We used the hotel's services as a one-time visit to the beach and pool. Nice territory, large swimming pool, gorgeous beach. The staff is very polite and pleasant.

The hotel is good, everyone is trying their best from the staff. Meals are 10 points. But. I was with my son for 2.5 years, the children's beach opens at 10, damn, who needs it at this time, when the sun is plus 40. There is also sometimes a problem with ordering and waiting for a taxi, like it's your turn, but no.

In our opinion, a decent hotel for a 5-7-day stay, after a 6-day vacation in Dubai, this is a completely different picture, built 5 years ago, in a modern style with a smart home system, located on an island next to the Rixos and Hyatt hotel, everything is very ergonomically and conveniently thought out.Almost all the staff is very friendly and loyal,the rooms are cleaned well, the breakfasts and dinners are quite decent, the territory is small but very compact and green, the pool is shallow and clean (children are safe), there is a bar in the pool, on the way to the sea there is another bar-restaurant,the hotel itself has a pub with 10 types of various beer, there is also an Italian restaurant…The beach area is wide with a pleasant soft sand, after low tide there are a lot of beautiful shells, the sea with the azure most beautiful color of the water and a gentle entrance.When receiving towels, boxes with cool water are offered free of charge, very convenient.In general, in a couple of years we would look here again for a week.

A magnificent hotel on the first line. A beautiful clean beach, on the way to the beach there is a station with beach towels, they also give out a container with ice and drinking water. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable. There are Russian-speaking staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast is quite good, you can always find something to eat, but dinner was not very impressive.

The hotel positions itself as an all-inclusive, but in fact, we paid all-inclusive only for the morning buffet. At lunch and dinner, half of the menu was for money, despite your all-inclusive. The food is scarce, and even more scarce for children. The choice is not that big. For 9 days, I got very tired of food. For the food and service, it does not cost 5 stars, a maximum of 4.
The Russian-speaking staff are mostly Armenians and Tajiks, responsive will always help. I liked the staff, the beach, the cleanliness of the hotel, the large swimming pool

Lovely hotel. The bay is amazing. Water with a light padding, which always pleases, you can take a dip and refresh yourself. The water is clear, pure, azure. There is no such thing in Dubai itself. Quiet and peaceful. And yes, as for me, the super cool restaurants of Alaska.

Great hotel, beautiful grounds, delicious food. The beach is well-groomed, the sea is clean 🌊 The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet in the room is behind a glass door without sound insulation. You can't see anything, but you can hear everything, down to the smallest details. Therefore, I do not recommend the hotel to couples for a romantic holiday - the sounds from the toilet will destroy all romance))

The most modest hotel in Saadiyat. I didn't like the food, there were few fruits, a lot of people. You can live from across the sea, Saadiyat is fantastic. Jumeirah has the best beach on the island.

Service on 3. Very strange All inclusive. Drinks, even non-alcoholic from 11. The buffet is weak. There is a lot of Indian cuisine, but little European. But there are good restaurants in Alaska. Room cleaning is hacky. There is no Russian-speaking staff. Mostly Germans, Indians and other people from Southeast Asia have a rest. For the same money, the neighboring Rixos is much better.

Disgusting attitude! They gave a room with 2 beds for 3 people, proving that they had booked it that way! Given their excuses, you can freely move in 5m in a single room and sleep standing up! We were occupied for 6 hours!!! Everything in the room is for 2 people, there are no toothbrushes! In general, the second day here, in complete disappointment!

A fantastic beach! Delicious lunch and dinner, especially oriental cuisine. Thematic events are held regularly. The restaurants are of a very good level, both in terms of menu and service. Very nice hotel. Of all the hotels on this island, here is the best beach, it is wider and cleaner.

Ala kart restaurants are worthy! I liked Italian the most and where the burgers are.
The pool is certainly shallow, I would like to go deeper.
There are sports grounds.
Convenient location. Taxis arrive very quickly.
The beach is gorgeous, the tide is very impressive early in the morning. To the left of the beach in the sea there is a sand spit along which at low tide you can go endlessly into the sea.

I can't rate the hotel, as I was only on the beach. But the beach and the sea left an indelible impression. The beach is clean, white sand, a smooth approach of about 150 meters to a depth. The Persian Gulf is an amazing Tiffany color. There are umbrellas, sun beds, closed gazebos on the beach, they give out good large towels, a small thermocooler with water. It's a little inconvenient that the shower when leaving the beach and I didn't see the changing rooms and toilet (I have to go to the pool, but it's a matter of two minutes). A lifeguard is on duty at the beach.
