We rested from 23.01.2020-30.01.2020 with my wife and grandson of 3 years., tour operator Sanmar, took off at 3 nights from Kurumoch at the hotel were at 9.20.
Arrival, meeting, sorting by bus everything is fast and good.
Check-in: the hotel was very friendly and despite the early hour promised to check into the room within half an hour, which they did. The room got 307, without a balcony, the windows faced the road, the room is clean, recently renovated with a modern design, with a double bed and a small sofa bed. They immediately asked for an additional set of underwear to make up the sofa. When checking in, they put on bracelets, but warned that we don't have breakfast today, and everything is included (we took everything included because of the child) starts with lunch (c12.30), or you could go to breakfast, but then there will be no breakfast on the last day.In general, we chose lunch on the day of arrival.
The hotel is located almost in the center of the city, the territory of the hotel is not large, but everything is comfortable, the beach is not big, but during our stay there was enough space for everyone (the water was 21 gr. there were not many daredevils to plunge), swimming pools with heated water. I really want to note the friendliness and cordiality of all the staff, we contacted several times on various issues - we lost the room card (they gave us a duplicate without extra charges) and on the eve of departure we were flooded by guests from the top, everything was solved lightning fast. A wonderful girl Marina (from Belarus) works at the SPA, helps with all questions.
Restaurants:there are two restaurants, one in the main hotel, the other Italian-located in the courtyard * Papagallo* (it has only soup and pizza-everything is delicious). In the main restaurant, the choice of dishes is not large, but everything is edible and delicious. I am writing about a small selection of dishes-I compare it with the Turkish 5., we were not hungry, but we threw off half a kilo. They regretted that they took everything included - the child still did not eat anything, they were fed porridges that they took from home. There are many different shops near the hotel, including the COOP supermarket, and therefore vacationers at breakfast were very well stocked there.
Cultural component: we did not go on excursions-the baby is carsick in transport, so we walked around the surroundings with pleasure, but there was something to see.
Bottom line: a good city hotel with excellent hearty breakfasts, there is absolutely nothing to do with children in it.
