If you doubt going here or not, my answer is yes, it's definitely worth going. We got here all the way from Sharjah. It's a long way, but it's worth it. Be sure to wear clothes for men covering the legs below the knees and arms up to the elbow. A T-shirt with shorts won't do. I saw myself how the mosque guards deployed some of them to the exit, and there are a lot of guards here. Women definitely need to cover their head with hair in addition to the weight. An overwhelmingly huge structure. Luxury is amazing - precious metals and stones are everywhere, handmade carpets on the floor.
If you happen to be in Abu Dhabi, be sure to go. The entrance is not obvious - the domes stand apart from the mosque, passing through an underground passage you will get to this wonderful place.

I really liked the mosque. A beautiful place, fascinating. There are special photo zones where photos and videos are allowed to be taken. The visit is free, you need to register and get a ticket, or get a special QR code from the administrator, which will be a ticket.
But the pandemic has its own limitations. Well, of course we need a fresh PCR test, and they also stopped giving out free clothes. I have to buy, and it costs from 45 dirhams. Women should have their arms, legs, and head covered. Rides a free taxi on the territory, delivers to the exit.

There is no free movement around the mosque. Conditional narrow passages among the columns along the perimeter in the one-way direction are limited by ropes. At each crossing there is a guard and asks how they got here, were on a tour and had to call the name of the guide.
