The service from the staff was very regular, but the condition of the hotel was outdated and for a "luxury" hotel, it left a lot to be desired, at least the suite where we were accommodated.

Very welcoming and varying Hotel staff! They really take good care of guests! Special thanks to Victoria and her group! Always there to assist with anything you ever needed! We were traveling with a family and I have a toddler and it was our first trip after my little child was born. Was worried if I’m gonna struggle to travel but all went so well! Always recommend to family and friends!
