Briefly why:the hotel is small, so there are no queues, noise, everything is family-friendly. The staff is responsive, everything is positive (many worked in 2022). Waiters work like "bees".The restaurant is clean, the chef keeps everything under control. The food is always fresh, delicious, despite the crisis and the wild price increase in Turkey, the hotel management tries to keep the quality and assortment in the restaurant. The rooms are cleaned daily and of high quality. (Big greetings to the maid of the Non-Banat room 1730,1731).The hotel has excellent massage therapists, professionals in their field. We stayed in the standard room in the middle of June:

Cockroaches in the room (killed 7 pieces, live in the bathroom under the casing)

The hotel is on a solid 4*, we rested with a friend from 17.05 to 05.26.23. The staff is polite, ready to help solve any problem. The Internet is paid (you can pay in any currency in rubles, lira, dollars). Water at check-in is 1 bottle of 1.5 liters in the room, then it was collected in the cooler (we did not see the problem with this). The food is modest, but in abundance, you definitely will not stay hungry, there is also a choice on the grill in the evening, and there was trout. Separately, I want to tell you about the SPA, we took a complex peeling, hammam, massage mask, I really liked my friend's master was a girl, I have Mehmet (a man with really golden hands, and a lot of experience), he immediately identified my problems.And without any doubt, I took a course of lymphatic drainage massage from Mehmet for 5 days. On the 2nd day, I just flew, the swelling went down, the skin became elastic and smooth, the joint pain went away, to say that I was delighted, it's nothing to say. We stayed at this hotel from 08/26/2023 to 09/03/2023. We arrived at the hotel late at night due to flight delays. We were met by a strange employee who was severely tortured. First, he gave me the keys to the first room, which was right next to the lobby, and asked for something quieter. A quieter room turned out to have a balcony overlooking a busy highway, right next to which this hotel stands. She asked if there was anything really quiet, said there were no places, the hotel was full. I had to be content with what I had, because I no longer had the strength to continue the discussion. Let's go to the room to check in. When we were in the room, I saw waffle blankets on the bed instead of blankets. "How do I sleep with the air conditioner on? They are thin and I will freeze" - the first thing that came to my mind. I went back to the reception to ask for blankets or second waffle blankets. There were no normal ones, as I expected. Thank you for at least giving me the second set. When I returned to the room, I realized that there was no water. I had to go to the reception again. I received a 1.5 liter bottle of water from the bar from an employee. Thanks for that. We went to bed. The conditioner works in its own mode, it cools decently, even if the temperature is not low. It blows on the bed, it's hard not to freeze. Two blankets didn't help. When I woke up in the morning, I thought, where are the cards for getting beach towels? Where are our bracelets? Let's go to the reception again. I voiced my questions to the same employee. He casually handed out cards and bracelets. Why did he do it himself when he checked in, and we had to beat everything out of him ourselves? Here is such a service. Later I asked for third blankets, as it was cold to sleep! Keep this in mind. For me, the lack of a full-fledged outfit turned out to be a big disappointment. I can't sleep under waffle wraps. If this is also important to you, consider whether you need to go to this hotel. The room stock and the hotel itself require renovation. The doors to the balcony are old, there is no sound insulation (you can hear cars driving, but the movement never stops, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor outside the door). I don't even know if the hotel has quiet rooms. A small number of rooms overlook the inner area with a swimming pool. It will be noisy in the evening from 21 to 23 during the evening shows. But I think it's still better than a room for the road. Cleaning is daily, but very superficial, at best they will remove the sand from the floor and make the bed. Toilet paper had to be knocked out, they just don't put it in and that's it.
