A great hotel for a family holiday. I was lucky with the weather from 26.02 to 09.03.24. The sea is clear and a little choppy, +26. Not far from the island where everyone swims and admires the Underwater world) excellent cuisine, room, beach, sea, restaurants, pool. Everything is fine. One moment you need to go with a family or a company alone, it will become boring, rest is not for singles.

Good afternoon! Rested from 05 to 11 October 2023. A chic hotel, well-groomed beautiful territory, very friendly and helpful staff, the first coastline with a sandy beach and a beautiful ocean. There is a turtle island near the hotel, you can walk along the beach and swim to two rocks, where there are many interesting colored fish and turtles. The food in the restorone is excellent, I would like to single out the Salama chef separately, he is very attentive and caring to the requests of guests. Leisure activities were organized during the day: darts, volleyball, yoga, stretching, dancing, live music in the evening. Excellent animator Karina. Of the small disadvantages, this is a carpet in the rooms, since there is constant humidity, there is not a very pleasant smell in the room. And in general, it's cool!

We were on 02/10/2024-02/16/2024 with my husband using the ultra all inclusive system. Both were left in a pleasant shock: the service at the hotel is mind-blowing, the food is delicious, varied, everything is clean and tidy everywhere. The hotel has a spa center (sauna, hammam), an indoor heated pool. Turkish and Egyptian hotels were not even nearby... We felt like VIP people))

Very nice hotel. They chose it for its appearance, which successfully fits into the mountain landscape of Fujairah, in comparison with neighboring hotels. Nice equipped beach, excellent room service. The rooms are spacious, everything works, everything is new.
Special thanks to the always friendly staff who are learning Russian to always come to our aid and speak excellent English.

The hotel itself is excellent, the territory is well-groomed, beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, large, the mattresses are high, chic, comfortable.
The food is varied, there were themed evenings of Thai and Indian cuisine, there were seafood in small quantities, all drinks are of high quality-delicious juices, sparkling water, soda, beer from cans.
The beach is private, the entrance to the sea is convenient and gradually the depth. The animation is of an average level, it was a bit boring in the evenings.
The only negative is that a men's branded T-shirt, souvenir cards, a children's hoodie were stolen from the room, children's sneakers were missing from friends, I have never encountered theft in rooms, it's unpleasant. The staff is international (Indians, Thais and other Asians), the reception is Russian-speaking, all issues are solved promptly. I definitely recommend to rest. I hope the hotel management will take note of the fact of theft (the travel agent sent a claim to my complaint), but the memories of the rest are still great

There are two impressions about the hotel. On the one hand, the hotel is very beautiful and green, well cleaned everywhere, cleanliness. Good location, on the ocean, clean beach, not far from the hotel there is an island "Snoopy", a protected area, there is a coral reef and many colorful fish and turtles swim. But on the other hand, the owner of the hotel is kind of greedy. In other hotels, tea is put in different varieties to choose from, and here they brew tea in teapots 2-3 tea bags for the entire hotel. You can't interrogate ordinary Water. You have to constantly sign a receipt for the drinks you take, even if you take regular water, which is very annoying. The food is not tasty at all, everything is cooked specifically, a lot of some kind of liquid is not clear with what. Even salads float in the juice, as if they had mash it pretty badly before serving. The food is monotonous. Everything is very expensive.

