Yes, we installed a tracking protection application, according to the data for the month of August, the repair part was supposed to arrive on October 10, 2022, we did not want to go without a TV for 3 months, and after contacting the store for the 2nd time, we were advised to pick it up ourselves and take it to the LG service center, which will repair it much faster.
