"NO DAMN, WE DIDN'T MANAGE TO ATTRACT HIS ATTENTION TO OURSELVES, SO THAT'S HOW IT IS.!!! I went by myself. Therefore, I would recommend talking to the staff and explaining why they are there at all. I really wanted to buy a steam system ..., we came before closing, talked with a consultant ..., a very good sales consultant told us everything, explained everything to us, all our expectations were confirmed...We decided to come and buy this product the next day....In the morning, I went in, booked the product, talked to the consultant again ...., he told me everything, put it on the shelves ..., I definitely decided to take it! I came with my wife after lunch to pay for the goods, and then something out of the ordinary began .....!!!!! We were offered to buy insurance for this product (Brown steam system) I did not understand why and began to refuse ......, and here the real anti-advertising of this product began ........ you understand that you are given a warranty only for assembly, it does not provide any more breakdowns and malfunctions....and there is still a lot of bad things .......if we do not buy a 4-year warranty ......, there was a huge disappointment and an extremely disgusting attitude towards these consultants....As a result, we bought an iron for a much lower price...And definitely not a foot in this store anymore....!

In the evening, the girl calls again about the first order. Okay, we chose a refrigerator on the Internet ourselves, the next day we came to buy it and it started:their database is hanging, they restart the computer, they can't issue anything. I asked to place an order from my phone (without even apologizing). Then I sent it to the credit department, who sent it to the information center (or whatever it is), and they sent it... To the credit department. Some kind of Sovkovsky factory, not a store. They send them to each other, they don't know anything... We just left, almost ran away from there. Let's go to another store, not the 5th element, of course. Calmly, quickly, without unnecessary nerves, we issued a loan and are already waiting for delivery.
