Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and tidy. There is a gym, swimming pool, sauna. Breakfast is included. The restaurant serves delicious food, various dishes are presented: salads, soups, burgers, side dishes, poultry, lamb, pork, beef, horse meat. Since the cook starts cooking only after ordering, the wait for the dish will be about 30-40 minutes.

The hotel, to put it mildly, is so-so! Firstly, the room smells of tobacco: either someone is smoking in the neighboring rooms through the window, or the ventilation is terrible. Secondly, I could not wash properly, because: a) the shower switch does not work (room 545), b) in principle there is no water (a thin trickle of cold water flows from the tap. And it doesn't matter if you switch to hot or not. The water is either cold or boiling water from any position of the switch(((((
There are no questions about cleaning the room!
The reception staff is very "not customer-oriented". Since February 3, 2023, a tourist fee (5% of the cost of a day) has been introduced in Almaty. The room was booked for 2 nights + early check-in. (February 6.7+ early check-in on February 6). As a result, I had to pay for the tour.collection for 3 days.(February 5,6,7), provided that I was not in the country, in principle, on February 5, as indicated by the boarding pass. But the staff at the reception said, as the payment system is, so I charge you a fee! I don't know anything! In general, the impression is spoiled, next time I will not go to this hotel)))

The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. The corridors in the hotel are quite narrow. Two people are walking apart. I'll barely put 4 for breakfast. They cook an omelet and scrambled eggs, pancakes with you. Tomato juice seemed strange to me. I'm used to a dark red opaque drink with pulp, here it's transparent with a slight red tinge. The courtyard in front of the hotel is small. I really liked the food in the restaurant. I ordered pike perch - the fish turned out to be not dry, tasty and added an excellent sauce to the taste of the fish.

I rarely write reviews, but this time it's impossible not to share and warn!
My youngest and I came to Almaty for the wedding of our eldest daughter. The hotel, dubious 4 stars, turned out to be quite tolerable, there were shortcomings in the form of a lack of shampoo, toilet paper, a bathrobe (because all the bathrobes were washed and wet), but in principle one could put up with all this until the entire package with my daughter's cosmetics was stolen from our room, that's all - brushes, a full set of makeup, all this costs about 400 euros. We went to the wedding, and when we started preparing for the next event the next day, there was no package, no powder and mascara that were lying next to it. We turned to the reception, and after several indistinct calls, we were connected to the hotel manager, who promised to come and sort it out, as well as call the head of the Security Service and view the cameras. They promised that everything would be done by our return and we would somehow resolve the situation. We returned at 7 p.m. Apart from the fact that they got through to the maid and she said that she had not taken anything, nothing was done. When asked what's next, we were promised that now, within 20 minutes, the head of the Security Service will drive up and look at the cameras. After waiting another hour, we asked the reception to call the police, as the hotel staff simply ignores us. We were promised to do this immediately, but nevertheless, until I came to the reception again and forced them to call in front of me, no one called anyone. The head of the Security Service came along with the precinct officer, explaining his absence with other priorities on his day off on Sunday. (Of course, my daughter and I are much more interested in dealing with theft in the department than dealing with our plans with the newlyweds). Then the task force was called, they treated the incident with great attention and registered the case. There was no compensation from the hotel for the stolen goods and no offer to resolve the situation either. No one even apologized.
That was when we thought our troubles were over, and we went down to the restaurant to sit with our eldest daughter and her husband. It was also her birthday that day, so we wanted to spend the last hours before leaving in a relaxed conversation. But then she decided to leave the restaurant to go to the toilet, and just outside the restaurant door there was a corpse lying ON the FLOOR, with open legs, without a stretcher. She was asked to wait inside the restaurant, but through the slightly open door we could observe the deceased for another 15 minutes. I think I don't need to describe the condition of my daughters... I couldn't even imagine that I would ever face such an inhumane treatment of the deceased's body and guests.

It stinks of sewage, allegedly a pipe burst. It stinks so much that it is impossible to sleep on the 6th floor!
You can only iron in the ironing room, by the way, it was in it that the sewer burst. And the most funny thing is that they don't give you an iron in the room, they say, go to the ironing room and there's a smooth surface!
