I made an order on Tuesday, they wrote that they would deliver on Saturday, OK. Saturday. We receive SMS messages that the product is "delayed", but the same day of receipt is indicated. How is that even possible? Why do I find out about this on the day I receive it? As a result, I will not bring the promised thing to my grandfather. Not only is it a deception, but they also did not bother to warn at least a day in advance so that they could find another store.
For the first time I ventured to order on this site. Previously, their deadlines were always confusing. It's a pity I didn't read the reviews earlier, it turns out that this is a widespread attitude.

AS a RESULT: the delivery came to us SEVERAL times (three to four times) for our one order and each time the product was defective!!! The photo below shows the "product" that the 21st century brought and considers it "new"!!! We contacted the bank transfer manager to resolve the issue of replacing the product, and eventually received an answer: "You have accepted the product – goodbye!" "We could not remove the stickers from the stationery, using all possible methods! The product is sticky, not usable!!! The paper arrived with a torn package – dirty and spoiled! The sharpeners are not working and in terrible condition! Why are the folders so dusty? The heater arrived with a "dent" on the front side!!
As a RESULT: everyone makes mistakes – this is understandable, but to have so many "joints" in one Order, I'm sorry – this is TOO MUCH!!!
