I bought an Electrolux washing machine in the fifth element in June 2020. In addition to the warranty, I additionally took an extended warranty from the 5th element "Protection +".
After a short period of time, problems began, namely: a fungus appeared on the internal elements of the washing machine.
I decided to use the warranty, 2 representatives from various independent Service centers came. As a result, they said it was not a warranty case. Then I decided to contact Patio CJSC (5th element) according to the acquired program "Protection +", which, according to the terms of the contract, covers even non-warranty cases. However, it turned out that not everything is so simple: according to this program, element 5 also refused to take the washing machine for repair.
After a long conversation, the store still took it for repair to fix the problem. The 5th element was "fumbled" for about a month, as a result, what they did: they replaced the rubber seal and that's it! Mold and dirt were still coming through from the drain hose. And 1 more pleasant surprise: the front panel of the washing machine was chipped and scratched, which simply negated its entire appearance. I immediately sent it back for repair in the next few days. The repair lasted even longer than the first time: it took about 2 months. According to the results of a long repair, what was done: anointed with a brush on the chips! And besides, the paint is not in color! Even the hairs from the brush are left! This is a service! This is a repair that took almost 2 months!
Then I sent them for repair again, and they kept them for almost a month! And ask what they did this time! And nothing at all! They called on the phone and said that the fungus is not a warranty case, but the defects of the paintwork that they made are painted over and that's it! Another question is how ...
On this we can conclude that element 5 is far from the store from which it is worth buying equipment, and buying the "Protection +" program is generally a deception!
