I liked everything very much, the service, the attitude is excellent. A calm environment. There were several Russian-speaking girls at the reception, thanks to them for the reception and cooperation. We had breakfast at the hotel, so I didn't feel like having lunch at all:) if someone needs a non-acute diet, who has problems with the digestive tract, I recommend going to an Uzbek hospital. Leave the hotel to the right for about a hundred meters, then to the right again. And you go straight across the wasteland, then there will be a house on the right side of the road, the second one will be Uzbek. There's okroshka and borscht and pilaf and whatever, it's delicious. The staff is great!. There is also a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The rooms are lovely. The kitchen is just great. There is a new kitchen every day. Russian (on Mondays) . There is a large shopping center nearby. DoubleGIS works great for orientation. There is a sauna (two types). Gym, swimming pool are all included in the package. I recommend the hotel.

Gorgeous, everything is there, of course we had a view of the neighboring buildings, but still they clean THOROUGHLY every day, even the glasses are rubbed clean. And they also brought balloons and a normal cake on my birthday. The staff is good, there are both Russian and English. The gorgeous pool is suitable for swimming there, the depth is 1.60, the temperature was good. Their dinners are interesting, on topics like Russian Asian, etc. We were at an Asian dinner and barbecue, I liked it. The products are of high quality.

Pros: large room, good cleaning, comfortable bed/pillow, excellent sound insulation.
Cons: monotonous breakfasts, there are no complaints about the quality in general, but for a week (and we were there for 7 days) there are only eggs, hummus and tortillas in their various variations, to put it mildly, tired.

The hotel is very nice, we stayed with a family, took two rooms. Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, lots of good delicious food. But there was one caveat. We decided to use the services of the hotel and buy a Safari tour from the Hotel. Without taking into account the price, we were deceived in two things:
1) I asked several times what year we would be provided with a car in the form of a transfer and for driving on the dunes itself. The man replied that there would be a Cruise in 2023. As a result, a 2002 model came to us…
2) We agreed to go to the Caravanserai restaurant after the Safari, it was included in the general fare, as a result we arrived at an unknown place, but in a completely different place. Let our guide assure us that this place is much better, but, firstly, the money was paid for the Caravanserai, and not for another place, accordingly, after reading about our restaurant in advance, we drove with the thought of it, and along the way we change the plan of action, it is unpleasant, and secondly We will no longer be able to check where it is actually better. According to my personal feelings, the place where we were is much worse than the Caravanserai that I was shown in the photos.

There is a shuttle service to the beaches of Kite Beach and in the Marina area.
On the roof there is a recreation area with a swimming pool, a cafe and a hookah.
The breakfasts are very decent, there are several dishes or snacks on the menu every day. There were pies with meat, onion/egg and cabbage, pancakes and all that. I've seen a lot, but everything is really good and delicious here.

The hotel exceeded all expectations of all family members.
We rested for a week with a family with children + a sister and her husband at the end of March 2024.
The hotel has completely dispelled the myth that in Dubai you have to choose between location, comfort and delicious food. No compromise, everything is at the highest level.
Food:
Unexpectedly, I was very pleased, it corresponded to the good five in Turkey, namely:
- meat dishes, as in restaurants — the tenderest beef steaks, kebabs, fish, and in the assortment in one day. There were mussels.
- in addition to vegetables and greens, there were various salads — Georgian with Tabuli greens, with avocado and pickled meat, salads with shrimp, etc., all very aesthetically designed and based on high-quality ingredients;
- desserts are of our own production, natural, new and fresh every day (an indicator of the level of the hotel in principle). Even the purely oriental ones that you usually pass by, knowing that they are sugary, were fresh and not super sweet. Aesthetics and serving are at a height — in some kind of portioned boats decorated with blueberries and fruits...There were serving jars with chia seeds, just a delight. Several types of freshly squeezed detox fresh drinks in serving jars — carrot, beetroot, some more…
- fruits — besides the usual tangerines, oranges, bananas, watermelons, melons, pineapples, pears and apples, there were exotic fruits in abundance: lychees, mangosteen (I tried this sweet garlic for the first time), pitahaya, papaya. In the Emirates, you can find delicious ripe fruits in shops, this time everything was at the hotel ...
- the cheeses were all fresh, not over-salted, they were sticks in a sprinkle, black and white raffaelle balls inside with grapes.
- pastries, baby nuggets, etc., Italian pastas made to order with you…
- there was a fruit basket as a compliment in the room.
The location of the hotel:
- the metro is nearby, at 10-00 and at 11-00 a free transfer on a large, comfortable private bus takes you to the Kite-beach, picks you up at 15-00. The beach is new, modern, with showers and cafes, a non-congested coastline stretching for kilometers with an open sea (not coves, like at Marina or La Mer).
- At 11-05 (back at 14-30), you can go to Jumeirah Beach at Dubai Marina for free (a third-party hotel is lucky). A beach with a very developed infrastructure, a little overloaded — a bay like Anapa)
Comfort:
- the rooms are huge (mega huge), with a smart home — turning off everything by the bed with one button, opening and closing curtains on panoramic glazing, very high-quality plumbing, there were 2 bathrooms in the two-room room (Executive suit). a node, one the size of a room with two sinks, a bidet, a huge shower room with a rain shower, a hydro massage and a free-standing bathtub.
- the bed is huge, with a very comfortable mattress, with high-quality bed linen;
- all interiors are made of expensive, modern materials (wood, marble), complemented by oriental flavor.
- Four silent Misubi elevators with smart one-button call setup, waiting for arrival for a maximum of 15 seconds.
- they give towels and umbrellas to the beach (large, high-quality);
- the rooftop pool is pleasant, the sun beds are very comfortable, soft, and you can sleep). A hot sauna on the top floor.
- the staff is very friendly, smiling, trying to please, to make your vacation really pleasant and carefree. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Special thanks to Daria, Anastasia, and Maria.
- the cleaning is very high quality, everything was updated, changed… We washed everything every day — you walk on the floors in white socks, but there are no traces on them).
- shampoos, gels of good quality, no allergies or irritation. There were shaving and brushing kits.
I definitely recommend the hotel. The vacation was a success, thanks to the hotel and its staff.

