The hotel is wonderful in all its plans: a variety of food, timely and high-quality cleaning, friendly staff and willingness to solve any problem, the location of the hotel, the presence of a beach, a heated pool, a sauna - there are just a lot of advantages and not a single minus!

A terrible hotel, unexpected from the UAE in general, hotels of this level... The Turkish three-piece is a cut above this murdered five... The hotel is really 48 years old, cosmetic repairs are done every 5 years, but the old age of the hotel is visible even through layers of paint... The food is terrible breakfast lunch and dinner are constantly in 6 pots, and for 10 days the dish has not changed in any pan... Only the soup changed.. then.. Cream potato soup, then cream vegetable soup... The pool is high in chlorine, as the sea was closed due to the storm and all the vacationers were hanging out in the basik!

Very nice hotel. A small area. The beach and the pool are nearby. It is very good to relax with children. Not noisy in the evening. The service at the hotel is good. The food is delicious. They give you a towel on the beach. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room. Within walking distance of 2 large Mall shops and a Gallery.

It's a complete horror, instead of the sea there is some kind of incomprehensible "river", although they claim that it is the sea)))) But there is a bridge inside the water, where trucks pass all the time! And from the top of this very bridge, you can smell the muffler!! they feed the same thing every day ! The beach is very dirty! There is no playground! City hotel in the city ! There is one pool and not a big beach ! If you are here for the first time - you will like it ! If not , then relatively not an outstanding hotel ... such as Egypt or Turkey 3 stars ! Tomorrow and dinner are monotonous , there is nothing beyond the cosmic ! But as it happens after 2-3 days you relax ... in general , it 's probably not worth visiting a second time .. you can walk to the Abu Dhabi Mall and walk 15 minutes across the bridge to the Gallery, 35 Dirhams by taxi to the Louvre , the museum itself costs 63 dirhams about 1800 rubles per person

We had a family vacation in June 2023. Good location. Excellent rooms apparently after renovation (we took a Family Room, in fact it is two adjacent rooms with a door between them) Food without complaints, everything is delicious and a large selection. Very friendly staff. A private beach is a musthave. there are enough sun beds for everyone. In general, the price / quality is excellent (10 days / 3 days + child, breakfast - $ 2200)

The hotel is on solid 4. Good, polite, nimble staff, good, but monotonous food. The room is small, minus there is no drying for clothes, only in the bathroom there is a rope on which the swimsuit dries for two days. The rooms are cleaned daily, you don't even have time to use towels, they are changed. That's just the window is very dusty and the curtain is crumpled and dirty. The hotel is old, not fancy. There are enough sun beds on the beach and near the pool, but the mattresses are dirty, huge towels save, which are easily changed. The beach is a small bay, the bay is clean, but there is a smell of stagnant water.

I don't know who writes such great reviews here... I was vacationing in this hotel from November 5-11, 2023, Russian tourists will be settled in this room with a concrete lattice on the windows and a walled-up window that does not open, see the photo. I don't know, maybe it's the greed of the Coral tour operator, but foreigners live in nice rooms with balconies. There is carpet on the floor, dust is sticking out of the air conditioner, I couldn't stay in this room, sleeping at night is just a torment. The food is specific, there is nothing special to eat, only water is poured for dinner for free, I don't know who writes such laudatory reviews about food here. For that kind of money, I will never go to this hotel again.

Terrible hotel. I'll start right away with the cons: 1. a room with a view of the city was paid for, they gave some kind of prison cell with dirty windows with "bars", the window does not open, it is hammered with nails ((2. the guard did not let him to the pool with chips and Cola(!) I'm just shocked, the pool is a public place for hotel guests, why can't I drink my Coke lying on the sunbed by the pool?!!! 3. the room is very small and gloomy by the standards of the UAE (( 4. the pool is heavily chlorinated, smells unbearably of bleach and apparently poorly cleaned, armfuls of hair are floating. The pool is not big, you will not swim in pleasure((
There are few advantages, but they also need to be said: a clean, cozy and well-equipped beach (but you have to understand that it is in the city), generally nice and friendly staff (but everywhere in the UAE), a comfortable bed, decent, albeit monotonous breakfasts.
There are so many luxury hotels in the UAE of the same price category, do not spoil your vacation, choose another one

A three-star hotel. The staff is friendly, but does not solve the problems. We had paid for a family room (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), instead we were settled in 2 standard rooms nearby and convinced that this was the family room (the tour operator confirmed that this was not the case). Other rooms, even for an extra charge, were not ready to offer, like everything is occupied. Where did our paid room go and why it was not available for our arrival is unclear.
City view rooms with a view of the city without balconies, very noisy and unfortunate in terms of the fact that if you are not lucky with the neighbors, they will smoke right in the room, and it will all drag into your room. The staff can't do anything about it, although smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
The beach is small, the bottom is muddy, in algae, swimming is unpleasant. The pool is very small, clean to go in and out for show. On weekends, places on the beach or by the pool should be occupied in the morning, otherwise they simply will not be. We arrived at 10.30 on Saturday, found nothing and went for a walk on the embankment.
In the evening (after sunset), you cannot approach the pool and the beach, security does not let you in. Why is a mystery.
More or less without complaints, only the restaurant and the staff in it.
In general, you can survive 3 nights, but I don't recommend it for more.
We're not coming back.

To okenaurem 20 minutes by taxi 45 dirhams, but the ticket is 54 $, although the aquarium is no more than in Moscow.
The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is beautiful, huge, it takes 15 minutes by taxi 40 dirhams, we walked around, we need to register in advance or you can go there, the visit is free, they didn't let you step on the carpet.
After that, they changed their minds about going to the Louvre, 8 minutes by taxi to it.

Pros: location and service
Cons: Russians are settled on the 2nd floor in the worst rooms. We were settled in room 241 with a view of the roof of the air-conditioned building, concrete bars on the window, and a dead pigeon outside the window. We changed the room only after communicating with the manager at the reception. The food is very meager and non-diverse. Locals come on weekends.

The pool and the area near the well. The rooms are non-energy, the cabinet doors open into each other, the bathroom door is closed and you always need to close it. Shampoo in refillable containers - it was empty. I had to take it off myself and put it next to it - they filled it after that. Sockets with three flat pins. At such prices per night, the quality does not match. Plus, there are problems when checking into a room of the right category, they can safely lower it by simply apologizing.
