My stay in the hospital was as comfortable as possible for me! Wonderful, polite and caring staff, all of them: housewives who take care of the cleanliness of the wards, and cheerful, attentive nurses! The surgeon who performed the operation on me is a Cat D.M. A real professional! He treats each patient with such care and attentiveness. I was more worried before the operation (waiting for everything to happen) than during the operation. He paid attention to my every quiet "ouch" during the operation and wondered if everything was okay, where it was not pleasant and how exactly, he gave an additional injection of painkillers.
I got a new one in the department. It is chic, clean, a room for two people with a shower and a toilet. The nurses are caring and attentive! While I was waiting for her to finish all the manipulations, to ask her to cover me with a blanket after the operation, she took care of it herself 🥰

I was in the CHL department in June.
The doctor Kuat Sabit performed the operation - removed the tooth and cyst. Kuat is a doctor with a capital letter.
I was very afraid of surgery. Kuat calmed down, even turned on relaxing music during the operation. Kuat is a very good doctor both as a person and as a professional. I am very glad that I got to him. Communicating with other patients, I have not heard a single bad review from any doctor.
The case is after repair. Everything is new. Accommodation for 1 to 4 people. The rooms are spacious and beautiful.
The food in the dining room is delicious.

He was supposed to be hospitalized there on August 13. For rehabilitation after surgery. Yes, the new building is beautiful and pleasant. But the old building was repaired only from the outside. Of the internal repairs, only the doors and plumbing repairs were replaced (and then the good old signs were busy hanging. Since the toilets do not close to be alone) When they came to the ward, the neighbors said not to unpack things because there are a lot of cockroaches. Opening the bedside table, I saw cockroaches and their tails with eggs thrown back. Hospitalization was canceled due to sanitary conditions. And yeah. It is a very small ward and there are 4 beds to pass almost sideways. I'm talking about the neurology department on the 4th floor. And the elevator has been there since the 60s. And patients are poorly walking. A nightmare in one word.

Since 07.06, my mother has been in rehabilitation unit No. 2 after a severe stroke. We were immediately told that in order for rehabilitation to be effective and mom to receive all the necessary procedures, it was necessary for relatives to be present on weekdays from morning to lunch, which we did. The nurses of the department are nice and helpful, and I am very grateful to them.
However, there were serious problems with treatment. The doctor insisted on increasing the dose of my mother's antidepressant to 50 mg, despite our objections and her previous negative reactions to this dose. As a result, my mother had side effects that were left without proper attention from doctors.
Upon returning from my departure, I found that my mother hardly walks, does not eat, does not drink. It was only at home that I managed to stabilize her condition with great difficulty.

Сделал перегородку носа, отдельное спасибо Дробыш Дарье Анатольевне, операция прошла замечательно.
Персонал дружелюбный, от медсестры до заведующей. Еда вкусная. Хорошая территория для прогулок.
Из минусов: наверное так почти везде, нет единой системы лечения между сотрудниками, вижу как меняются смены и лечат по-разному, одни кровь сворачивают, другие разжижают.
Не до конца изучают анамнез, список лекарст, которые принимает пациент, назначают аналогичные препараты, но в форме инъекций, потом узнают, что человек принимает такие же, но таблетки, уколы отменяются...
И это после того, когда человек психанул и начал задавать вопросы.
Со мной лежит мужик, у него Апноэ сна (остановка дыхания во сне) аппарат для сна не действует, если нос не дышит. Так вот ему сделали операцию на нос и дней 5 дышать через нос не сможет, а значит и спать. Никто это не продумал заранее, думаю, мужику надо было перепрограммировать аппарат на ротовое дыхание, конечно до операции.
Уже двое суток не спит, мучается, жалко человека... Лежу рядом, поддерживаю,
В любой момент может завалиться от истощения.
Дежурный Врач отвечает, что ничем помочь не может. Видимо ещё не опытный, молодой совсем. Будем ждать понедельника, надеемся на Дарью Анатольевну.

Each of us sooner or later comes across a visit to the dentist. And a lot depends on the professionalism of the doctor. It's great if everything goes smoothly the first time. Unfortunately, this does not always happen.
In September 2023, I had to apply to the MNPC of Transplantology and Hematology to remove a wisdom tooth. Everything was done, but the next day puffiness appeared on the face, which was said to be the norm. But this norm was only increasing in size every day. I had to go to the 11th city clinical hospital, where another doctor was diagnosed with an abscess of the right cheek.I was immediately hospitalized and the wonderful Dr. Anvarov Azam Naimovich took over my treatment. For two weeks, all the necessary medical procedures were carried out, thanks to which my face became the same. The doctor did everything very carefully and meticulously and with a touch of humor, so that the treatment was as painless as possible (and subsequently, at the mere mention of the dental office, there was no panic). However, he succeeded. Everything healed and in November I returned to the 11th city clinical hospital to Azam Naimovich for the removal of the remaining wisdom teeth. It was, of course, a little scary, having already had some negative experience behind me, but I trusted this doctor and did not regret it at all. Everything went without any complications.

Unfortunately, I cannot give the maximum rating due to the rather long wait for admission from some specialists and periodic problems with the organization of the work of the departments. This sometimes creates some inconveniences and requires additional time and patience from patients. In general, if we talk about the quality of treatment and attitude towards patients, hospital number 11 leaves positive impressions and deserves high praise. If necessary, seek medical help, I recommend considering this hospital as one of the priority options.

Back to the 1st office, after sitting for another hour they got an appointment (the otolaryngologist took patients from 10-20 minutes). After conducting an examination and reading the directions, the doctor said that we initially did not need to go to her, asked us to return to the administrator (voyush Olga)
Upon returning to her, I sent her to the head of the chelyusno-facial department, where we were also not examined there and were already sent to the 4th office (where we were supposed to be sent initially), since 2 hours or even more had already been spent, no patience to sit in another queue, we went to the head doctor, there the problem has already been solved without waiting in line!
In conclusion, if voyush Olga Mikhailovna had performed her work efficiently and conscientiously, so much time of sick people, the time of the heads of the doctor, and the time of the head of the facial department would not have been spent!!!!

Больница нормальная. Лежала в члх1, оперировал Егор Игоревич. Безумно приятный врач, качественно, спокойно и с юмором поддерживал всю операцию и вел лечение. В члх прекрасные специалисты, обращайтесь без беспокойства, доктора и медсестры - действительно прекрасно работают. Кормят вкусно, ежедневная влажная уборка и кварцевания, в больнице тепло (даже жарко). Однако хотелось бы обновить ремонт в палатах, уменьшить количество людей в одной палате, обновить матрасы и подушки (хотя думаю, что данная проблема решится с открытием нового корпуса). Обращайтесь, не пожалеете. Здесь работают доктора по призванию. (Егор Игоревич, спасибо за операцию и лечение!)
