I was very annoyed by all the staff at the reception...they are not polite, there will be no care and smiles here. but there are delicious breakfasts here, quite close to the Burj Khalifa, clean and cozy rooms, but the window cannot be opened...but in principle, what the hell is necessary with such heat, right? A very decent chain hotel. I didn't disappoint in anything. The breakfasts are quite modest, no one fries pancakes. But there is enough of everything, everything is of high quality. Fruits every day. Comfortable sleeping places. No hearing from the neighbors. We only took breakfast. It turned out that you can buy lunches and dinners on the spot and it turns out to be more profitable than immediately taking them from a tour operator. Lunch 45 dirhams. A super hotel for active tourists. A good location. (10 min walk to the metro and tram). 10 min by tram to the Marina Mall and the beach. There is a supermarket nearby . Snow-white comfortable bed, hot water, tea in the room. Polite staff, hearty, delicious, but monotonous food. I recommend it!

If you expect to settle in Dubai for a minimum budget, this hotel will meet your expectations:Pleasant breakfasts, daily room cleaning, in the evening you can go out and walk around. (just not towards the port😀) relatively good location-all the main locations are about the same distance by taxi. There are public transport stops nearby, to the metro and one of the best beaches in my opinion (La Mayor) on foot 20 minutes slowly.
The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beach and Mall.

We stayed at this hotel in February 2025. The hotel is boring, the breakfasts are monotonous, and on the third day you don't know what to take. It's a long way to the beach, and you can't walk to any Malls or entertainment venues. Changing the towel is a problem, nothing dries in the room, it smells musty.

Great hotel.
Personally, everything suits me.
The food is good but monotonous (the most important thing is that you will not stay hungry)

The food is fine, not too varied, but they were not hungry. There was always watermelon from fruits, oranges, grapefruits, apples and bananas were given. We lived on the 3rd floor, the room is good. There were not enough towels when checking in, they asked us to bring them. It is a 40-minute walk to the beach, there is a shuttle service, but it comes from another hotel and there is not always a place, we walked in the morning and took the bus at lunch. A good hotel, I liked the stay in it. It's a little far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot. It was quiet, peaceful, daily transfer to the beach and to major shopping centers (morning and afternoon). Friendly staff, daily cleaning. The room had everything you needed: an electric kettle, a hairdryer, a TV. The main disadvantage for us is that the transfer to the beach was carried out on a small bus, which did not always fit everyone.

💯 Doesn't look like 2*!!! there are rooms for smokers. we checked into a regular room at first, but after the request we immediately changed the room without any questions. The room is great! The hotel is super. there is a small shop with sweets, all necessary household items and souvenirs, water. The location is convenient for me. a bus goes to the beach 2 times a day, free of charge. and in the shopping center.

I was vacationing with my family , we arrived on October 3 . They thought they would feed them , but no ( although breakfast is included ) , they moved into the room earlier . Although they said that they would be settled at 12 .That's one plus. The next few days the food was the same . I got tired of it in 12 days . We changed the bed, but almost 4 days before departure. And they asked the worker to reschedule this dinner for lunch for the next dinner . Then wait for the receipt at the end . Russian charging works , the plug fits there . You don't have to take an umbrella and a lounger, if you don't want to push, you can hide on the beach and use towels. They are given out at the reception. And take them there too . A good hotel. It definitely pulls on 4, there is air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, bed, bathroom - in general, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only drawback is that the windows don't open (at least the window didn't open in my room). The nearest beach is about 15 minutes on foot, and you can take a bus, but it's a long wait. Shuttles run from the hotel to the beach, but it was not convenient for me (the first bus left at 10 a.m., I do not remember the evening one, about 16). There is no low beam to the Dubai Mall either, but you can get there.

Vacationed at Holiday Express in July 2023, yes, this is a 2-star hotel, but better than some 4-star ones. Daily cleaning, all kinds of food and European, too, there is a choice. Le Mer Beach is a 20-minute walk away.There are many grocery stores nearby.Towards the beach, near the mosque there is an exchange and a Spiness supermarket with ready-made food.
We walked to the metro in 30 minutes, you can take the x28 bus in 10 minutes.

