We were in Istanbul for the second time for 5 days. For the Beyoglu area, the hotel is quite a decent option, both in terms of price/quality and location. The metro is within walking distance (7 min walk). A room of sufficient size for 2 people. Not too tired, but clean and cozy. Cleaning is daily, sometimes a $ 1 tip was left, even disposable slippers were changed a couple of times))). The bed is relatively comfortable, I slept comfortably with my problem back. I liked the design and layout of the restaurant, it's nice to start the morning with a kind and comfortable atmosphere. There is not much choice, but it was enough for 5 days, "I did not get bored." The staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't speak Russian...)) P/s: Unfortunately, there aren't many photos of the hotel (only a couple of photos from the restaurant)

We lived here for a week, we won't be coming back. The only advantage is the excellent location. Cons: - It was noisy around the clock, because there are several establishments with live music nearby, they work until 3 a.m. A garbage truck arrived at about five, and then the street was being cleaned. The room was on the ground floor, right next to the reception (they didn't even know it happened that way), and there were sounds coming from there all the time. We were given earplugs, of course, but they didn't really help. - Furniture and interior items are shabby. - The breakfasts were monotonous and tasteless, it was difficult to find something edible. - Poor cleaning. One day, the maid took away dirty towels and slippers, but forgot to put new ones, forgetting also to leave a roll of paper and napkins. - It smelled like sewage. - The air conditioner in the room was not working

I don't understand who leaves positive reviews about this hotel. The room is in extremely poor condition: old and shabby furniture, worn-out floors, old stains everywhere. The cleaning was formal and was carried out only on those days when money was left to the cleaner, while the cleaning quality was disgusting. Water, napkins and tea are not replenished. Requests at the reception are ignored, it is impossible to get help. The air conditioner for heating works very poorly, and when asked again to solve the problem, the employee reacted irritably. Sockets are falling out of the wall. Since 9 a.m., there has been a loud cleaning noise outside the door, and it is impossible to rest. This is the worst hotel ever.