Wi-Fi is paid, one device is $ 15 per week. The first days I fished well throughout the territory, on the beach and in the room too. Three days later, he stopped being caught in the room. We went to the reception, recorded a complaint, but nothing has changed.
Food: For breakfast, scrambled eggs, vegetables, omelette, a strange kind of sausage, bread from which you can make toast, muesli, jams. There is no porridge, no pancakes either. Good coffee from the coffee machine, no baking.
One soup for lunch. There are various vegetable stews, good eggplant, chicken is often delicious, mackerel was more often in various variations. There is a fast food restaurant on the street by the pool. Spaghetti is often not tasty, with some sauces. There was no mashed potatoes. Delicious watermelons daily, there were plums, nectarines, apples. Drinks include juices, pepsi, coffee, red and white wine. It's not bad. Lots of sweets and desserts every day. Some are delicious😊
For dinner, everything is the same, but often tastier dishes. Grilled chicken and meat are made by the pool, it's delicious.
I really liked that there are never queues in the restaurant, all the dishes are available even if you come late. They clean the tables very well, quickly and efficiently. Well done!
It's hard to leave hungry, but it's not easy to find something tasty either. We were given sushi once. Delicious. In general, the food is solid 4. The stomach did not hurt, no one was poisoned. During the day, you can enjoy ice cream, other desserts, cupcakes, donuts. Delicious.
Beach : It is fashionable to walk from the hotel across the street in 5 minutes. Be very careful when crossing the road, there is no pedestrian crossing for drivers. They are rushing at breakneck speed, not paying attention to the people walking. The beach is cozy, the sun beds are in good condition. There is a toilet and a shower. The water is cold. Drinks and coffee are available. Turkish tortillas are made from 11 to 16. Places on the beach were always found. Kemer is a 20-minute walk away or by bus for 15 liras.
The result is a very modest hotel, but better hotels now cost just other very small amounts of money. I didn't have enough peace and quiet, I was annoyed by the constant noise at sea and in the room. We rested for a week in June 2024. The hotel does not correspond to 4*.
Let's start with the check-in. If there are available rooms, they are checked in ahead of time only for an additional fee. The reception is only interested in how else to get money from tourists. Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid everywhere!
The air conditioners are not working well.
What kind of parking is at the entrance to the hotel!? A BMW car was parked at the front door of the hotel, which everyone had to bypass!!! No hotel will allow such disrespect to guests.
The rooms themselves are normal, but already old with the smell of some kind of dampness. The rooms were cleaned every day, but the floor was dirty after cleaning, the balcony was not washed at all. We weren't in the room much, so we were generally satisfied. The territory of the hotel is not large, there are two swimming pools. There were always towels on the sun beds, so apparently they have been occupied since the evening. I was generally satisfied with the food at the hotel. In addition to not tasty fruits and not always perfectly clean dishes and tables. A couple of times a week they gave something normal from fruits, they save even on seasonal fruits. If you decide to go to this hotel and want to drink beer, you will have to go to the store to buy it, as everyone does. Because beer is diluted with water here and it is not possible to drink it!!!
It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, across the street. The beach is good, there were enough sunbeds. I liked the sea.
You can drink delicious coffee only in the bar, where there is ice cream. There's a coffee machine, but they work from 10 a.m. I would like to drink coffee at breakfast in the morning, but there is only a coffee drink or something similar.
The cooler is by the pool, but there are not even cups! You need to come get water with your bottle!

