If you know English then it's so easy for you if you have a flight from this airport,just follow the instructions and you will reach your gate, so neat and clean airport and this airport really maintains the quality of the international airport ❤️❤️

Honestly, the airport shops and atmosphere is great, but unfortunately, it lack of adequate lounges which provides comfortable space to relax prior of flights. The pearl lounge was very bad in terms of the staff behavior they keep annoying you to leave and they don’t even allow you to relax for sometime and the Lounge was most of the time full and you have to wait

New Airport look & feel is good. Toooo big than the earlier Airport, However service staff is Very Rude, they need to be taught some manners to behave with passengers. Then the main obstacle is the Airport management needs to be replaced immediately because they are managing the Airport worse than a railway platform. Flights gets delayed by hours, Gates keeps changing twice or thrice in a row. Overall flights get delayed by 3-4 hrs. All the fancy stuff on airport starts irritating when u see all ur plans collapse. Airport management is in Wrong Hands. C level guys needs to be replaced with New ones immediately to save the reputation of this marvellous airport. Hope that provides all the Pros & Cons about this new facility...
