The hotel is new, clean, with good equipment and furniture... but there is one huge "BUT", these are those who sit at the reception, only two people greet and smile, Anara's girlfriend and a guy who still stands up properly when meeting guests, the rest behave as if I came home to them uninvited, frowning faces, unwilling answers, through clenched teeth, one small Asian woman, does not get out of the phone at all... to whom there are no questions, it's to the maids, they always say hello, they are always friendly, despite the fact that all adult women, administrative staff on the ground floor, they don't care at all, as if a passerby passed on the street... it should also be noted that the cellular connection in the hotel practically does not catch, and the Wi-Fi is very weak and slow

Great hotel!!! I recommend. I always stop here. The service is good, shopping centers, Altyn Arba market are located nearby, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport by taxi and costs about 4020 tenge.

The breakfasts are good, the rooms are good too! But there is a big BUT for the request to replace bed linen and towels, an additional 5,000 tng was required , this should in fact be included in the so-called service! I have nothing against it, every kingdom has its own rules! But I often travel to different cities for work, and only in Karaganda at the Arart92/2 hotel they demanded that I pay for the replacement of towels and bed linen! Sorry, but it's hard to call this a service! I will not stay at this hotel anymore!
Well, I love a clean bed and fresh towels, that's the kind of person I am !

I did not like the fact that we were not warned about the need to have cash, and at two o'clock in the morning, after flights and crossings, we ran around Karaganda in search of an ATM. I didn't like the lack of heating in the rooms, instead of which they gave out a terribly noisy fan. I didn't like the fact that 2 maids knocked on the room within an hour, despite the "do not disturb" warning (after a sleepless night in search of an ATM).

Excellent breakfast, the room is clean, but terribly long room service. The Internet is satisfactory. Don't expect a view from the window. The heating system in the room does not warm, but it cools in the heat. A big minus is an empty mini-bar upon check-in, it is in the hotel book in the room, but in fact it is not, sadness. Overall, the hotel is decent, but I think I'll try another one