We had a vacation with friends in early October.like everyone else, they give you a bad number first, then you need to change it to a decent one.the food is very good, varied, all dishes are signed in Turkish, Russian and English.It's a nice beach to walk to, but it's not stressful.beachboy-an elderly friend constantly cleans the beach.you can also drink different types of coffee from the vending machine there, we fell in love with hot chocolate.a good massage in the hammam.periodically there were musical evenings with live music.We liked everything.It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center of Kemer, but this is only a plus.there are many pharmacies nearby, where we bought medicines.the hotel is good, we plan to return.

We had a rest in September of the 21st year. We really liked the hotel, a cozy small one with very friendly, courteous staff. There was always a clean and good pool on site. There were always enough sun beds. The rooms are modest but most importantly comfortable beds and always fresh bed linen and towels.
Beautiful clear sea with a good smooth approach. There were enough sun beds on the beach, if there were more people, additional ones were substituted. There is a bar on the beach with soft and hot drinks (I liked pineapple juice and hot chocolate).
This hotel is for a family holiday, we were with two children 15 years old and 2 years old. It was good for everyone. We were also able to choose the food according to our taste. No one was hungry.
Separately, I would like to mention the SPA in this hotel, it is simply magical. At the entrance sits a charming administrator Tahir who charges with his positive energy and will cheer up with wonderful clean communication in Russian)). His young assistant Tatiana, also a very nice girl, from whom you can find out the best hangouts in Kemer))
The guys Jumur and Fazyl, who gave us a massage, know their job perfectly well, their strong and at the same time gentle hands were able to relieve us of back and leg pain in five sessions, for which they thank you so much))
In general, I recommend this hotel.

Harmful, judging by the reviews, they first settle in the most miserable room and wait for you to change for an additional fee, the same thing happened to me. A room with a view of the garden, in fact, a basement with a view of the wall (they put me in the one closest to the reception) - there was a semblance of a garden 1-2 meters wide on the side, but not in front of this room. They promised to change it for two days, every day they say there will be rooms tomorrow, as a result, I moved to the 2nd floor also directly above the reception. I practically changed the awl for soap, the windows to a busy highway, they scream and smoke under the balcony half the night, sleeping with the window closed is also not real, because there is a stale smell in the room, you don't understand what. Be tougher, don't settle for such numbers. The food is of high quality, but the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach is 10 minutes away. The water is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, a pleasant and friendly beach worker.

A good hotel for couples who do not pretend to special luxury. You can have a good rest, take a walk around Kemer, go on excursions. The pool is not large, there are few places in the season. For the first time in Turkey, I have been abroad a lot, there is something to compare it with.
It's not 4*, it's 3, and that's a stretch.
They gave 170k for 10 days in October.
Comrades, it was absolutely not worth it.
I liked Turkey, but the hotel is certainly fierce.
None of the staff speaks minimal English, it's just a horror. Only the boy at the bar in the dining room, very friendly, knows languages. There is a very rude staff, a young guy with curly hair, distributes ice cream often from 15 to 17, it feels like he is very tired of life.
Internet is paid, safe too, iron too.
In 10 days, they gave $ 40 for Wi-Fi, tk to connect 1 PHONE is $ 20.
The contingent is Russian and Polish pensioners. A couple of families with children.
In the evenings there is a disco of the 90s on the territory of the hotel, we eventually went to a club in the city.
Rabbits, peacocks and ducks live in the hotel, but, "thanks" to the children of the guests, they are frightened.
There is no ventilation! The air conditioners are burning like frost.
To open the balcony in the evening is a lost cause: diskach until 23h. And also - MOSQUITOES! They are there! Take a fumigator with you.
The rooms are dead, old, there is mold in the bathroom, there was someone else's hair everywhere when checking in. The bathroom is full of unsanitary conditions, there is always a puddle under the toilet from somewhere.
Girls with long hair - take a hairdryer with you!!! Hotel-it's just trash:it works for 30 seconds, and off for 5 minutes until it cools down. At the reception they said this is the norm.
I had to go to the store to buy a hair dryer, because drying my hair for an hour is unrealistic.
There was no cleaning, towels were changed a couple of times. The floors are dirty, there is a tumbleweed under the bed.
We were looking specifically for a hotel with a gym, there is NO one there, because to call a couple of ellipsoids, a treadmill and broken collapsible dumbbells a gym - I can't turn my tongue.
Neither the chest, nor the legs, nor the arms can be trained. This is not a GYM!!! I was still thinking why there are no pictures of the hall ....
The food is monotonous. From day to day, everything is the same, 100,500 types of soybeans are always in abundance. There are no Turkish sweets, no seafood, no red fish.
Pickles are stable for breakfast, there are a lot of them. At 7:30 do they eat this?
Free drinks from the car on the beach.
An elderly man walks around and just pours everything out of the glasses and takes the glasses. With the words "There are not enough glasses!"
And why does he not take the empty ones from other people??? Why pour out glasses that only people poured and brought??? Impudence is a middle name.
A 5-minute walk to the beach, lots of sunbeds. The sea is clear.
I do not recommend this hotel, especially for 170k for 10 days. At the end of October.
The hotel is like a sanatorium that lives its own life and all the staff does not care about anything. There was a feeling that they were all just sluggishly waiting for the end of the season.
I will return to Kemer, but not to this hotel for sure.

