Huge loggia, amazing view of the city! I would especially like to mention the cleaning staff. His name is Nim. Impeccable, daily cleaning, with a change of linen and towels, attentive, polite! The staff at the buffet is very friendly and helpful! Delicious, varied breakfasts, fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products. Honey in honeycombs with nuts, fresh pastries! The receptionists and concierges are above all praise! Especially Gilbert! All issues are resolved instantly! Next time I will stay only in this hotel! The staff is customer-oriented!!!

I have two feelings after visiting this hotel. I expected a wow effect from 4 stars and good reviews. 1. The pool is located behind the building, so the sun is at the pool until 11 and seems to be from 16, the issue of tanning is questionable. The water was warm, there was a tennis court nearby, you can play 2. Breakfasts are 70 or 100 dirhams (as if it's expensive???) 3. The reception doesn't know which beach the shuttle is taking you to, and the phrase ask the driver was strange. 4. Very strange location. Except for going down to the hotel, there is nothing nearby at all. This is a transport interchange, so it's 20 minutes to the metro and 30 minutes to the tram, so only a shuttle bus that rarely goes or a taxi that makes a detour, because you can't get directly to the hotel. For a budget vacation, I don't recommend it at all. 5. A cleaning employee came in with a piece of paper with 3 names and asked to leave a review with him that the cleaning was good. Uh-huh. This is strange. It was awkward to refuse, in case something else was mixed into the water. Of the advantages: you are close to the sights, there are shuttles to the metro, the Emirates mall and business centers, the Jumeirah beach (which one is unknown), they clean well, there is a restaurant inside at an adequate price, lasagna, rice with chicken 50 dirhams. I had a beautiful view from the window, if I was lucky - a view of the city and the sea in the distance, very beautiful. High floor, lived at 25. In general, the view from my room was the best on this floor, I decided not to even go to the observation deck) I think this hotel is suitable for those who travel for business or who have an above-average budget. For budget and mid-budget, I recommend watching the Rove network.
