Great hotel! Clean, cozy, clean pastels and towels, from the panoramic balcony you can see the whole of Shymkent in the palm of your hand! Excellent location, across the street there is a park, shopping center, Arbat, many shops and cafes! Very tasty and varied breakfast buffet. I liked the hotel, with a view of the park and the mountains. Friendly staff at the reception. Convenient location. Balconies in the room are completely unnecessary, especially in the toilet with a shower. It's not checked in the bathroom, and you can't open the balcony, it's hot. This is the only negative in the room. At the reception, they advised the Golden Cot national restaurant nearby, it's just gorgeous, the choice of dishes is great, everything is delicious, and the interior is fascinating, like in a palace) I recommend the hotel!

I stayed at this hotel. They gave me a room on the seventh floor, breakfast is included. The room is new and fresh with a view of the park. There is a Fountain water park nearby. There is a discount at the reception for the water park! The service at the hotel is at the highest level! Everything is within walking distance-Arbat, Park, Water Park, shopping center, etc. all nearby! I had a 5-plus rest!

A large hotel in the city center. The rooms are large, the standard is about 35 sq. m. Ie. the room has a sofa, a table, in addition to standard amenities. Instead of the usual climate control, there is a split system. The beds are small, but the mattresses are comfortable. The bathroom has controversial solutions. The breakfast is good, quite varied. But in general, you get enough comfort for a little money.

A good hotel, friendly staff and high-quality service. Despite the high price, I would like to note that the price and quality fully correspond to the institution, and the indicated price justifies the entire cost of rest. There are also very tasty breakfasts, that is, a buffet with a variety of food. The room has a large double bed with a very good mattress, the split system works properly - it cools the room well. The bathroom also has a working hairdryer, and most importantly, hot water with a good flow. Cleaning is carried out efficiently and water reserves are replenished, which in the summer has a significant role (they can understandingly provide more water). The view from the room on the sixth floor is wonderful. The balcony overlooked the Arbat, the Park area and the attractions. The location of the hotel itself is convenient, as it is located in the city center. There is a 50% discount system for the water park, which is located near the hotel. Of the disadvantages, the only thing I have encountered is that at lunchtime, at high temperatures, the elevator turns off and may not work for a while. But even despite this drawback, I do not want to reduce any assessment of the hotel, since the problem is immediately eliminated by the employees.

Reception, reception desk, decent breakfasts are included in the price. The parking is spacious, the facade and interior are expensive and rich.

The hotel, like the city of the same name, is open to everyone. There is a vacation for every budget, taste and color. Personally, I choose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location. Everything I need is nearby. Secondly, you can stay both day and night without booking - there will be places. He did it twice for the sake of interest. But it's better to book anyway. You never know... the rooms are comfortable, clean, and do not shine with extreme comfort. There are clean linen, air conditioning in the rooms and a shower. There is a set of towels, detergents, and a bathrobe in the bathroom. Everything is updated daily. Breakfast for three. The prices for the mini-bar, as elsewhere, are an indicator of greed. But what can you do? You can have dinner at the Public restaurant. I recommend the steak. The meat is served ripe. The degree of roasting must be specified, otherwise, by default, the steak will be fried as much as possible. The staff is friendly, but no more. They smile more often than in Turkestan, for example. But that's what Shymkent is for. Enjoy your stay.

It was a month ago. The rooms are old and battered. The plumbing works every other time. They brought a dirty towel, I didn't notice it right away. At the check-out, they made me pay for a towel and said that I wiped their shoes, although the shoes were white and not black. When trying to explain at the reception, they started being rude, did not understand, paid 4000 tenge. The sediment is unpleasant. But I stopped at the hotel to relax after a hard day, and not to do an audit of what and how and what kind of towel was brought to me. They substitute and close their joints at the expense of the guests. There are more decent hotels nearby and much better and cleaner!
