Among the undoubted advantages is the beautiful sea, good access to it, the location of the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the very center of Kemer, fast service in the dining room and bars, a variety of food.
I didn't like it: our accommodation is a room with a view of the same poor fellows from the neighboring building. If you reach out your hand, you will reach the neighbor opposite, and you can see all the numbers of the neighboring building. Therefore, in the evening you will not sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of something. Why do these rooms have balconies at all? They are of no use. Walls on 3 sides. such a well with audibility from all rooms. There is no natural light in the room, not to mention the sun. Rooms with this view have nothing to do with the 5* hotel.
Initially, I asked for a room at the reception so that the disco could not be heard, I was assured that the room was quiet. Deceived. First, the roar of the disco, then the screams and music of neighbors who want to continue the banquet until 3-4 in the morning.
The cleaning of the room consisted only of changing the towels lying on the floor and tidying the bed. The sink and the cabinet in the bathroom were very dirty, after a few days I washed it myself. After that, too, no one washed anything in the bathroom, only added paper.
The room itself is very tired. I do not pay attention to this, as long as it is clean, but if it is important for someone, keep in mind that it is definitely not 5*, not even 3. The 2* hotel in Bulgaria was both cleaner and not so killed.
The food is varied, no one will stay hungry if they are not picky. but! EVERYTHING is very fatty, even grilled vegetables, I don't know how they do it. The diet table will be built from boiled rice and boiled chicken breast, which, unfortunately, was not cooked for another 40 minutes, So I could not eat it. Chicken, turkey, fish, cutlets, it is not clear what they are made of-they are all there, but fatty-fatty. So I had to eat raw vegetables and these fatty dishes, where to go. The service in the dining room is fast-everything was cleaned at once, well done. But there are a lot of people, sometimes you have to look for places. It was only after October 10th that the number of people began to decrease.
The beach is clean, an elderly man walked on the beach all the time, cleaned up. The beach itself is small for such a large hotel, the sun beds are very tight, people lie literally 5 cm apart from each other. Therefore, moving the sunbed along the line of the sun or vice versa, hiding in the shade of an umbrella will not work - there is no space for the mobility of sun beds. The sea is beautiful, clean, the sunset is good. It hurts to walk on pebbles with bare feet, but you can buy special shoes. We did without her.
Wi-Fi is only available in the room and at the beginning of one bar. I couldn't reach the dining room, the reception, or even the beach.

In my opinion, the hotel is 3 stars. We had a rest in October. In the hotel, 90% are Russians and 70% are 40+ years old
The food is normal. Yes, there are a lot of vegetable dishes, but there has always been meat too. There was a large selection of fruits and sweets. Of the disadvantages, these are constantly dirty spoons and forks, tablecloths that are very worn out by time. There was a very pleasant employee who cleaned the dishes, always uplifting. In general, the staff is good.
We got one of the worst rooms. On the 1st (ground) floor. He was next to some kind of pump that was making noise for days. Towels are changed every day, and so is the water. Floors are not always cleaned.
Evening entertainment was: karaoke, disco, oriental dancing. In my opinion, from 9 to 23. The music doesn't scream at night.
The pool is cool and only open until 6.
Another of the disadvantages is that the Internet is paid, even at the reception, the safe is paid, the iron is paid.
It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. There were places in October at any time. There are many places available that are without an umbrella.

I liked the hotel very much, the beach is sufficient and a big plus is a small pier in the sea, where it is more convenient to sunbathe and you can jump into the sea. Minus - the animators of the hotel, in my opinion, did not work at all. The evening programs are very beautiful and varied. Minus - 3 days before our departure, the hotel began to be prepared for the closing of the season, evening programs were completely removed. But by that time, there were very few vacationers left. Overall, the score is 5.

The rooms are clean, almost new. Food as everywhere in Turkey, there were diet dishes. The hotel is quite suitable for a family holiday. The beach is small pebbles. You can jump from the pier. There are two slides in the hotels, where it is interesting to ride even for adults. Interesting evening shows. Everything you expect from a holiday in Turkey can definitely be found here

They immediately change their attitude towards you if you don't take a tour. It's been verified. I fly with my child 3 times a year, and it is very noticeable. It's not even about dirty windows, but in Kemer, the hotel territories are not large, and if the hotel territory is huge, then the price is cloudy. Personally, I was satisfied with everything. Nice beach with small pebbles (clean water), Internet throughout, unobtrusive service. Good cuisine. If you are 40+, ask for a room with a view of the street or courtyard, you will sleep normally.
