
Constant problems with magnetic locks, this is a real disaster!!! It gets boring to run to the building where the reception is located several times a day to bring the lock card to life. Many vacationers were brawling loudly about this.
I was only pleased with the warm sea.
We will definitely not return to this hotel anymore, and I will never recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!!!

I really liked the hotel, an ideal place for a family beach holiday. Nice spacious rooms, daily timely cleaning, varied meals. You can always find an empty place on the beach or by the pool. The animators carry out sports activities during the day, especially stretching on the beach. Lots of kitties. Friendly staff.

A very good place for a pure beach holiday! There are no attractions or other tourist spots nearby. You can go diving, rent boats and so on. But the main thing is the beach, the sand and the sea. The hotel has everything for a "lazy" pastime. The staff is Russian-speaking. The territory is green. The food is of high quality, for every taste.

The price and quality do not match. We arrived on 31.12, the composition is 2+2. The ticket price was 580 thousand. Meals: all inclusive.
The hotel is very tired. Everything is very old and worn. It feels like a heavy economy mode here. In everything... and in food, and in entertainment.. Absolutely everything is paid... if you want to leave the ball in the basket, pay for the light. To play billiards, pay for it too. The drinks are all under control, all with checks and signatures. The staff pretends they don't hear or see you. Snacks are just bullying. You come, you sit down, you wait until they carry a slice and a half of pizza for another 30 minutes... No self-service... suddenly eat more than the norm... Breakfast-lunch-dinner are generally normal.
The hair dryer in the room is as old as a mammoth. It takes 40 minutes to dry a girl's head.
The territory is green, not big. The beach is beautiful.
New Year's Eve dinner. The food is plentiful and delicious. There is no program. The fireworks are beyond praise..

We had a rest from April 5 to April 12, we had breakfast and dinner. A glass of water for dinner is certainly a mockery. They would add juice, tea, and coffee. The sun beds are really a problem, we got up at 5.30 in the morning to take our places. We were probably in season, the hotel was packed. Almost Russians alone. There is nowhere to go from the hotel, they crossed the beach through the Rotana hotel across the street, there were a couple of minimarkets, they took coffee and chocolate home. We took guided tours from Coral's guide. It's a 2-hour drive to Dubai, plus an hour to travel to hotels, of course it's exhausting. I recommend a boat trip to Oman, not far away))the food is varied in the hotel, the desserts are delicious, every dinner has a new kitchen)you can walk along the shore, walk to the mountains where the water is cleaner and the view is beautiful)and since the sea is warm, there was no oil in the water)the hotel is suitable for families and pensioners, the sun, the sea, the beach))

A very nice hotel. The staff is polite. The cuisine is quite diverse. Lots of greenery (vegetables, various herbs). Watermelon, melon, apple, bananas are made from fruits, both individually and in the form of salads. You definitely won't stay hungry. The beach is cleaned every morning with disinfection of sun loungers. There is a place both in the shade of palm trees and mushrooms, and in the sun. The territory is well maintained, lots of flowers. And the main thing is the warm sea during the whole holiday (end of March-beginning of April).

Delicious and varied food! I want to thank the animators: Daria (Miss yoga, Kristina (pizza master class) and the boy Louis (if I'm not mistaken, he leads aerobics) are gorgeous! It's clear that these guys love their work and get high :) A very lively beach filled with marine life: stars, crabs, even sea turtles. The only thing that surprised me was that for half board (breakfast + dinner), only water was offered for dinner, the rest was paid. And so the hotel is worth the money, the staff is friendly, the territory is large, the room cleaning is excellent, the cuisine is delicious. And it's nice that the staff is very friendly. Thanks!

The only thing that is terrible is that after 7 pm everything becomes paid, even if you have everything included, if you want a cocktail, pay +-1500 rubles per glass.
There is no animation, the same woman arrives, who absolutely does not speak vocals.
You can consider this hotel only as lying on the beach and swimming in the ocean. And after the sun disappears, go straight to bed before dawn)

The hotel tries to match the stated stars.
Quiet, peaceful relaxation.
The territory is small, but very well maintained.
The staff is 5 plus-all polite and friendly,
English is everywhere. They even try to speak Russian) it's very nice and pleases our compatriots.
By the way, the management is almost all from Egypt, apparently with a whole reorientation to the Russian tourist.
The hotel is 90% Russian. The remaining 10% are Germans, Czechs, Belarusians and Ukrainians.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I had an improved one, with its own access to the beach.
CLEANING and replenishment of the bar daily!!!!
It makes sense to take ULTRA ALL meals - then you will have access to the entire cocktail menu and food + alcohol 24/7.
In the case of ALL INCLUSIVE, only beer, wine and selectively strong alcohol, but all this only until 00:00.
After the carriage turns into a pumpkin-no food, no drinks.
The food is modest, but of high quality and relatively diverse (every day specialization in a particular cuisine of the world).
There are two themed restaurants (included in the package): Asian and Italian. But I do not recommend the latter.
There is NO DRESS CODE in the hotel for tourists!!!
They try to move EVERYONE into the rooms immediately upon arrival.

