Very nice hotel. The receptionists are very professional.l, especially Vard. But it was a shock when the first day we went to have supper at 18:00 instead of 18 30, which was the misunderstanding of some communication or even we were mistaken, Ruku, one if the managers if the restaurant without apologies order us to go out of the restaurant and come at 18:30 . it should be noted that we were about to sit at the table with the plates in our hands. That was a really very bad situation for a guest.

Nice place to have a vacation. Very good location of a hotel, less that 10 minutes walking to nearest tram station as well as to eye of Dubai and Dubai marina. Personal of this hotel is very friendly and kind and always ready to assist you. English, Russian languages available for communication with staff.
