Excellent hotel, I recommend it to anyone who is going to go on a business trip to Karaganda. The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. We forgot the package in the lobby on the day of check-in. And in a hurry on the same day they rose at night. They asked at the reception if they had found the package, to which they replied that they had not and that there was nothing on the cameras either. I made calls for a couple of days and ensured that the head of the Security Council informed me about the time of the attack and about the lost package. It turned out that we left it in the lobby. And the girl at the reception who handed over the shift did not inform her colleague about this. She was almost asleep at work that day. Apart from this incident, everything in the hotel is great.
