It's not much of a hotel. The biggest plus is the location! Near the metro and many attractions. The rooms are very tired with an ingrained smell of cigarettes. And the biggest disadvantage is dirty windows!

A very nice hotel with excellent service, a 2-minute walk from the metro and a 7-minute walk from the Museum of the Future and Emirates Towers with peacocks in the gardens. We stayed in a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa - a nice bonus at night outside the window. The hotel fully meets the 4-star rating. The pool and spa center help you relax and stay in unity with the water.

A good hotel, friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking staff, good breakfasts, a small pool area.
A couple of minutes to the metro, 20-25 min walk to the Mall, 10 minutes to the Museum of the future, near exchange offices, shops, cafes.
To the beach, outlet and Emirates Mall - transfer (to the beach to make an appointment in advance)
For a city holiday, the hotel is 10/10. Fully met expectations (read reviews, were ready for some moments).
By the way!!! The windows were washed in September, so we didn't find any "dirty windows", it didn't spoil the views)
The room was cleaned, the water was put on anyway and was constantly brought on request.

Nice hotel, great location. Near the metro, small supermarkets, cafes, the Museum of the Future. Burj Khalifa is one metro stop away. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, but you need to sign up for the day and go back from the beach also according to the hotel schedule, which is written opposite the departure time. I.e. if you go to the beach at 8:15, then back at 12:00. At other times you will be able to leave on this bus if there are empty seats. The schedule is given out on a piece of paper in Russian. It turns out 3 hours on the beach. In the heat, it's a lot. From the beach to the hotel by taxi about 22-30 dirhams. Russian-speaking girls work at the hotel. You can ask them everything. We had an apartment room with a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and a large refrigerator. There are no dishes for the kitchen at all. There is a hood, but no stove))). Plates, forks, knives, etc. need to be asked. I brought dishwashing detergent, a sponge and table cloths with me. I used the washing machine only for rinsing and drying swimsuits and my towels, because there is nowhere to dry the laundry. You can't even hang them on chairs, because they are upholstered with textiles. Breakfast is normal, you can choose what to eat. Even my children ate. There was no hair dryer in the room! But I took it with me. The sockets are all Arabic. In the bathroom there is one for a European razor, but it is weak for some kind of tension, my hair dryer did not pull. One disadvantage in the hotel is the smelly towels in the pool. They stink of rotten rags. They are probably just dried. They lie wet at first, and then they are either simply dried or very poorly washed. They really stink. Then the body also stinks if you get out of them. Upon arrival, you need to pay a tourist tax. The tour operator didn't tell me about it... We had 105 or 115 dirhams for three of us.. I forgot the exact amount. You can pay in dollars, but the rate is not profitable. It is better to buy dirhams in Russia. In general, I liked everything! We will definitely come again! I recommend it!

There is a swimming pool, which again is convenient because during the heat, I don't really want to spend time by the sea. Polite staff, very attentive especially to Russian speakers, very kind to children. The child said so: mom, they are trying so hard to speak English so that it is clear. The children enjoyed practicing English. There are nuances on the transfer that I have voiced. In any case, the Arabs are not intrusive, hospitable, I definitely advise you as an alternative to Turkey.

Good time of day. I really liked the hotel as a whole! Good location, you can walk to the main attractions! Plus the metro is right next to you! The view from the 25th floor was magnificent, overlooking the bay. We had a room with a kitchen, which is a plus or minus that there are no dishes and cutlery! Only 2 mugs and 2 teaspoons. Cleaning is sloppy and not every day, unfortunately. But the staff in the dining room is friendly and contact, they will always help and go to a meeting!!! A big plus! And in general, everything is wonderful!!!

A very cool hotel with a full board system. Very tasty food, not too diverse, but it's fine for a week, but well, just all the dishes are very tasty! Even hummus, which I don't like, I liked here. The staff is on top - quality service, friendly, ready to help.
Location is, it seems, the most important of the advantages. 25 minutes walking distance to Burj Khalifa and fountains, 15 minutes to the Museum of the future, 1 minute to the metro. The rooms are spacious, with a bathroom, we had on the 56th floor with a view of the Burj Khalifa - a delightful view that lifted the mood from the very morning. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the 4th floor, small, but there is also a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym.

A good 4-room apartment with a convenient location. One metro stop from Burj Khalifa. The normal price-quality ratio. Transfer to the beach 3 times in the morning, nice spa with pool, gym. The rooms are cleaned daily, the furniture is not killed, the mattresses are comfortable. The food is so-so, but in the evening a couple of glasses of good wine will be offered.

I liked the hotel. We checked into the room at 10:30 (although check-in is usually only from 14:00), we offered a choice of several rooms on different floors. Clean, cozy, friendly and helpful staff.
It is better to come to breakfast before 9:00, later there is a long queue.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Very nice hotel! We lived on the 64th floor! The main thing when checking in is to ask at the Reception to give the number as high as possible! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were super - there was enough variety in the food! And everything is very tasty! The room was cleaned every day, if something was not reported (towels, water, etc.), then just talk about it at the reception and everything is solved in 10-20 minutes! The pool on the roof of a 4 - storey extension is super! And in the changing rooms of the pool there is a super Hamam, a Russian sauna, a large Jacuzzi with massage bubbles and comfortable showers!

