Not a bad hotel, cozy modern rooms. Convenient location in the city center, the entire center is within walking distance. Friendly staff. The breakfasts are quite hearty (but the food used to be better, the cook has obviously changed). There is a swimming pool and sauna included in the price. The quality of housing and service corresponds to the price.

Two stars for the fact that the administration does not worry about the safety of its guests.. The city is located in a seismic area, and not only the evacuation stairs are closed in the hotel, but even the main ones due to repairs. And God forbid something happens, guests will not be able to evacuate from the upper floors.

The room is not very big.Clean. In the room there is a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, dental kit, shower cap, good towels.
Teapot, cups and glasses. Water is supplied every day. There is no tea or coffee in the room.
There is a mini bar.
The bed is wide and comfortable.
The breakfasts are varied.
Coffee in the coffee machine is quite enough)))
Cleaning is done every day.
Of the features for which I took off one star:
1. There is no outlet in the bathroom. There is nowhere to turn on your hair dryer or electric shaver. Perverted with an outlet in the room and a small mirror insert in the interior near the TV.
2. A swimming pool, saunas and a gym are declared. In fact, there is everything. But the pool is small. Straight... Strange. And there are a lot of swimmers, children. If there are children there, then it makes no sense to get in.
I haven't tried the sauna.

We lived for 4 full days, slept as three girls in 2 double beds, while we shared a fight. the most injured was sleeping alone. for 4 days, water was brought every day, and a fitting was also found under the bed, in the form of a full packed pack of condoms and an empty can of cola. 4 stars for the fact that the jar is empty. we could have thrown a full closed one, but it's super. only the oatmeal porridge for breakfast is tasteless, and the vegetables rested for 3 days are the same. The staff is great, no questions asked.

I stayed at this hotel in a Deluxe Terrace room.
I'll start with the pros:
The room was cleaned every day.
A bottle of water was also brought, that's all.
One day there was no hot water, instead there was cold water. I called the reception, they told me to take 20 minutes, but after that the hot one did not appear, I took another 20, the effect is the same.
So if you go there, then get ready to wash without hot water.
There are no kettles in the rooms.
I asked at the reception, they said they would bring it if they found it.
Then they brought it, tried to boil the water - it smelled like plastic, it was impossible to drink, the kettle was the cheapest without a flask inside.
Breakfast is monotonous, the same thing every day, it tastes like a three.
The appliances are placed on dirty pads on the table.
In general, the impression was sad from staying in such a hotel.
The price tag is crazy, for such money such disgusting service.
This is not the way to do it, dear administration.
I'm not coming here anymore.

I was shocked, to be honest. Yes, I didn't have time to tell you yesterday that everything was canceled, but I did the next day.

Terrible restaurant at the hotel. I was there with a child, ordered French fries and cappuccino, they said that the potatoes would be cooked in five minutes, in fact they brought in half an hour, overcooked smelly potatoes in old butter and cappuccino in a dirty mug, with smudges from what I drank before me. We rented conference rooms in this hotel - spacious, comfortable, good equipment!
Separately, I would like to say THANKS to the kitchen and restaurant of this hotel. Varied, delicious, with a large selection of breakfasts. Every day there are different, delicious, hearty lunches.
The organization of coffee breaks during events is at the highest level!!! Varied and hearty snacks!

I took a deluxe room at this hotel.
The room itself is very comfortable and cozy, there are no questions about it, there was a very strong lack of a kettle in the room and some dishes except glasses.
Number 9 out of 10
The bathroom is the main problem of this room. It feels like it was taken from some kind of economy hostel of the two thousandth years, you need to wait a couple of minutes for hot water. Yes, they put up a sign about it, but as for me, it's better to eliminate the reason than to hang a sign. The curtain is glass and about one quarter of the bath and then not in full height, in general, even with careful washing, a bathroom full of water is provided to you, hence, by the way, black mold is most likely. A hair dryer rewound with white duct tape is not professional, my husband said it was better to use a blue one (joke).

The restaurant in the hotel is quite strange. I ordered a steak with rare fried rice, specifically clarified that there were no additional spices, only salt oil before cooking and ground black pepper for the finished steak. They brought rice half an hour later, which was over-dried in the ears, just a lump of rice stuck together. For some reason, the meat was filled with some kind of sauce and the meat itself was pickled. And the cherry on the cake was that I could hardly saw off, no, cut off a piece of steak to try it, the knife that was brought could not cope with the veins that permeated this meat through.
The breakfasts were also not very good, the eyes are not cut out of potatoes, cucumbers and tomatoes are already ripe at the time of the opening of the breakfasts, and the tomatoes are already wrinkled from time
In general, such a kitchen is 0 out of 10.
The service is strange, I called to find out why the Internet is not working, the reception said that yes it was not working and hung up, neither when it would be fixed nor what happened, no information at all. The restaurant menu should have been in a QR code on some card in my room, but the problem is that I didn't have this card in my room, and again there was no reaction from the reception to my complaint, even after I personally approached the reception and asked if I could then to get this QR code, they said they would bring it to my room, and you know that it was never brought. The cleaning in the rooms is very bad, the glass has not been changed for 10 times. And the room itself was very poorly prepared, some pieces of bananas, dust and hair after shaving the previous guest in the bathroom. This is not to mention the fact that obviously the room has not been cleaned for a long time.
It is a pity that with such an excellent room design, all other parts of the hotel turned out to be at such a low level of quality.

The whole group of us are simply delighted with this hotel - first of all, the level of service! And the food is a gastronomically wonderful shock when 5 types of menus are offered for dinner - and - separately - the national menu! Delicious and delicious! Breakfast is a buffet, but it cannot be compared with dinner, but you can find dishes for every taste. The waiters are well-trained - you can feel a good professional level. The rooms are clean, but the furniture and air conditioning are rated "satisfactory". Overall, a good hotel.

Nice hotel, I was there at a conference in 2018. The room was spacious, consisted of two rooms (business suite or something like that): living room and bedroom. The room is clean, well furnished, if a kettle with a choice of tea, capsule coffee maker, minibar.
Cons:
1. The door has no sound insulation at all! It's a pity I didn't take a picture, but there's a couple of centimeters between the door and the floor. If someone walks down the hallway and you are in the living room, it feels like they passed next to you, everything is clearly audible.
2. The design, of course, is weak. A bunch of different prints in one space, "furniture sets", different styles and eras, a stupid mirror frame by the TV, everything is mixed up. Because of this, it was vague (and painful to the eyes sometimes).
