If you come for a walk and shopping, then the hotel is suitable.

Convenience of location - near Sheikh Zayed highway, beautiful view, excellent daily cleaning. The pool is on the 4th floor, with a beautiful view, heated.
Now about the cons ... a Russian-speaking girl, imposed an additional payment for dinner, although the reservation did not include meals and there was a refusal on the spot on our part, because the hotel was chosen solely because of the location and for the night..but I had to pay along with the city tax. Of course, we didn't go to dinner, because we just didn't have time in time, she promised a 10% discount on the next stay at this hotel as an apology, it's very interesting how to present it to us next time…

Excellent location, nice clean room, there is a microwave, but there are no dishes at all, a knife was needed, they asked, they brought dessert, of course they could not cut anything.

Don't come here if you don't want to ruin your vacation. Time 16:00 we still haven't been settled. Every hour they promise us that they will give us the keys in 50 minutes. We're not the only ones. The children are tired. If a child or an adult covers his eyes (and we did not sleep for a day), then the service staff comes up and makes a remark that it is impossible to sleep. We came together, several families on vacation to those who were still given a room, but it completely does not correspond to what was paid for. Today is the 4th day of staying at this hotel. I would like to add that the room that we received around 17:00 on the first day of arrival turned out to be completely different from what we had booked. After lengthy claims and negotiations with the participation of our tour company, we were offered new settlements, but the next day. I would like to express my special gratitude to the employee of the hotel Maria. Thanks to her, we got the desired booked rooms. And in general, she tried very hard to help us.
Today I put a couple of extra stars to Maria for settling and resolving an incomprehensible situation with the numbers. I also want to note that the rooms are really cleaned well. And if the cleaning staff is asked to give something extra, for example, a bathrobe, bed linen, they do not refuse and are always happy to help.
Apart from all the problems at the beginning of the holiday, the rest of the hotel is good. Swimming pool with warm water, sauna and hammam,Jacuzzi. Monotonous, but decent breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Quite tasty.

We are resting here now. The hotel is generally decent. But there are a lot of buts.
We chose apartments because of the presence of a kitchen. From the kitchen there is only a microwave, a kettle and a refrigerator. Instead of a plate- a dummy from the countertop. There are no dishes. It is necessary to ask. They brought 2 dessert knives and 2 flat plates. And the first cleaning was taken away. This went on for another 2 days. You won't be able to cook those here. There is a Carrefour nearby, there is cooking, so in general it turns out not expensive.
The pool is on the 4th floor. It's small, there are enough sun loungers, but there are few umbrellas from the sun.
The room is clean. Idiocy with switches, in 4 days we have not figured out how it works.
The room has slippers, a bathrobe, but toothbrushes and toothpaste on demand.
The hair dryer is hidden in the room in the table and bolted to the drawer)
By the most nonsense is the service. Towels were taken away from us during cleaning, everything! We contacted the reception 4 times! But the towels were never returned! This is complete nonsense! There was no such thing in any hotel! The towels were not returned to us for a full day. Well, today is the last day and there is no desire to swear.
We will not go to this hotel a second time.

In January 2022, we rested together in a deluxe room on the 41st floor of the Rose Ryhaan by Rotana Hotel in Dubai. I previously stayed at a 4-star hotel in the Marina area. This time I wanted to live in one of the skyscrapers. We were just shocked by the view from the panoramic window! Among the skyscrapers, we could see even the most important attraction of Dubai, the Burj Khalifa Tower. Every evening, they turned the chairs around the coffee table to the window to admire the lights of the surrounding skyscrapers. Only after admiring the view from the window, we began to consider the room. There was absolutely everything. Kitchen area: countertop, microwave, extractor hood, sink, refrigerator and freezer. Fresh bottled water, packaged teas and coffee, sugar and sugar substitute were brought every day. Two separate beds, a TV (one channel was broadcasting in Russian). A huge number of all kinds of lockers, nightstands. Iron, ironing board, telephone. In the bathroom there is a bidet, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioner and even another phone. Naturally, there were white robes and slippers. Towels were changed constantly. Bed linen, I didn't pay attention. It has always been in perfect condition
The food in the restaurant is wonderful (we booked half board: breakfast and dinner) according to the "buffet" system. It's amazing that in such a hotel in a restaurant we have never encountered a huge number of people. The restaurant was practically half empty.
I really liked the hotel's pool because of its location. It was located on 4 floors. But it seemed that he was on the roof, because of the surrounding skyscrapers.
One thing can be said about the service staff: everything is perfect, excellent! We arrived ahead of the check-in time. But I had to wait a little. As soon as the room was ready, we were given the keys and in 5 minutes the suitcases were delivered to the room.
A huge advantage of the hotel was the availability of a free shuttle service. And even though sometimes there were only four of us in this air-conditioned bus, the bus never broke the work schedule!

Once we took a flight at 16.10- we drove to the hotel for 1 hour, made a whole tour of the city, this Shuttle took tourists to several hotels. But I liked it, we saw places in Dubai that we had not traveled before.
Note: Only La Mer Beach requires pre-registration. I don't know why. The bus was almost empty.

We would give the hotel "Rose Rayhaan by Rotana" 5 stars! Everything is cool! There are no disadvantages.