Of the cons: they only let you into the gym from the age of 11 or 12 (I didn't remember exactly), it's important for us, because we go with the child together, in another 5* hotel (sofitel in Abudabi), they let you in. The buffet is more festive, child (6 years old) I ate, for the most part, only vegetables and fruits.
The hot water is heating up, you need to wait.
There is a microwave, but there are no dishes to warm up the purchased food for the child (see above - in a separate restaurant he cannot choose food for himself), it is strange, but a fact)))
Among the advantages: there is an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine - not used, they bring water to the room (we do not drink desalinated from the tap), there is a children's pool - not used. The metro is nearby. The city center.

If you have breakfast included, then everything is fine, but if you suddenly decide to have dinner at a restaurant, it's tin, 5 tables are occupied for the entire restaurant, and the food was waited for more than an hour. Great hotel. We lived on the 56th floor . There are 65 floors in total, judging by the buttons in the elevator. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are great. There is a large grocery store in the business center across the street. The Museum of the Future is a 7-minute walk away. Dubai Mall is a 26-minute walk away.

Well, finally got around to writing a review! We are currently vacationing in Dubai at the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we checked in on my birthday and the whole day the hotel created a festive atmosphere, with all the ensuing congratulations from the staff in the lobby of the hotel and the pleasantness in the room in the form of a towel decoration, for this special thanks.... and fresh flowers , and of course a delicious cake and coffee ! Cleaning every day, as much water as necessary, the kitchen is varied, we have breakfast + lunch/dinner included. Fresh fruits by the pool in the form of kebabs! The attention of the staff is unobtrusive, but timely! We continue to rest!

Good afternoon. I would like to share my impressions of visiting this hotel. Very good location of the hotel, near the metro, you can walk to the beach, it's a bit far, but we went. Friendly staff, placed quickly, settled on the 63rd floor. The room is clean, cleaned, changed towels, filled the kitchen (tea, coffee, water). The food in the restaurant was delicious, there was enough food, they did not stay hungry. The pool is warm, there were enough sun beds for everyone. I especially want to thank the "Sorceress" Maria, if there were any questions, she always came to the rescue. Small but nice room, coffee, tea, water, microwave, refrigerator, high-quality cleaning. However, my window was not washed from the outside, which somewhat spoiled the view. At friends, the windows overlooking the Burj Khalifa Tower were washed)).
The breakfasts are excellent, in the restaurant on the ground floor!!(the second floor is worse), the dinners on the second floor are not bad, but not impressive.
I really liked the SPA area. The pool is 12-14 meters, always warm, with a slope of the bottom. The sun is falling well, the neighboring towers do not interfere. A towel is given at the entrance. There are toilets, changing rooms with lockers, showers, a small hammam and a sauna. There is a gym nearby.

Maybe we just happened to live on the 14th floor, but for 7 days of our stay we were never able to go down to the restaurant for breakfast on the elevator. The building has 65 floors and it's all a hotel, there are only 5 small elevators, as a result, we always went down the stairs with the child.

A nice 4-star hotel in the financial center area on foot to the Museum of the Future and 1 metro station to Dubai Mall. Once the tallest hotel in the world (Now the "most" through the house -Gevora)
In terms of nutrition, I took only breakfast (I think it is optimal for Dubai when there are so many interesting places in the city, I washed away sitting in a hotel waiting for a paid lunch or dinner) they are quite monotonous, but there is a choice and that's good.
There are 6 high-speed elevators for residents in the building, but during rush hour (for breakfast around 9) you can wait long enough for someone to arrive on your floor if you live on high floors.
Spa area and gym: I used only the gym, surprisingly a lot of clients go, but there are enough pancakes and dumbbells. The sauna does not always work, the Jacuzzi was not poured, the hammam worked.
Swimming pool: pleasant with a smooth descent, there is a children's fenced pool for the youngest. they are always watching the rescuers with a whistle, they are vigilant. The waiter sometimes brings out fruit kebabs, a trifle but nice. There is also a pool bar with alcoholic beverages (the hotel has a license - it was one of the first in Dubai) The prices are not small of course, but who needs to order.
There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but the rest will understand you with minimal knowledge of English.
There are transfers to the beach (LaMer at the reception you need to sign up for a day, the bus is small, and there are a lot of people who want) in 2 malls (Outlet and Emirates)
Metro station is literally 100m away, it is convenient to get to many places in Dubai. Probably many people are interested in whether it is possible to walk to the Dubai Mall- it is possible, but for a long time (± 30 minutes with a wheelchair, it is not convenient at all because there is little adapted for pedestrians there.
The room had a view of the Khalifa Barge and the parking lot of the new shopping center. Panoramic windows are periodically washed by the prom. rock climbers. Room cleaning every day, quickly and clearly, 5 bottles of water, coffee-tea, sugar, cream are added.

We booked a corner room for 2 adults and 2 children, they gave it on the 50th floor. ,beautiful view,large room, brought a bed for the eldest, the youngest slept with us on a huge double bed.The room has everything, creams, gels,hair dryer,bathrobes,iron,TV. Upon departure, they were allowed to stay free of charge until 14 o'clock. The pool is on the 4th floor, refreshing, there are no sun beds closer to 10-12, there is a hammam and a Jacuzzi, a gym. We didn't take breakfast, it's expensive,there are a lot of cafes nearby,I work in the morning,you can eat,and supermarkets 24 hours,Burj Khalifa on foot or 1 stop,near the museum of the future,near the shopping center,it has a Carrefour store. Upon arrival at the hotel, they charge 15 Dirhams, the Gazprom Union Pay card works wherever I paid, The hotel is interesting, I would come back again.
