The flight was in mid-February 2026 on the route Moscow-Seychelles with an hour transfer to Abu Dhabi, the total travel time was expected to be about 12 hours. As a result, they delayed the flight in Moscow, allegedly for technical reasons, and disrupted the connection. As a result, they changed the route, which took 36 hours to reach Moscow-Abu Dhabi-Doha-Seychelles. The friends flew out the next day on the same flight and everything happened again! They were even more lucky - 48 hours on the road, but instead of Doha, there was Ethiopia.

At the airport, the staff said, "there's nothing more they can do." 4) two weeks later, they send us a refund statement with deduction of tax fees, although it was not our initiative to cancel previously purchased tickets. Piggish attitude. I do not recommend flying these lines to anyone. It's better to use Emirates or Aeroflot. Take care of your nerves and money.
