We bought the tour very cheaply, we were worried that the hotel would not be very good. We flew with a young man for the first time in the UAE. A lot of things were unclear. Upon arrival at the hotel, we saw that everything was not so bad. It is located on a hill and there are a lot of greenery and palm trees around. You feel like you're on vacation right away. We were upgraded to a room at the hotel and checked in much earlier, at about 11:30 we were already in the room. There is an infrastructure here, albeit a little. There is a great bakery, pharmacy and several markets across the street. If you go out the other way, behind the hotel, there is a Grove Village shopping center, we didn't like it there, everything is too expensive. It's very cool that the hotel takes you to the beach and to two Malls. They take you to the beach at 9:30 and back at 13:30, and in the evening they take you to 15:45, back at 17:45. As for the malls, they take you every day at 18:15 and back at 20:40. Malls change every other day (RAK MALL, MANAR MALL) The rooms are certainly not perfect, but they are comfortable, cleaned every day! They also change the bed linen. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff, Umar, who helped a lot with many questions and was always there, ready to answer all questions. The staff is generally friendly and always goes to a meeting. If you want infrastructure and a walk, it's better to choose Dubai, of course. But it was enough for us to go there 2 times by ourselves and we were exhausted. It's much quieter, calmer and more relaxing here. By the way, the pool is well heated, there has always been pleasant water. We are unassuming tourists, we didn't expect much from the hotel, but we really liked everything. I definitely recommend it if you are not one of those tourists who find fault with everything and look for disadvantages.