Excellent hotel, rested from 06.04 to 16.04. Delicious varied breakfasts, cleaning, changing towels regularly. The beach is about 20 minutes on foot, shuttle bus from the hotel 2 times a day, beach towels are provided. To Dubai Mall, too, 2 times a day for free. We had a rest in October 2023 . The hotel is for business travelers, most of the engineers from the TC port dock are within walking distance. Mostly Pakistanis, Hindus, etc. are here.
The staff speaks English, is very friendly and ready to help with any questions.
Windows do not open, it is difficult to dry things. (I take off the star for this). Cleaned daily, replenished water and tea/coffee. I liked the breakfasts, there are fruits, pastries, egg dishes, cheese, olives, sausages, something from Indian or local cuisine, always watermelon, apples, oranges and bananas, yoghurts, cereals, etc. The shuttle to la Mer beach (closed for reconstruction, but the territory is open) goes at 8:30 and at 14:15, back in 2-3 hours. I didn't like the beach at all, we took a taxi to kite beach, it's the best.

The hotel is old, but good. It will suit you if you have come to travel. Not suitable if you like to spend time in a hotel.
There is no swimming pool, there is no recreation area and a zone of gatherings with tea. There is only a tiny gym with a toilet and shower.
The room is cleaned daily, the staff is polite.
The food is not very diverse, but of high quality. They don't give tea and coffee for dinner, only water and soda.
A significant drawback is that the windows do not open, which is why the air in the rooms is stale, especially if the whole family takes a shower. And the temperature in the room cannot be raised above 24 degrees, which is sometimes cold.
The obvious plus is the location. La Mera beach is within walking distance. There are transfers to the beach, to the Dubai mall, outlet and a couple more places.

I had a rest in this hotel in April 2023, 9 days. Clean room, cozy, bed was changed, water was put on, even if I didn't drink my quota :) the restaurant in the hotel is good for this stardom. We lived there in May 2022 in room 333.
The rooms are very clean, the plumbing works perfectly, the beds are comfortable, there is a small refrigerator, kettle, safe, wardrobe, central air conditioning, which works quietly, at 23-24 degrees it is the most). The hotel has a gym.
The room is generally quiet and peaceful, the windows are sealed, there is no noise from the street at all. There are thick blackout curtains from the sun, you can sleep during the day, the light will not interfere.

They give beach towels at the reception.
Settled quickly. A tourist fee of 10 dirhams per night is paid upon arrival. You can arrange at the reception to drive to the nearest exchanger (open until 9 pm) and pay within an hour upon arrival), if you have to pay in $ at the hotel's internal rate. The room is cleaned every day. Lunch is very meager, rice, pasta, 1 soup, fresh vegetables, fish 1 type, meat/chicken 1 type. Dinner is as meager as lunch, everything is spicy, not everyone likes it! There is no menu for children. The location is generally good, mostly we took a taxi through the Careem app. The metro is far away, there is a bus stop nearby. The Wi-Fi is normal. The windows in the room do not open, as in all UAE hotels. Don't be surprised by the dust in the room, there is really a lot of it in Dubai. Water and towels are not always provided, sometimes you need to ask for several times. Regarding the service, we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m. There were a lot of available rooms, they refused to check us in for free earlier - there were auctions, they paid 160 dirhams + tax, standard 10 dirhams/ night. The flight was at night at 23:20, they asked us to pack a lunch box with us the morning before, since we do not get to breakfast, they said they would do everything, in the end they did not warn and refused upon departure, there was a child with us, they would say right away, I would buy food for him on the road, and then the refusal is already in fact. Delicious food - I advise you to take Half Board. Dinner can be changed for lunch, conveniently. By the way, there are quite a lot of children in the hotel, but I didn't find any baby food - porridge, no milk.
Great coffee in the coffee machine! I prefer tea, but I've always had coffee here.
There are a couple of supermarkets nearby - you can buy ready-made food, streets with shops, bus stops.
It is convenient to immediately take a card for transport - we ourselves went to the beach of Burj Al Arab (Sail in the common people). By bus number 8, not reaching 2 stops to the hotel city beach. The beach is super turquoise water, open sea, promenade area.
By the way, everything here is equipped for night bathing.
Next to the hotel, the beach is simpler, but also quite itself. A small bay. The water is cleaner at the beginning of the beach, then at the end, where there is a water slide. We liked to swim at the slide more.