Beautiful, stylish and with a small but green area. The distance is 1.5 hours from the airport, it was not tedious for us to go)
There were plenty of sunbeds along the coast, but we had to borrow by the pool in advance to get away from the children))
We had a good view - side to the ocean and a view of the garden inside the hotel.
The room is tidy. Check-in due to loading was only at one or two o'clock. But there was an opportunity to change clothes before checking into the spa.
I will not say that the room itself is fresh, but in general it is better than in the photo. It is clear that they are trying to maintain a normal condition.
The staff tried to respond promptly to our wishes, and almost everyone understood Russian well and were Russian speakers themselves.
Plus or minus, it's up to you, but there are 80 percent Russians in the hotel.. there were foreigners, but probably 15-20% of the total.
Then there will be the disadvantages of the hotel
- The water supply is strangely organized in the hotel. There are 0.7 2 glass bottles in the room. They were changed and filled daily during the cleaning of the room, but we constantly lacked it and there are no coolers anywhere to dial. On the second day, I asked for it to be brought to the room, 5-10 minutes later it was brought. I don't want to call and pull the staff stupidly every time because the water has run out. There was a store on the territory, but it is not for sale there either. Anyway, we were on an excursion - we took water and then filled these bottles for breakfast when we went.
- it's strange that the Ala kart is not all free, and plus the cocktail card is also limited. I understand that I compare them with Turkey.. and that they are not Turks.. But still.. to get to Alaska, you need a reservation (it's OK). Booking - you need to immediately choose the dishes that you will eat in Alaska. We look at the menu and it's kind of stripped down/poor. There were two restikas to choose from, Italy and Asia for free, and barbecue for a fee. We come to the rest and there is a surprise when you open the menu - it is full-fledged, but with an additional fee.. It's kind of unusual if you're going to ultra.. It 's the same with Alko . There is some kind of database and it is free, but good cocktails are already paid.
- food: everything that was cooked, everything was delicious and there was plenty to choose from.. both meat and poultry, there has always been white fish. That's all.. there is trouble with seafood.. There were none at all. Greens, iceberg lettuce, parsley and dill.. And that's it, too. The fruits are watermelon, apples and bananas. All that I can eat at home. There were no dried fruits, snacks.. Although, the country where dates grow everywhere))
For us, the biggest disadvantage was the food.. but again, we compare with Turkish hotels, not with their local hotels.
Based on everything, the hotel is 4 per location, views, beauty, style, cleaning efforts and their responsiveness, the food that we ate a lot))

We rested from 03.10 to 16.10.2024 of the cons: the rooms are already old, all the furniture, they put us in a 1-bed room instead of 2 and then slightly pushed the beds apart, they said there were no other options. The food is monotonous, we were not hungry, but not for 5. Now the pros: daily cleaning, change of towels and bed linen, it was very pleasing, they clean everywhere and it's nice, green territory, good plant care, aromatherapy is always pleasant at the reception, the gym is not bad and again cleanliness. The hotel is located on the shores of the Gulf of Oman! And this is a very large water area, here are the waters of the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. The bay itself is beautiful and the temperature is always very comfortable 29-30gr., the water is very beautiful! Now, of the huge disadvantages, and this is not the trouble of the hotel itself, of course, plastic is everywhere!!! The bay is covered in plastic!!! We cleaned it daily from the water and the coastal strip!!! It's terribly simple! On the last day of rest on the 16th in the morning, oil spilled all over the coast!!!! No one did anything to eliminate the accident, the strong smell of gasoline, dirty water with black spots!!! The hotel staff offered to go to the pool and that's it! There was also such a comment: a certain amount of oil spilled out of the ship!!!The sign was never put up -beware of oil!! We are just in shock. The last day is like this. The photo shows that the waves leave black streaks. Of course, you can't swim in such water for several days!!! The worst thing is that this problem has not been solved in any way.

I really liked the hotel, the calm atmosphere and at the same time quite fun in the evenings. I would especially like to mention restaurants and food in general - very high-quality food, excellent service. The menu is not overblown, but each dish is exactly a dish from a gastronomic point of view. Here, if fried fish, then under some specific flawless sauce, the meat will also be a dish, and not just a cooked product. The actual cabinets at the entrance with the chef's awards are proof of that! For children there is also everything you need and a children's room and playgrounds, ice cream in the bar (free only for children!!) The beach is big, clean, the entrance is perfect, only sand, there are a lot of sun beds, yes, when the hotel is full, it is very difficult to choose a sunbed where you want, you had to take it where there is. 60 percent of sunbeds are booked with towels in the morning by tourists of all nationalities))) There were always places near the pool, in general, very few people swam in them, everyone was in the sea)

