On February 7, we contacted the store again, we were offered a refund, but we demanded a replacement of the product, since we need a convector with a control unit (all this time one room (bathroom) is without heating), the administrator offered 174 rubles for the convector and 123 rubles for the control unit, since they do not have a control unit it is available and they could not find it in the Republic of Belarus. This control unit is available on the official Bally website in the Republic of Belarus at a cost of 137 rubles. The question to the store administration is why, due to someone's negligence, we have to pay the difference in the cost of the control unit, the cost of delivery to Slutsk, to suffer inconvenience (unheated room in the house), violation of consumer rights: Article 23. Replacement of goods of inadequate quality 1.
