The hotel has 20 floors, 5 floors of parking, restaurant, dining room, rooftop pool, sauna, gym. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite. They take you to the beach and bring you by car, but only from 9 to 12. In principle, everything is in the room, it is constantly replenished. Refrigerator, TV, iron, safe, air conditioning, kettle, drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, even a Koran, a mat is available. They clean up every day without a reminder. The food is buffet, delicious and there is enough of everything. There are many shops, a mosque, a park nearby. Nice hotel. What can be improved: renovation of the walls in the rooms, brighter lighting in the room, increase the operating time of the pool and sauna. Transfer is done twice a day in the morning and at lunch. And not to rate and review the hotel staff for us, under the pretext of connecting to Wi-Fi, which unfortunately I observed. It is better to ask for a rating and a review, it will be more honest.

The room is not bad, good curtains, beds, bed linen. There is a microwave, refrigerator, safe, kettle. Take the adapter to charge your phone. The hotel is urban, but the location is not convenient. Walking somewhere is a problem, crossing the road is another quest. Sharjah is a construction city. A huge disadvantage is the abundance of uncivilized Chinese. Who scream loudly and sweep away food in their path like a horde of locusts, they can pour juice or throw orange peels into your plate. In addition, there is a mosque nearby, at least at night you wake up from a loud call to prayer. The staff does not speak Russian, they spoke through a translator on the phone. Regarding food: monotonous and tasteless, but tolerable. I didn't like that they gave me one towel, but they changed it every day. They did not respond to requests for more money. Two people were given 1 pair of slippers 1 washcloth. Towels were taken out of the room twice. There are a lot of shoals. Not a convenient transfer to the beach. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel a second time.
