The location of the hotel is very good, there are 2 metro stations nearby, a shopping center, many supermarkets and cafes, the hotel itself looks good, the rooms are cleaned every day, one day there was no hot water (it was not repaired), the other the safe stopped working, there was a problem with electricity. The main advantage of the hotel is its staff, incredibly responsive and pleasant people who will always be able to help you, and thank them very much for that!
