If i could put a 0, i would. the worst service. my parcel from TEMU arrived at the warehouse at 9 October, was with courier but the courier never called, texted or left at the doorstep. Though i shared the location. so now it's been already a week a parcel is at warehouse and : - Customer service says there is no way to help, just wait. - emails are ignored - they claim there is no self pick up service; Very sad that TEMU collaborates with company which is unable to deliver the orders. track #: AJA100005928240 in case the Ajex representative reads it. i will post this everywhere, hope no any business will contract with you.
