Nice hotel, convenient location! The room is clean and fun. The rooftop pool is a bomb. Order a taxi and catch it in 3 seconds, 10 minutes to the metro station.

The hotel made a bad impression, upon check-in they asked for a quiet room, as a result they received a room on the 6th floor above which there is a swimming pool, the noise from which does not stop in the room all day. Olesya said at the reception that this was the first time they had heard about it, which was quite strange. And this despite the fact that it was a quiet room that was previously discussed. Very bad for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel corresponds to the level of 5 stars in the Arabic classification. For Europe solid 4+ stars. Clean rooms, high-quality cleaning (This is not typical for Dubai), responsive staff, a lot of Russian-speaking employees, walking distance to the metro, there is a free bus to the beach and Moll Emirates.
Very good breakfasts and dinners, varied cuisine. Outdoor pool on the top floor with a view of the Burj AL Arab (Sail) and a magnificent sunset.

We rested at the hotel from 24.10 to 30.10
They settled with a small child in smoking rooms. The smell in the room was not great. But this is critical. Weathered. The road was a little noisy. But after they decomposed. I was already reluctant to ask for another number.
The hotel is new. Clean. Big. Light.
The pool is also nice on the roof. The children's pool did not work a couple of times, for some reason, but this did not prevent us from swimming in an adult with a baby.
The staff copes with their duties perfectly. There was force majeure, in the form of a fire alarm. The alarm was yelling at the whole hotel. Everyone was asleep, including the child, but I had to go out through the evacuation exit.
Coming to the reception, and not seeing any boiling water, we were confused. Like everything is fine, it should have been) could have announced that everything is fine and you need to stay in your seats.
Eviction at 12. Extended to 14 without additional payment.
From 15 to 18, the surcharge was about $ 140)) which was also confusing. Almost like for a whole day) well, we fortunately did not need an extension for a later time.
The rooms are generally large and comfortable. For a 5* hotel, I would like to see more bathroom accessories. For example, in Dubai there were 3* and even there were toothbrushes, shaving machines and all of these little things. Well, anyway, we carry everything with us)
The restaurant and the food are great! Met all expectations) the most beautiful themed dinners. But there was not enough seafood and fruit- mango) arzuby and melons are just too banal somehow) but delicious.
The choice is small, but there is always something to choose from. Even miraculously managed to feed the child)
We were waiting for Russian cuisine, but for some reason it never happened) well, it's not critical either.
If you went somewhere, only a taxi and the subway helped out. The metro is 3-5 minutes from the hotel. Mall Emirates 10-15 straight slowly. We went to Kite Beach on our own.
There are a lot of supermarkets nearby with everything you need and a bunch of different cafes.
I recommend the hotel. And probably would have come back here. Cozy and homey!)

Nice hotel. There are Russian-speaking administrators. The staff is not annoying. the spa salon also pleased. The food is delicious. They have a buffet. Rooftop pool with a beautiful view. Great hotel. Upon check-in at 2 p.m., we were checked in at 7 a.m. There are Russian-speaking administrators. Thanks to them and everyone who just meets: the doorman, the cleaner, the cooks, etc. Upon departure, they were allowed to stay in the room for another 5 hours without payment. The food is at a height. There is a bus service to kite beach.

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms (was in two types, both liked). Very good breakfasts (before - attention - TWELVE o'clock :)) those who like to sleep in the morning rejoice), and in general the kitchen is fine. A well-equipped gym. A great hotel with a 5-plus service level. You will not have time to ask for something at the reception, but it has already been completed. A funny case was when we asked for a towel at the reception and after 3 minutes we went to the room and saw the staff standing at the door with the towel we requested. For those who do not know English, it is possible to communicate at the reception in Russian. The room was clean and tidy every day. The room is great, big. There is tea, coffee, and water in the room. The only thing that was missing was a normal towel rail to come from the beach and dry things. As for the food, the cook at the hotel is a magician - I have not seen such excellent quality and variety of dishes in most hotels. I was glad that the set changed every day and you could always choose a dish to your taste. At dinner, everything is traditionally except water for money, but this did not prevent you from enjoying the food in any way. A plus for a beach holiday is the hotel's provision of beach towels, umbrellas and its own bus to the beach. There is enough time to sunbathe, the beaches of jbr and kite beach with good white sand, clean and well maintained. The hotel pleased everyone and the vacation was great.

The most excellent hotel.
