Great hotel. We lived on the 56th floor . There are 65 floors in total, judging by the buttons in the elevator. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are great. There is a large grocery store in the business center across the street. The Museum of the Future is a 7-minute walk away. Dubai Mall is a 26-minute walk away.

For your money, a very good hotel.
Positive:
- Location.
You are in the heart of Dubai, the nearest metro station is just around the corner.
- Everything is neat and smells nice. Rooms are cleaned almost every day. Towels and linen are always clean. Additionally, you can ask for toothpaste and a brush, a shaving kit, napkins, etc.
- Staff.
All the hotel staff are kind, always trying to help. Many people know Russian.
- Transfers.
From the hotel you can go to the beach and to the outlet for shopping for free.
- Swimming pool and sauna.
On the roof of the neighboring building, you can relax in the pool with a view of the skyscrapers. There is a Jacuzzi area and a hammam, Russian.
Minuses:
- Food.
I would like a more varied menu. It's practically the same thing every day.
- You need to pay extra for a beautiful view from the window.

Good afternoon. I would like to share my impressions of visiting this hotel. Very good location of the hotel, near the metro, you can walk to the beach, it's a bit far, but we went. Friendly staff, placed quickly, settled on the 63rd floor. The room is clean, cleaned, changed towels, filled the kitchen (tea, coffee, water). The food in the restaurant was delicious, there was enough food, they did not stay hungry. The pool is warm, there were enough sun beds for everyone. I especially want to thank the "Sorceress" Maria, if there were any questions, she always came to the rescue. The hotel is generally good, convenient location, large rooms, we had a corner. Maybe we just happened to live on the 14th floor, but for 7 days of our stay we were never able to go down to the restaurant for breakfast on the elevator. The building has 65 floors and it's all a hotel, there are only 5 small elevators, as a result, we always went down the stairs with the child.

We had a great rest in it. The 62nd floor in the city center with a view of the Burj Khalifa and the sea is something. The room is nice, everything is there (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and ironing board). Shower cabin, bathroom, toilet and bidet. The general inlet (adjustable) blows with cool air. I really wanted to live in a skyscraper. We were settled on the 43rd floor. The room was a corner one. Such a beautiful view opens from the windows, especially in the evening, even I didn't want to close the curtains, you sit in the evening, admiring. Even the Burj Khalifa was visible from one window. I really liked that there was a washing machine in the room, I threw things in at any time and washed them. There was also an ironing board and an iron. The staff was friendly, always smiling and ready to help. I was very pleased that the hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. Deaushka Maria (if I'm not mistaken) he will answer all questions, solve any problem, tell you everything and explain if necessary. Thank her so much for our comfortable stay. Since we lived high up, the room was cleaned around three o'clock in the afternoon, there are no complaints, water was put, bed, towels were changed, brushes, soap, tea, coffee, etc. were always put. We have never regretted that we chose this hotel.

A nice 4-star hotel in the financial center area on foot to the Museum of the Future and 1 metro station to Dubai Mall. Once the tallest hotel in the world (Now the "most" through the house -Gevora)
In terms of nutrition, I took only breakfast (I think it is optimal for Dubai when there are so many interesting places in the city, I washed away sitting in a hotel waiting for a paid lunch or dinner) they are quite monotonous, but there is a choice and that's good.
There are 6 high-speed elevators for residents in the building, but during rush hour (for breakfast around 9) you can wait long enough for someone to arrive on your floor if you live on high floors.
Spa area and gym: I used only the gym, surprisingly a lot of clients go, but there are enough pancakes and dumbbells. The sauna does not always work, the Jacuzzi was not poured, the hammam worked.
Swimming pool: pleasant with a smooth descent, there is a children's fenced pool for the youngest. they are always watching the rescuers with a whistle, they are vigilant. The waiter sometimes brings out fruit kebabs, a trifle but nice. There is also a pool bar with alcoholic beverages (the hotel has a license - it was one of the first in Dubai) The prices are not small of course, but who needs to order.
There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but the rest will understand you with minimal knowledge of English.
There are transfers to the beach (LaMer at the reception you need to sign up for a day, the bus is small, and there are a lot of people who want) in 2 malls (Outlet and Emirates)
Metro station is literally 100m away, it is convenient to get to many places in Dubai. Probably many people are interested in whether it is possible to walk to the Dubai Mall- it is possible, but for a long time (± 30 minutes with a wheelchair, it is not convenient at all because there is little adapted for pedestrians there.
The room had a view of the Khalifa Barge and the parking lot of the new shopping center. Panoramic windows are periodically washed by the prom. rock climbers. Room cleaning every day, quickly and clearly, 5 bottles of water, coffee-tea, sugar, cream are added.

The view from the room is fantastic! The food is delicious, full board + (fb+), and you will have two glasses of alcohol for lunch and dinner. The pool and bar are on the fourth floor, there is a bus to the beach, and the city bus to the shops. The metro is very close, burj halifa with fountains within walking distance, you can walk. We were going to take a special break from the children, so the fact that there is nothing in the hotel for the little ones played into our hands and we had a great rest without our own and other people's children.

Located 2 minutes walk from the metro. one station to Burj Khalifa. museum of the future 15-20 minutes on foot. From the hotel there are free buses to La Mer beach and shopping centers. A luxury hotel for your money. When checking in, they offered a room cooler than the standard, for a certain amount, 75 Derkhan per day, we refused, it was expensive. We paid the tourist fee for the room, 90 Derkhan for 6 nights. There are transfers to malls and to the beach, the beach is in poor condition, the sand seems to be cleaned, but the water seems to be standing, it was very warm. There is a free shower, there is also a paid shower, I will not say the price, because they used free. There is WiFi on site, it works great, for a few days, there have been no complaints yet. On the second floor there is a restaurant, a buffet, the assortment is not extensive, but everything is very tasty, you can fill your belly without problems. For lunch and dinner, they offer a choice of 2 beers and 2 glasses of wine, white or red. The rest of the drinks are unlimited. On the 4th floor there is a gym and a swimming pool, the pool is not large, but very good, the water in it is cool, which is very invigorating. There is also a changing room, lockers with an electronic lock, a hairdryer, a shower, etc. From time to time, fruit is offered, the waiter carries and distributes. There are not very many people in the pool. There is also a children's pool, the area is limited. In a word, a chic hotel, I like everything.

- it is possible to check in above the 30th floor for free if there are rooms available. Up to 40 definitely do not charge, we were offered 37 for free and 49 for an additional fee with a view of the Burj Khalifa. We chose the second and did not regret it, every day you look at such beauty, you chase your thoughts in the morning and before going to bed, you can drink tea and sit, there is a table and two chairs.
- the food is decent, everything is fresh, the pastry chef is well done, there were excellent desserts, not sickly sweet. There is meat, fish, vegetables and snacks, normal soups.
- if you miss lunch, for example, you take dinner (through the reception) or lunch if you missed breakfast.

If you book a transfer to the beach, then ask several times if you were accurately recorded, because we were previously recorded there and back, but it turned out that we were taken to the beach, and refused to drive from the beach (because allegedly we did not register), we had to take a taxi.
