A financial trap and fraudulent write-offs after the lease. Their "politeness" is a facade that only lasts until you sign a contract. As soon as the car is returned, communication changes dramatically. They become dismissive, less polite, and eventually stop responding to emails and WhatsApp messages altogether. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency regarding fines. They charge money from your card for "traffic violations," but refuse to provide official reports from the government or the Dubai police. Instead, they send only their internal "invoices", which are not supported by any evidence. As any client can see, anyone can print such a piece of paper in a couple of minutes — it has no legal force without an official police report. In my case, it's even worse. My lease ended on January 6, 2026. On January 20, they finalized all the calculations, deducted the fines from my deposit, and returned the balance. I thought it was over. However, more than a month later (on February 11 and 12), they suddenly made two unauthorized write-offs in the amount of more than 950 dirhams without notification and documents. This unprofessional and fraudulent behavior caused a significant technical overdraft in my bank account. Now that they have received my money, they ignore all my requests. This is a clear case of unauthorized use of bank card data. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to deal with unexplained debts in the bank months after the end of your vacation. I have already filed an official complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

A very polite and helpful team greeted me at the delivery stage, everything was very good except that I was told that I had to wait for the car for half an hour at 04.00 in the morning, as I didn't understand why I had a reservation at the car delivery. That's why I keep a star in my pocket.
