Incredible emotions — I finally visited Ibrahim Pasha's palace in Istanbul! As a fan of the Magnificent Century, I have long dreamed of seeing this place, but it was especially exciting to realize that Ibrahim Pasha and Hatice really lived here in real life. Now the palace houses a museum, and every room, every detail of the interior helps to touch the true history of the Ottoman Empire. Walking through the halls, you can imagine how important meetings took place here, what conversations were held behind these walls, and how the daily life of the powerful vizier and his wife went on. The atmosphere is amazing — it seems like time has stopped here. The impressions exceeded all expectations, I am absolutely delighted! I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in history and wants to see an authentic place associated with outstanding personalities of the era of Suleiman the Magnificent.

This museum may not seem very interesting to some, but we liked the main exhibit. It is not expensive to enter. There is a cafe on site with a view of the square. Field exhibitions are held. The architecture of the palace itself is also interesting, and many questions arise about the life of people in it. I think this is one of the must-see places. You may not see anything grandiose, but you will find something interesting for yourself. HUGE religious books and doors with handles positioned higher than your head.

I lowered the stars because they sell an audio guide at the box office that only works with the Internet. But since we didn't have an Internet connection, they tried to connect their wi-fi, but unfortunately it didn't work either, so they refunded the money for the audio guide. We visited the museum, but nothing was clear.😁