We stayed at this beautiful hotel from 04/24/24 to 05/22/24. Initially, my choice fell on another hotel in Fujairah Address, but we decided to save a little and went here! To be honest, there were doubts and worries! But we were completely satisfied with the quality of the room stock, food, service, super sea, beach))) live music after dinner for adults, children have their own animation (cartoon movies with popcorn in the amphitheater, dancing, etc.). Of course, there is a minus that did not bother me, namely, sun beds on the sea, they need to be occupied early, since after breakfast you will not find a free place. Therefore, I had to get up at 6.30 am and go to the beach, take sun beds! They are free by the pool at any time. The alcohol is very good, not comparable to Turkish. We caught small crabs in the sea with a child, and of course we let them go, the child is busy and there is no limit to delight! In general, I highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful hotel. The service is excellent. We checked in at night, and a late dinner (sandwiches, salad, juice and fruit) was waiting for us in the room. The hotel has an application that allows you not to call the reception, but to write requests there, they respond instantly (the application supports Russian). Cleaning is daily. The Swedish line is quite diverse: meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, etc. There was no moment when I wanted something, but there was no line. If you suddenly get sick, there is no pharmacy in the hotel itself, but there is a pharmacy 1.2 km away on foot, the pharmacist speaks both English and Russian. The hotel has a very beautiful and well-groomed territory, its own clean sandy beach, a beautiful entrance to the ocean, swimming is a pleasure. Cats live on the territory, they are not tame, they are taken care of by the hotel staff, there are feeders for them.

There are only 3 glass bottles of water in the room. Cleaning service at 2 p.m. Now for the huge cons!!! The reception has 4 stands with awards that were received in the distant years, but now the service leaves much to be desired. At the reception, the floor is slippery in 2 places, you have to be careful. The furniture is old and worn, trouble is constantly falling down. The bed linen is torn and bloody, but there is an extra 1.5 meter blanket. But the main problem is the food. I did not see the Ultra exclusive, upon arrival we were told that the concept had been updated and even the mini-bar would not be filled. There is a buffet according to the schedule and you can eat 1 meal (not a lot of food, very economical). There is information on the website that there are restaurants by appointment of 5 pcs., in fact, 2 are open. Not even half of the food in my package is presented, the rest is for money. If you can throw a lot of the same thing into your stomach at a buffet, then there are only 3 dishes and 1 of them is dessert (I was constantly hungry, how men with good appetites survive here who don't have enough money) and the problem is that I can't *finish* at a shared dinner, Only 1 meal!!!! I pay ultra all inclusive, I don't drink alcohol (which can be consumed in large quantities) and at the same time I have to pay for food in order not to be hungry. Bullying. There is no sushi in the Asian restaurant according to my package, which is ridiculous. Only for money. There is no pizza in an Italian restaurant, only for money. It draws out money as much as possible. If guests come who pay money, they are the first to serve and turn on the water, I just sit and wait. They impose a New Year's Eve dinner, but they don't allow you to book a table (I think they sell the best ones first). And the main pain: ice cream is only at 12.00 for children in clu clu. I'm a kid too! I want ice cream too!!!! The only non-alcoholic drinks are coffee and water. I don't drink soda, the juices are all from a bag of sugar. How come there's no fresh juice in the hotel? Only diet pepsi is offered. I drink water and cappuccino. They also got flies. Lots of flies, they don't bite, but they just sit on you. I hate all kinds of reptiles. A great hotel on the shores of the Indian Ocean. Quite tasty food in the restaurant (every day there is a different cuisine of some country). Excellent attentive and courteous service. Next to the hotel there is a stretch of beach where fishermen pull out their nets with a catch. Small crabs run along the beach. If you walk along the beach to the right of the hotel, you can walk to the mall with rocks and there, on the rocks, you can see more green-brown crabs. The rooms are spacious. The room has a safe, iron, hairdryer, kettle with mugs, tea bags and sugar, bottled water. Cleaning without complaints. The rooms have a good air conditioning system. Cable TV with a couple of channels in Russian. Wi-Fi in the room and on site is acceptable. WhatsApp and Telegram calls to Russia do not pass (are blocked). Install Botim and you will be happy.
According to the All inclusive system, there is only imported alcohol, but we did not suffer from it (that's not why we came).
The only inconvenience is the distance from the city of Dubai. The tour is more expensive. And just a taxi ride there is also more expensive.

