I was embarrassed to write a review for the first time, because I thought, well, you never know, maybe I was unlucky, maybe the doctors were out of sorts - anything happens.
It all starts with an "amazing" registry. The first time I tried to get there a year ago with a temperature of 38. They could only sign me up for a week later. It is not in my rules to pick up the ambulance tube while I am able to get to the doctor myself, so I took this service for granted. A week later, I tried to pick up my ticket, but they refused to give it to me, because I do not live at my place of residence (she is in another city), and there is no registration here. The only possible way to design the card was to show us the lease agreement. I had to persuade my friends to go to draw up a contract. And now they have issued us a card with him. At the same time, at all stages, a fairly boorish attitude was a faithful companion of our interactions with this institution.
Let's move on. We got an appointment with a therapist. She immediately seemed like a kind, polite specialist, took tests, extended her sick leave several times, but in practice it turned out that she absolutely did not understand what she was doing. According to the tests, she says that everything is fine, but I'm not getting better. At one of these receptions, she says: "I can't keep you on sick leave anymore, and your cough is stagnant, it will take a long time, so I'm closing your sick leave." At the same time, she did an X-ray for me at the very beginning and found nothing there, but listening to the lungs she said that everything was fine there, it was a mild SARS. Well, I believe the doctors....
I went back to work, a month went by, and the cough got worse and worse and worse every day. I tried to apply again. I was told that they can't open sick days that often. I agreed and left for another week, but fortunately the director of the company noticed my condition and simply sent me to a private clinic. They immediately took an X-ray and grabbed their heads: "In your condition, people usually lie like a corpse in the hospital, you only miraculously survived such pneumonia on your feet." And with these results, they were sent to the wonderful polyclinic number 23. There I heard that yes, something is really wrong here, let's get tested in a private clinic for sure, here's the name and go. I no longer remember what she wrote, but when I came to take it, I found out that this was a group of tests of more than 50 tests with a total cost of more than 500 rubles. They got into the situation and suggested which ones I really needed - I handed them over and returned to the therapist. She was surprised: "Oh, you did exactly what you needed." And then I was blown up, then the issue was resolved through the heads of the doctor, but in the end I had to get out of harm's way on a paid basis in a completely different clinic.
Over the next year, I decided not to close all medical issues here, so as not to waste time and nerves. And by the way, the time here is also rubber: despite the coupons, you will be sitting in line and there may be an endless stream to some therapists, while others may have 1 person at the reception per day, but not about that.
I had a chance to go to this nightmarish place for the second time: I passed a covid test on a paid basis using the PCR method and it turned out to be positive. I received the result by e-mail so as not to infect people. I'm calling for a doctor. They ask:
- Did you take the test with us?
- No!
- PCR or general?
- PCR.
- By a doctor's referral or on your own initiative?
- On my own.
- It is not valid, you need to come and retake it, we do PCR tests and they are the most accurate.
- Girl, I did a PCR test.

We're going to print out a positive covid test (poor printer who had to run into us). We come to this AMAZING clinic in the pre-medical office, as we were told at the reception and you know what? The queue is 40 people. We decided to try to ask: "Who is with confirmed covid?" Half of them raised their hands. There is zero distance, people with covid, flu, pneumonia are mixed up, no one cares. In an hour, 1 person left the office... This is not normal. They just left. It is easier to write time off at your own expense and isolate yourself, because all the current actions of these doctors are aimed at intentionally killing people in surrounding houses.
I don't want to blame all the doctors, but to all those involved in this crime, I'm sorry, of course, I wish to burn in hell. Thank you.

It's a horror what happens to doctors, you go for sick leave every 2-3 years when you feel very bad and then you need to prove that you need it, as if you came to beg. At the same time, she gave me a recommendation for an MRI scan with suspected hernia.
And then they say that people treat some serious diseases late, prolong the disease, they just don't see the point in contacting our clinics.

My impression that day was already not the best from the employees, but specifically from the registry itself (window 2). A blonde young girl was working at the help desk that day - she was the only one who made a positive impression.
The application was signed to me a WEEK AGO. On August 23, it was written and only 29 said they had signed it. I immediately asked to make an appointment with a gynecologist. I gave the address, they said that there was a ticket only for the 1st day. Okay, I signed up. On the 29th in the evening, my blood pressure dropped, sharp pains in the lower abdomen periodically appeared (before that they were dragging, as before CD, my doctor at a paid clinic at the reception of pregnancy confirmation said that this was the norm, so I paid attention, but did not worry much), on the 31st in the morning the pain was sharp and often. Upon entering the exam room, tears poured down like hail. She comes and starts watching. I'm crying, she's watching. I pressed on my stomach twice and said that my uterus was normal for my term. After that, he goes out with the words "get dressed" and slams the doors. I just stood there and cried. I came out of the exam room, took her "recommendations" on a piece of paper and listened to it:
- take two coupons one after the other for the next week at once and come to register, the reception will be long, at least half an hour, I will take swabs from you there.
I came out of the clinic shaking with tears and calling my husband, my first words to him were "I won't go to her in my life anymore"!
There are a lot of questions about her... And what was the problem with taking these strokes right away, is it a matter of a minute? What was the problem with registering it right away? The working day was until two, I came at 12, there were no people from the word at all, not a soul in the corridor. Moreover, I was given a ticket to another doctor before that. And to register, you have to wait a week again. I waited a week for a service application to be signed, wait another week to get back to the doctor to register.
I don't understand at all why there is so much negativity and anger in her!? She looks relatively young. Is she really so unhappy at heart that she treats girls and women so rudely!? People are kinder to animals.
People go to her to confide in her, not everyone will be able to go to the doctor and open up about their problems. I have been diagnosed for 9 years and finally got pregnant. I do not know what is normal and what is not. Naturally, the worries, all these waits, I went TO the DOCTOR FOR HELP! And what is the result!? This is not a doctor for me! There is no trust in her at all! I will no longer be able to psychologically go to her for all months and trust her guidance. If she treats pregnant women this way, what attitude does she have just to a woman who came to the reception with a problem!?
And decided to write a review and her story anyway. When I came home and started reading the reviews of the polyclinic, the gynecologist's last name was only one - SHADUL, and all the complaints! Why is she still working at all? Negative reviews were written years ago, not just now.
It is clear that when you go for the first time, you do not know who you will get to and what awaits you in general. But I didn't expect such a bestial attitude at all. It turns out that you need to go to an appointment in government institutions now with a dictaphone...Just in case...
and this situation is not over yet. And a review is only a small thing.

According to other people's stories, I wasn't the first one who wasn't accepted today.

(I thought that only I was unlucky, but judging by the reviews, many went through this in the bottom clinic.)