This hotel will be among the top ten hotels in our rating. The service and maintenance are excellent. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. The family room is simply gorgeous. A large living room, a bedroom with a luxurious bed and a bed, a huge bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a toilet and a bed and another separate toilet at the entrance. I'm not talking about the coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers and other things. It's all there. We only took breakfasts and they turned out to be just the most gorgeous. It is maintained in perfect cleanliness. The gym is equipped with the latest fitness equipment, there is a Finnish steam room (on request). The rooms are really spacious, but you should not recklessly trust the photos of the hotelier and travel agencies)Near the bus stop, metro, exchanger , cafe of Middle Eastern cuisine , within walking distance of an excellent 24-hour supermarket. The breakfasts are great, the service in the restaurant is unobtrusive. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. There were not enough signs in the rooms with the opening hours of the restaurant, cafe, pool and shuttles, as well as "do not disturb" or "need to clean up". Cleaning is probably the only weak point of the hotel. The absence/presence of guests is not recorded, and cleaners are often out of place. BUT these are the "minor quibbles" of a seasoned traveler. A wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. Every day is dedicated to a particular country or culture: appropriate music plays in the lobby and corridors, and national dishes are served in the restaurant. Beautiful Russian-speaking girls mostly work at the reception. Rooms are cleaned daily. I somehow forgot to turn off the "Do not disturb", so they called me in the room in the evening and asked when they could come for cleaning. There is a large selection of dishes and desserts at breakfast, up to ice cream. There are nice pools on the roof and a pleasant area with sun beds and a bar. Daily transfer to the beach. There is a metro station and bus stops nearby. A three-minute walk to the supermarket, which is open until 2 am, where, among other things, you can buy ready-made food. We were at this hotel in April 2023. Wonderful hotel, convenient location, within walking distance of the metro station and Mall of Emirates shopping center. The area is not pretty, the windows of the room look at another hotel, but in terms of distance to the main attractions, it is excellent, 15-30 minutes by taxi. The beach is 15 minutes away by bus (there is a shuttle from the hotel 2 times a day there and once back) or taxi. The nearest beach is Kite Beach-wonderful, clean, the infrastructure is all there. We had a two-room room-huge, even unnecessarily, two bathrooms. Pretty fresh renovation and furniture. The only thing that could be improved was to iron the tulle and curtains, but that's if you find fault. Cleaned efficiently every day. Meals were served twice a day. Breakfast and dinner are luxurious, everyone will be able to find food to their liking. There are 29 types of desserts for dinner alone. The hotel staff is smiling, polite, a lot of Russian-speaking girls. The rooftop pool is not the biggest, but it is good, there are enough sun beds.

Families with children will have something to have fun with, the staff are very nice and chat with the kids, distract if they are naughty, clean condos and a mold-free bath! (which is very rare in general). The food is very diverse, the dinners are themed according to the cuisines of the world, even on limited meals there is a choice!