We rested at the hotel from 13.11.23 on the all-inclusive system. The hotel is lovely. Well-groomed territory, spacious room on the ground floor with a view of the pool. In-room bathrobes, slippers, iron, refrigerator, kettle, free safe. Water was put on 2 bottles of 0.5 liters each day . Water is also poured throughout the day in bars on the beach, lobby and by the pool. According to the buffet: there was enough of everything and it was very tasty. The cuisines changed daily: Italian, French, Arabic, world cuisines, etc. The restaurant is huge, the staff is very attentive. The interior of the hotel is simply chic in the Moroccan style with lots of fountains, paintings, the interiors are exquisite.
Of the minuses: I had to get up early to take a sunbed closer to the ocean in the shade or under palm trees. Where the main contingent is Russian, there is always such a problem. But then they got used to it and occupied any places, since they almost never got out of the water + 28 degrees.
I liked everything very much, thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be happy to come here again.

We rested at the hotel in September using the Ultra All food system. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00, checked into the room at 14:00, were invited to lunch at 13:00 and were given bracelets. The food at the hotel is delicious and of high quality. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, mushrooms with vegetables, four types of cheese, sausages, fried bacon, herbs, vegetables, pancakes, Viennese waffles, various jams and insanely delicious pastries. There is a table with breakfast cereals, milk, soy, skimmed. There are four coffee machines in the hall, several types of tea in kettles and juices. Very tasty oatmeal porridge and fruit salad.
For lunch, several types of soups, fish, lamb, beef, pork was served several times (photo attached) Fresh vegetables, various greens, various sauces, salads. And incredibly delicious desserts!
We went to a la carte restaurants for dinner, and upon arrival we signed up for all the rest days. Dishes on the menu: salad or soup, main course and dessert!Excellent service and atmosphere!!! I recommend it!!!
On one day of rest, after lunch, we went for a walk to Dubai, returning to the hotel at 23:45, we used the free Ultra All option and ordered a la carte dinner and drinks in the room. The order was delivered within 30 minutes!
Snacks are offered every day at the bar from 11:45 to 12:15 and from 17:00 to 17:30 for those who relax using the Ultra All system.
At the soft animation hotel, we participated in darts and a fitness warm-up in the pool. Oh, I'll remember this rousing warm-up for a long time, thanks to the entire animation team 😁👍
Many thanks to the waiter girls on the beach, they carried chilled cocktails to the sun loungers on the hot sand in the heat!!!!!
I would especially like to mention and thank Danila from the reception, who helped organize a bouquet of roses and a birthday cake for our friend!

The hotel itself is very good, the renovation is cool, we had a deluxe room, but the food is for 4, little seafood, all inclusive does not include drinks such as cocktails, water is not bottled, it is poured into glasses, bottled water in the room, without gas. There was a very meager set of fruits, there was only watermelon in abundance. In 2023, we were at Le Meridian - it was wonderful, there was a lot of meat and a variety, this is a plus.

We took breakfasts and dinners - we ate to the brim, every day there was a themed kitchen. Everything is delicious. At breakfast, we took water and juices from the cooler with us. The sea is two steps away, stunningly warm. We were in October, there were enough sun beds for everyone. We were on the beach until 12, then it was simply impossible because of the heat. We went to the pool, which is cooling down - it's true. The water there is an order of magnitude cooler than in the sea. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers, they will help you call a taxi. Our room had a high ceiling, everything was clean and cozy. There is also a gym, Jacuzzi, indoor pool, all free of charge. We reached them on the penultimate day. There are a couple of souvenir shops on site. The whole area is stylized, green.

We arrived at the hotel at 7:00. We were denied service!!! We had a large company of 9 people, including one child and a pregnant girl!!! They said they would give out numbers and bracelets for everything only at 13:00. It's just AWFUL!!!!!! Yesterday, an employee was rude to us and started swearing at us because of her personal life, but we didn't do anything for her!!! The hotel is terrible !!!!! I don't recommend it to anyone !!.!!!! But there are also good, funny staff here!!! I don't understand those people who give 5 stars!!! Most likely, they were not in normal hotels!!!!!!!!

There are exactly two steps from the hotel to the beach. The entrance to the ocean is very smooth, golden sand. The only thing I recommend to everyone is to take adapters for sockets. One of the advantages of the hotel is a clean, well-groomed territory, Arabic design of buildings, beautiful lighting in the evening, and thorough room cleaning. Unfortunately, there are more disadvantages. For example, there is no bottled water, it is in glass bottles in the rooms and in the bars on the beach and by the pool, the bars open at 10.30. Russian Russian and European bar service is different - Russian coffee will be served for 30 minutes, also splashed on a saucer, a European will be brought immediately, with a bow, a smile, sugar and cookies, like a trifle, but readable and unpleasant. You shouldn't expect a smile from the reception staff either, this option is not provided. If you check in early, you will be offered to change for the beach in the toilet!! It is quite common for your belongings to be thrown off the sunbeds on the beach and placed by some European for a tip. A separate negative impression from communicating with the manager Julia is rudeness and indifference. The food in the restaurant- you will not stay hungry, but you will not experience delight either) fish is always fillet in tomato, seafood is rarely and tastelessly cooked, sometimes lamb and chicken are edible. The greens are fresh, the bread is delicious, and the desserts are inedible. The dry wine is quite on the level. For those who like to swim, the water is stormy almost all the time, carries sand, algae (then washing swimsuits from them is a great job), dead fish ... mosquitoes in the evening, you can't easily sit on the balcony. In general, I did not like my stay at this hotel, I definitely will not go anymore and I do not recommend it.