It's clean, but the foundation is clearly old, old wooden windows everywhere, a cracked door in the bathroom. I tell you right away that it doesn't pull. The territory is small, the rooms are modest, there are not even glasses to drink and there is nowhere to put toothbrushes either. The safe and the Internet are paid and expensive. There are not enough tables in the dining room at lunch, we had to eat near the toilets in the corridor. A separate article is nutrition. 3 days before departure, my husband was severely poisoned, we ate only in the hotel dining room. I had to call an ambulance on insurance, and go on a drip + buy medicines. The Holiday experience was greatly spoiled by this incident.
As a result: it is not a very bad hotel, but not 4*, be careful with the food, the chef apparently saves on food and can harm your health, but in general, you can recommend

We visited the hotel in July 2021. We were completely delighted. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the center of Kemer, it did not bother us, we went for a walk through various shops and markets. There is a promenade with cafes and restaurants nearby. The sea is very warm, clean, the beach is small pebbles with sand (just perfect), the beach is very clean, there are soft drinks on the beach. For the cleanliness of the beach, many thanks to Moussa. On site, clean swimming pool, friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The food is excellent, a variety of dishes, fruits, and flavors. There is a bar where cocktails will be made for you and not only. Mahmut makes the most delicious, he has a separate RESPECT. It's a pity that he only works in the morning. The chef is always in the kitchen. Thanks a lot to all the kitchen staff. They clean up quickly, and the distribution of food is also fast. There weren't many people in the hotel. There were always enough sun beds by the pool and by the sea.
Of the cons: take mosquito repellent pills with you, we did not take them because we used to fly to Alanya and there were no mosquitoes there.
Paid Wi-Fi.
There is a shop nearby, and the prices there are horse-like, to put it mildly.

A wonderful hotel in Kemer, I would even say the best one is the one that I want to return to, which I will do, but already in October.Starting from the reception, you are surrounded by attention and care, every employee of this hotel knows his job and does his job with a soul.I want to pay special attention to the kitchen and the bar, they are wonderful in the restaurant and meat and chicken and fish, but desserts are just masterpieces, there is a snow bar if you want grilled meat or nuggets))Cocktails can be made at the bar.The pool is clean and pleasant.Today is the last day of our stay at the hotel and we do not want to leave it at all. The staff is friendly. It's not far to the sea. The beach is clean with free drinks. Not tasty food and a room with a bathroom with mold and a musty smell. That's why my nose wasn't breathing at all. Moreover, to change it, you either need to pay extra, or they will change it to the same one with mold. For some reason, the bath is not washed at all. If we washed it, there would be no mold. The room is shabby. Internet and safe are paid. Last year we were in Abkhazia, where the hotel was much better, but 3 rooms. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore.

I've never seen anything worse, for 100 thousand per person in July, where they almost throw water in your face at the bar, cool guys work in the restaurant, they are very polite, but they get paid very little, so I do not know how many hours they spend there. The drinks at the bar are cheap wine and discount-free gin, the rooms are terrible, the food is disgusting, they try to shake off money for everything at the pool bar, even if everything is included. On the first day I was moved to the ground floor, there was a terrible bed with no water, nothing, until I began to swear and I was displeased moved to another room, for which I kind of paid! They serve with a face like we owe them and came here for free, I flew from Acapulco anex tour never again, even if they said that the hotel is so terrible.