We returned from this hotel yesterday.
Overall, I really liked it. The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy, buildings in the Moroccan style, a lot of greenery.
As a mother of a wheelchair user, I was pleased with the presence of ramps throughout the territory. There was no place in the hotel where we could not get with our son. Without any requests, they settled on the first floor, for which I thank you very much.
The staff is friendly and smiling. The food is delicious and varied. We have never been hungry. The beach and the ocean are wonderful. We were in a happy time, probably there were no jellyfish or oil spots, the sea was calm for all 8 days. Sometimes I was bitten by plankton, but the rescuers who are on duty on the shore have a bottle of vinegar, they treat the bites.

Everything seems to be according to international standards, accommodation after 15-00 and this is indisputable. But...the hotel managers have a clear mindset to upgrade the guest's room category in order to obtain additional benefits. Guests are very culturally and politely begin to explain that the rooms they bought are still occupied and will be ready only by 15-00, but at the same time you can immediately call in a more expensive room of another category. Everything seems to be logical, in practice not quite. Before us, the guys were offered to change the standard, which is not ready yet, to a room with a pool view with a decent surcharge (a room with a pool view was ready, according to the manager). The youth refused and went for a walk on the territory. At the same time, we received a similar offer for 75,000 rubles to change the pool view number, which is not yet ready for the sea view number. If you don't want to pay, sit and wait for the allotted time, there are no violations. Understandable, but not at all hospitable, especially considering the duration of flights and knowing from the previous dialogue that there is a ready poll view number. The room is large, has everything you need: toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, cups, glasses, tea accessories, two bottles of water at 0.75 (updated an unlimited number of times by calling the reception). There is enough storage space. From the problems of the room - the key card was demagnetized several times, and we could not get into the room, we had to go to the reception and wait for the master. The cleaning in the room is good, but the maid sometimes forgot to report something, once he did not put bath towels. The staff is generally very friendly, if you do not remember about the check-in, everyone is smiling, ready to help quickly if necessary. The beach is big and clean, there are a lot of sun beds, the most comfortable places are under palm trees, they are constantly in the shade, they are occupied early. People come to the beach around 6-00 in the morning, as the weather is the most comfortable. The beach is fine sand, the entrance to the sea is also comfortable, but not for everyone because of the large waves. It is unlikely to be possible to swim calmly, most of the time the sea is stormy. Because of the choppy sea, there are a lot of people in the pool, but there is enough space for everyone, the presence of a canopy in it, creating shade, pleases. The food is good. The choice of food is great, when it's better, when it's worse, but in general it's not bad, the restaurant staff is very attentive, friendly, fast. There is animation, not intrusive, who needs it, he will find entertainment for himself (yoga, stretching, darts, water polo, aqua aerobics, volleyball, football). In the evening there is a saxophone and a singer in the lobby. Lit up so that many did not hold back and went out to dance. In the lobby near the fountain at the tour guide, you can buy excursions or order a car at very pleasant prices, lower than tour operators offer. There are shops outside the hotel, a 10-minute walk away. If you walk along the sea to the Royal Hotel, there you will find a shop with drinks, including spirits. Fanta, sprite, cola, juices for 5 dirhams, beer 6-8 dirhams, wine from 30 to 200 dirhams, strong (whiskey, cognac, vodka) from 40. For ice cream, to the pharmacy and souvenirs (prices are higher than the airport) go along the road. Ice cream from 3.5 to 14 dirhams).

Not a bad hotel on the ocean.

A small well-groomed territory, a beautiful hall with small fountains, a heated swimming pool. With the hotel fully filled, there was no sense of jostling.
Cons: the main one is nutrition. Swing hotel. The breakfasts are good (standard), but not freshly squeezed juice, but lunch and dinner are unpredictable. Then delicious chicken soup, red fish, then nothing edible. Some days there was a problem to feed a 3-year-old child (all under incomprehensible sauces). For me, the most terrible days of Indian cuisine. There was nothing to eat even for adults, but everyone's tastes are different. You can order French fries and nuggets from the waiter. Of the fruits, only watermelons were edible. The rest of the fruits were present only in the form of a salad.
Children under 12 years old are given ice cream, in bars you can ask for nuts.
Cleaning: everything is fine, but they don't wash under the bed at all. The handle rolled under the bed, and there was a layer of dust in cm.
Bottom line: the hotel is not 5 stars, but you can go.
