Then Olga Alexandrovna, the administrator of the shopping mall, came up and began to tell us that there was no point in watching the second hair dryer, that we would not feel the difference. Under pressure, they agreed to the first one, they began to offer us an additional extended warranty, they refused it, then they began to offer pans and cleaning products. The receptionist started scaring us with cancer cells, which could be from cooking on bad dishes, as long as we took a frying pan. We couldn't even discuss the purchase, because the administrator and the consultant were telling us something from both sides, each his own. We agreed to a frying pan, as it will not be superfluous, with a discount it should be 40p. We went to the cashier, but in the end we decided to still look at the second hair dryer that we wanted. They indicated exactly which one we needed, but the consultant brought another one, then another incorrect one, we eventually brought the right one for examination ourselves. The receptionist came up and told the consultant that we should decide on the hair dryer faster, since it was already a queue. To which we replied that the wrong hair dryer had been brought to us several times. As a result, we made a purchase, they refused the frying pan, since there is still no discount on it (surprisingly!), the cost will be 50p instead of 40p, and since we did not really need the frying pan initially, we refused, having received again from the administrator Olga Alexandrovna a comment that these 10p would not make a difference to us.
Communication with the administrator left an unpleasant aftertaste, and after the purchase we came up to say that it was not very professional on her part, to which we received a laconic "goodbye" from her
I consider such communication with clients unacceptable, conduct a briefing with your employees on communicating with clients and subordinates, since she also interrupted and knocked down the consultant with her comments
